Jaden pondered as he carefully rose from his bed to have a better look at this new location that had arisen out of nowhere.

He only remembered being murdered by a boss in a dungeon in the myriad Realms VR MMORPG, a massive virtual reality game.

He was met with a gun on his head held by his best buddy and guild member before he could take off his helmet (since he had already been automatically locked ). The trigger was pulled within blinking of an eye That was the last recollection he had.

'Because Karma was on my side, I was able to reincarnate in the same world at a much younger age. This is incredible. I'm going to get my revenge in a pleasant way, and I'm going to rule both the actual and virtual worlds.' Although reincarnation was a nightmare, Jaden was happy that he reincarnated in the same world rather than in another, which would have made it difficult for him to carry out his vengeance.

Regardless, the game hasn't been released yet. It was supposed to be fully operational on September 1st, but the current date is August 1st, so there's still a month to go.

"I like the sound of it, Chaos." Jaden chuckled. Unlike others who are taken aback when they discover a system, Jaden remained unfazed. He had that concept in his head at the time. He would have refused to accept the fact that he lacked a golden finger.

If there was one thing he wished for, it was a system that might elevate him to the level of A God, unparalleled.

He heard a tap on the door just as he was becoming lost in his moment of otherworldly determination and excitement.

"Hey! I'm going to pull this door down if you don't open up." The voice of a shouting middle-aged male could be heard.

'Damn, I nearly forgot, I owe this landlord a year's rent,' Jaden thought to himself as he opened the door and was greeted by the enraged face of a big middle-aged fatty.

He had no work in his former life. A kind old man (not his landlord) gave him a game helmet because he was weakening owing to his age. However, Jaden was able to save enough money through playing Dragon VR to buy his own house.

"Please accept my apologies, Mr. Landlord; I simply require a little more time. I sware to you that I will pay you back a mansion." Jaden apologized without thinking about what he was saying, earning him a sneer from the landlord.

'You have no respect for my house, your head, even cursing at it.' The landlord muttered something to himself, his face turning sour.

Of course, everyone considers what they say after they say it, causing Jaden to realize his error.

"sorry, I actually meant my buddy" he apologized immediately.

"Get out there and work like a man, and don't blame me for anything if I don't get my money by next week, Hum! These days' kids lack respect and are extremely Lazy." old fatty stomped furiously down the staircase.

"What a grumpy old man, I'm not sure how he managed to woo a woman as beautiful and considerate as his wife," Jaden grumbled, unaware that Old fatty was only 5 steps away.

"Wait, what did you say?" old fatty erupted from the stairwell, sprinting straight up, leading Jaden to flee inside, locking the door in the face of the old fatty.

"Can you even woo a fly, arrogant brat?" Outside, Old Fatty cursed, as Jaden peered at a mission that had just begun. He had been attempting to read it in detail, but he couldn't see it up close owing to Old Fatty's continual raving.
