The system

Xiaohan started walking through a long passage in the cave, it was really dark and he couldn't see anything, he was also hearing strange noises and was a little scared, but he knew that at this point he couldn't go back, because it would have been completely useless.

After walking in the dark for around 15 minutes he finally started to see some light, just a few minutes later he had reached the light, that was created by a phosphorescent rock. Now he could see something.

Thanks to this weak light he could see that the path was divided in three ways, after thinking about which one he should take he chose the path on the right.

Using his abilities as a third-rate warrior he managed to break a piece of the phosphorescent rock to use it as a portable light.

Now, with the help of the newly acquired light, he could see where he was going, after almost an hour he reached a room with rock walls, in this room there were many books, and there was a very old desk, with a really big book on it, Xiaohan could see that it was an ancient book, because it was damaged and many pages were missing.

On the book cover there was written something, but because it was damaged, he couldn't really read it, the only readable words were "__cen__on Sy___m".

He then saw a wooden door near one of the bookshelves, and he headed toward it, he had put his hand on the handle, had turned it and opened the door.

He saw something spectacular, a room with walls made of QI stones, and at the center of this romm there was an altar, and on the altar there was a little black box.

Without knowing what was it Xiaohan decided to open it, inside the little black box there was a ring, and it seemed like a very precious ring, driven by curiosity Xiaohan reached out to the ring and took it, and put it on.

Just as he put it on a screen appeared in front of him, he got really shocked and almost fell to the ground, after a few seconds, or even minutes, he got up, he tried to touch the screen but his hand passed right trough it.

Even if he couldn't touch it, he could read something on it.

Just ten minutes he reached a cave, and had to hide behind a rock, because he heard an horrible sound, just a few minutes later he saw a Gloomling, a novice level monster, who possesses the novice shadow talent. It's not really strong, but right now it had the advantage of the darkness due to his talent. 

Xiaohan knew that if he wanted to kill it he had to ambush it and he had to be fast and precise, luckly he had just gotten the speed talent and a sword. Thanks to the fact that the Gloomling's body was similar to the human's he knew where he had to attack it. 

Xiaohan waited until the Gloomling passed by so that he could attack him from behind, and so he did, just as the monster turned his back to him Xiaohan rushed toward him with a sprint and with a slash he cut off his head cleanly. Right after the monster had been killed Xiaohan was a new notification from the system.
