74 Mei

The water blades disappeared. On Liu Yang face there's was shock, disbelief, and happiness. Marcus was alive! The person that saved her years ago, the person that she thought was dead, is standing in front of her. She wanted to say something but words were stuck in her throat.

Suddenly behind her, four figures appeared. They paid their respects to her before looking at Marcus.

Marcus actually recognised one of them, it was Principal Xiao, Mei's father. It looked like he didn't recognize Marcus at first, until his expression changed to that of shock. He then grabbed Marcus and proceed to shake him.

"Where is Xiao Mei?! If you are alive she must be as well!" In his eyes was madness and wory. Daughter that he thought died with Marcus that day may be still alive. And if Marcus is here she must be somewhere close.

"Principal Xiao, it's good to see you as well. As for Mei she will be here soon, I was planning on making a cool entrance, which didn't work out, but she took a ship, it's slower but safer. If you want I can ask when will she arrive."

"You can do that?! What are you waiting for then?!"

Now I can see where Mei got her crazy side from. It was her mad father.

Pressing on his phone he turned the scream on. This was the latest generation phone, it was made for a see through materials except for the small ring at the top and the bottom of it. Because of this it looked as if he wasn't wearing anything, until you press on it and the screen turns on. He had to pay a hefty price to buy it. Well the army had to.

The satellites are already in place and the communication form the planet's surface is possible so contacting Mei won't be a problem, and after waiting a few seconds he connected.

"What did you mess up this time?" Her cold voice came through and everyone was shocked. Communication Talismans were very hard to make, even with their cultivation. And you have to mention that everyone here was at the Divinity Establishment.

"Why do you have to assume that I messed up? The landing wasn't perfect but it wasn't that bad." There is no need for her to know that he almost killed himself, details are not that important.

"... I was watching through the satellites."

Well… he should have expect that.

"Your father told me to call." Change the subject, change the subject. If she forgets, he may survive today.

"..." and it worked as Mei stayed silent for a moment. "We will talk when I land, and don't think I forgot. You will regret it when we are alone." then she disconnected.

He is screwed.

"Well, as you heard, she will talk to you when she lands, as for when is it, I will contact the pilot and ask him instead." With a smile on his face, Marcus tried to stay calm. But from his shaking body they knew that he was panicking.

Howl

Marcus reacted quickly and grabbed the incoming fist. When he looked at the angry face of Principal Xiao, he realized something. He must of catch something. They were planning on telling him about their relationship but not so soon. Maybe in a few years. It was Mei that told him to keep it a secret but he sniffed it out himself, it wasn't his fault!

"Principal Xiao. Why did you attack me? I did nothing wrong."

"We will see." Taking a few steps back, Principal Xiao continued to look at Marcus as if he was a dead man.

That's just more trouble. At least Mei can't blame him for it.

"Something is coming." Liu Yang said while looking at the sky. Without looking back Marcus could tell that it was the ship with Mai in it.

Marcus waved at the ship to tell the pilot where to land. Soon the ship was in the ground and the door opened. As Mei walked out she looked at Marcus and started walking towards him. With no hesitation she threw a punch at his face, and Marcus had to grab a punch again.

These two are to similar. The resemblance was... striking.

"Xiao Mei…" with tears in his eyes, Principal Xiao walked up to Mei and tried to hug her, but he was stopped by the hand that grabbed his head. Mei's hand.

"It's good to see you father, but there is no time for this, we need to talk business now." Mei said it calmly, but Marcus could tell that she was suppressing her happiness inside. And she is right, there is not much time for, the Demon army is coming closer. So, Mei said. "We need to speak with the person in charge."

Liu Yang smiled, while the four looked at each other and nodded. Then Principal Xiao spoke. "You are speaking with the leaders of the human alliance. I represent the Li Country, the last country to still exist. Wong Bao and Chu Ai represent the last Ancient clans, and Loki Chester the last Magic school from the Mag Continent. While Liu Yang is the only person that can resist the Demon King. With the exception of Liu Yang, the four of us are now generals of the last human army."

This was a bit shocking news; the only remaining humans were so weak. It was no wonder that we lost the war so far. But Mei was able to keep her cool and proceed with the message.

"Then, as an official representative of the W.S. Ares, I would like to propose you an alliance. We will help you defeat the invading army, and in exchange you will agree for full cooperation with establishing a colony of the United Nations on the surface of this planet."
