10 Decision

At night Chang Ming was having a very vivid dream about what happened today. In the dream, first she felt her her own helplessness where she could not even a lend a hand even though she is the one who usually stand's up to help others. Then she saw how Jin Fu had fought against the wolf with a stick. Even though the stick look worn out and somewhat bloody, but in the eyes of Chang Ming it was a graceful weapon and the martial art technique Jin Fu executed perfectly matched the stick. But when Chang Ming saw how Jin Fu killed the wolf it was nauseating for Chang Ming because it was the first-time Chang Ming saw a dangerous animal being killed in that way. After that she woke up abruptly and snapped out of her dream.

Even though there was some time left for the sun to rise, Chang Ming had no more desire to sleep. She just quietly sat in her room and thinking what she should do from now on. Should she just pretend nothing happened and go back to her regular life with her friends and go to the play field or should she interact more with Jin Fu. To say the truth, Chang Ming was kind of afraid of Jin Fu after what she saw yesterday. But even though Chang Ming was afraid of Jin Fu, but she thought that at least Jin Fu was better than those friends she made in that play field. Another reason Chang Ming wanted to interact and befriend Jin Fu was that she wanted to learn that kind of martial arts from Jin Fu. If other people knew of Chang Ming's idea, they would laugh it off because it was not possible to learn a whole set of martial arts just because you want to learn it. It was to be known that each martial art has their own schools and if one wants to learn that they must become part of that school. Chang Ming at that moment did not know of but because she didn't know it changed her whole course of life. Anyway, Chang Ming thought that she must meet Jin Fu as soon as possible.

In the morning, Chang Ming was eating her bowl of porridge very quickly. This startled both of her parents. Then her parents remembered how strange Chang Ming was acting yesterday. Therefore, Chang Ming's mom brought up the matter.

"Ming, did anything happened to you yesterday?"

When Chang Ming heard this question, she paused eating for a while. Then she started again but she was still shuddering. Chang Ming tried to reply to the question as calmly as possible.

"Mother, nothing happened to me yesterday. Look mom, do you see any kind of injury on me?"

"Ok Ming, I will not force you"

Seeing Chang Ming trying to to avoid the topic as far as possible, Chang Ming's mom gave up. She will try to probe some other time. Meanwhile, Chang Ming's father wanted to alleviate the awkward atmosphere. Therefore, he interjected by saying what he heard from the villagers today morning.

"Today, I heard the villagers say that they found a vilrin wolf not far from the village. They said that the wolf was hurt so badly that they were frightened and added that one of them fainted. Haha... But I don't believe in those rumors because it's impossible for a wolf to come close to our village. What is your opinion on this Ming?"

Chang Ming was first relieved that her mother is not making hard for her and let go of it. But in the next second her mood turned for the worse because of what her father had said. This is because she personally witnessed the killing and knew that the rumors were true. Therefore, she was not able to eat the remaining food and got up and started to go out.

"Ming, there is some food left in the bowl."

"Father, my stomach is full now."

"So Ming, where are you planning to go now?"

"To my friend's house."

"Ming, take care then."

Both felt weird when they heard Chang Ming's reply because she never goes out in the morning not to mention that to a friend's house. But they didn't stop her because it was a friend's house anyway. nothing serious will happen. But they didn't know that this will be the biggest mistake in their life that will change their pure hearted daughter forever. But anyway, this is for the future.

Meanwhile after walking some distance from her home, Chang Ming started vomiting the food that she ate because she was forced to remember when her father spoke the matter related to the wolf.

After that, Chang Ming started to walk faster towards Jin Fu's house.

Jin Fu woke up refreshed in the morning. Totally opposite of Chang Ming, today she woke up rather late because she was tired after expending so much energy on killing that wolf.

When Jin Fu came to eat her breakfast, she saw a stern-faced aunt sitting there. Jin Fu thought that what was going on? Why was her aunt sitting like that and the feeling she gave was that she will burst out any moment. Jin Fu had already avoided skillfully yesterday, so did she find out about it. But it felt impossible. Jin Fu knew that she will get the answer anyway, so why waste time thinking so much and lets just finish the breakfast first because she was hungry.

Cai Xiang had the right to be angry at this moment. This is because when Cha Xiang went to wake up Jin Fu, she was frightened and then she got angry that she was fuming. Jin Fu was wearing only inner wear while sleeping and this caused Cai Xiang to give a good scolding to Jin Fu and teach her about some decorum.

After Cai Xiang saw that Jin Fu finished her breakfast, she asked gravely.

"Young Miss, what were you wearing while you were sleeping?"

Jin Fu now remembered why her aunt was angry. Jin Fu had totally forgotten about this matter and made an error on this part. When she knew the cause, she was not worried about it any longer. But she had to listen to her Aunt for almost an hour before her aunt stopped. Her Aunt reminded her not to sleep like that while wearing only those. Jin Fu again cursed in her mind because she got caught for this matter which was not a matter in her eyes.

Jin Fu did some stretching first after coming to the outer court. After that when she was just going to start running, she heard Chang Ming's voice.

"Fu, I need to discuss some matters with you. Are you free now?"

Jin Fu thought here comes trouble. She said that she will not disturb her any longer but why did she come to her house the following day. Anyway, Jin Fu didn't fret over this matter because she is also a human being that to a kid. Even adults were not able to keep promises, what can a child achieve. She felt that it will waste only some of her time and if she asks something excessive, Jin Fu can reject it. Therefore, Jin Fu replied.

"Sure, what do you want to discuss?"
