It was even easier than they had anticipated for the eight of them to stroll inside without any trouble. Many employees are rushing around the large reception area within the corporation. It was just too crowded here. Just as they needed it.

"Seniors, please tell me about your company." A pleasant young girl emerged from the bustling area and inquired politely; she appeared to be around 23 years old and was attractive.

"Lightdoom firm, this is our IDs; we rushed in and would like to meet the managing director; could you please take us to him?" One of them, the mercenary group's leader, chose to respond.

"Hold on a second, let me place a phone call," she said as she dashed to a desk to use the phone. She dialed the numbers quickly and the call was picked up by someone on the other end.

During her absence....

"Eagle, explore the area and turn off all the cameras as quickly as possible." The leader, the one who had previously responded, spoke to one of the body guards in hushed tones. The later expertly blended with the crowd. When he reached a corner, he took out a tablet phone and started inputting weird codings.

Meanwhile, the courteous receptionist returned, and she consented to accompany them to her superior's office.

"You're so cooperative," Jaden remarked, smirking. He had already activated the cloak in order to blend in with the mercenaries and pursue them without being noticed.

A middle-aged man sat down with the Four of them in the conference room, speaking business like an expert. Just then, one of the ladies, a seductive one at that, took an excuse to go the restroom, which no one seemed to mind, and she departed instantly, accompanied by two of the guards.

"Find the USB with the microchip as soon as possible, and I'll go distract them," she said quietly.

"Eagle has already silenced the cameras and identified the microchip, which is in a concealed office. The job is 60% complete; all we have to do now is take the microchip and depart immediately," one of them explained.

With Eagle instructing them with a communication gadget, they all headed to that concealed office.

"Seduce the men, I'm sure that's what she'll do," Jaden smirked from his hiding place. The mercenaries are certainly cunning; no one had detected them until now.

'I'll follow them out of the workplace to avoid attracting the attention of the cops,' Jaden reasoned.

The lady and the disguised bodyguards found the room quickly. While the guards dash inside to retrieve the Microchip USB device. They were protected by the lady.

When she observed a guard walking up to her, she swiftly told her men to stay inside through the communication device.

The guard remarked, "Hey, you're not supposed to be here."

"Uhm, you're so attractive, and I'm hot, don't you think you enjoy what you see?" She responded in a seductive manner.

Jaden grimaced; she had already begun seducing him, and the guard had fallen for it.

"Do you think I'm attractive?" The guard began to blush, his eyes filled with passion, and he reacted by approaching the alluring lady. She launched herself at him right away, kissing him passionately while both of them closed their eyes to savour the experience.

The guards added, "We're out Shelly, you can kill him now that no one is around, be quick about it, we should get moving soon."

Shelly pulled out a knife and prepared to pierce the guard, who had no idea he was going to die.

Jaden dashed out of the corner, avoiding the knife by pushing the guard sideways, but the Cloak remained undone.

The guard awoke instantly, realizing that that was supposed to be his final kiss if it hadn't been for the unusual power that had saved him, in other words, Jaden.

'What just occurred,' Shelly exclaimed in her heart.

Will the guard reveal her now that she's been caught in the act? She must take actions, or their actions will be revealed.

Shelly stabbed the knife vertically downward, aiming to take the guard's life, but her hand went numb, and the knife slipped down almost instantly.

Jaden jabbed her hands, making them numb, and then quickly knocked out the guard, ensuring that no attention was attracted to him. Jaden then grabbed Shelly's neck and lifted her up with his own strength.

"What's going on..." Shelly choked on her words, and her life began to fade away from her, until she finally gave up the ghost.

'Hmph, one down already,' Jaden said as he washed his hands of the blood stains and began walking out of the secret area to the meeting location. As long as Shelly didn't tell the others, there was no need to be concerned about them finding out.

"We're going to depart right now." The leader stood up and extended a handshake to the managing director, who was beaming. A hundred million dollar share was purchased by the mercenaries. Although this is a large sum, other firms have purchased shares worth even more.

"It's been a pleasure doing business with you, and I assure you that you will not be disappointed. Myriad Realms will become the world's best VR game and the only fully immersive game ever made." He said with a smile to them.

The mercenaries turned to leave as fast as they could.

"You can now undo the cameras, Eagle. Shelly, where are you?" Their business here is over, where the hell is Shelly? asked the leader, a little irritated.

"I attempted unsuccessfully to reach her after she seduced the security guy at that location. She's a vixen, so she might want to have a fling with him before killing him. She isn't a kid, therefore she can meet us later "One of the guards who had been following her responded.

They began smiling as they exited the building.

They left the building soon after, eager to get in the automobile. They attempted to move it, but it refused to move. They started to freak out.

With his hands in his pockets, Jaden strolled down to them, deactivating the cloak and losing the 100CP, but he didn't care; all he needed was money to buy the game helmet.

"Hey, why are you walking about like a loser, young man?" When the leader noticed Jaden, he decided to take out his anger on him.

"Oh, talking to me?" inquired Jaden.

The boss responded, "Yes you, who are you, and why are you here?"

"I'm a killer," Jaden stated flatly, prompting laughter from the other mercenaries.
