2 Chi Force

After dinner time Jin Fu asked about the outside world to Cai Xiang. This is because the body she resided in had too less information about the outside world.

Cai Xiang was first startled because the Young mistress never asked about such things when they were at the Jin Estate. But she didn't think for too long before started explaining whatever she knew about the world.

The empire was called HanXia Empire and the Imperial City was the capital of HanXia Empire. The area it ruled was like the modern-day China where Jin Fu came from.

Jin Fu found one peculiarity from the modern era was that most people she witnessed including Cai Xiang and the adults from the family had brown hair. Only the children had black hair. Soon Jin Fu found the answer when Cai Xiang talked about the Chi Force.

Chi Force is an energy that belongs to this world. Chi Force can be cultivated by people who has the necessary cultivation techniques. Cultivation techniques are controlled by the empire. If a person wants to learn cultivation technique, the people must first join the empire's "school" where people are cultivated. The minimum age to enter is ten. If the child has fifty percent of their dantain filled, then there is a chance that the child might become primary before age of eighteen and has greater chances to improve. This is how they select people from the empire. This is also one of the reason why Jin Fu was plotted against because they knew that she had pitiful amount of energy filled and has no chance to go to the "school". This was a disgrace of Jin Family. From this it could be seen that the empire treated the cultivation techniques as a precious treasure.

Chi Force is divided into four grades that is primary, intermediate, advanced and pinnacle. Each grade is divided by three levels before one can advance to the next grade.

When one reaches the primary grade, one will know which element they are proficient in because the Chi Force will start to change color according to the element. According to Cai Xiang, the world contains five elements which is wind, water, fire, earth and light. <Jin Fu will learn about the sixth element darkness later.> Green Chi Force represents Chi Force with wind element, blue Chi Force represents Chi Force with water element, red Chi Force represents Chi Force with fire element, brown Chi Force represents Chi Force with earth element and silver Chi Force represents Chi Force with light element. <Black Chi Force represents Chi Force with Darkness element.>

So, since the people of HanXia Empire has brown hair, therefore the people of this empire has earth element Chi Force.

After hearing the information and digesting it, Jin Fu asked about a problem which was still puzzling her.

"Aunt, you said that one needs cultivation technique to cultivate Chi Force. If so, do you have a cultivation technique which you cultivate in?"

Jin Fu was looking at Cai Xiang with expectant eyes.

Cai Xiang sighed and replied "No, young miss. Once one reaches eighteen years of age, one will enter the primary stage without one doing anything. But we will lack the potential to increase our Chi Force. The once who practiced in cultivation technique before age eighteen and entered primary level 1 will have chance for further advancement."

" Now I understand."

" Do you have any more questions for this servant. This servant is willing to answer."

Jin Fu thought for a while before she came up with a question which she thought too silly to ask once she said the question.

" Would be able to change the color of the hair back to black or is brown permanent once you have your Chi Force?"

Cai Xiang laughed at the question and replied "Actually no young miss. See my hair now."

Cai Xiang changed the color of her hair from brown to black which seemed magical to the current Jin Fu.

"Wow"

Jin Fu said that with surprise which seemed too cute to Cai Xiang.

"Young miss, you look too cute in that expression."

Jin Fu blushed because she showed the side which she doesn't show anyone.

"Cai Xiang, why don't you keep your hair black instead of brown?"

When Cai Xiang heard this, she became serious. Jin Fu became startled at first but when she heard the answer, she couldn't help but sigh and feel speechless from inside.

"Young Miss, this color is the pride of our HanXia Empire. One should feel honored to have this color since it shows our identity and allegiance."

"Ok.....I get your "enthusiasm.""

"Young miss, it's time for sleep. This servant has wasted enough of your time."

"Goodnight then."

When Cai Xiang heard this term, her expression became weird because this is the first time she is hearing such a term. She closed the door with a questioning look.
