6 Chapter 6: Houtian Stage, Manifestations

Law stood as still using his 20 memory partitions to understand and correctly go through the movements described by fiendgod technique. He decided to first cultivate the fiendgod technique because a stronger body is better for cultivating ki.

Law's body started to go through a variety of motions, that made him look as if he was doing a weird form of tai-chi.

After Law finally finishing his weird ritualistic dance he sat down as an ancient domineering aura started to come off his body. Slowly his body started to gain definition and might unbefitting off a 5-year-old child. By practicing the fiend god technique his body was being changed to be able to hold the divine power of a god.

As Law sat meditating his shirt started to turn to dust starting from his back until it was completed destroyed revealing his upper-body. When practicing a fiendgod body refining technique after understanding the various intricacies of the technique user's potential in the technique is shown by a divine tattoo formed on the user during the start of utilizing the technique.

On his back, a runic circle slowing started inscribing itself on his back with flowing intricate flowing lines and ancient domineering symbols.

The basis of Law's technique was giving the user an all-encompassing resistance to 12 elements as well as the ability to utilize some of these elements. The runic circle behind his back was made of 4 circles forming layers with less runic symbols in each layer.

In the outer layer, there were runic symbols representing Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Lightning, and Metal. One layer deeper there are symbols representing Yin, Yang, Space, and Time. In the second most inner layer, there were two symbols representing Creation and Destruction. And finally, in the center of the Giant runic circle, there was only one indescribable symbol representing Chaos from which all was created. By absorbing the purest and most powerful type of energy; Chaos energy to temper his body he would gain power above that of an average world god as well as a resistance against the rest of the elements.

The forming of the 4 circles and symbols revealed that Law had a perfect affinity with the fiendgod body cultivation path. But this result was to be expected due to having a perfect cultivation body and his soul technique that constantly removing any impurities that his body gained as time passed.

As Law finished cultivating his technique the runic circle slowly faded into his back becoming invisible. Although Law wouldn't be gaining any mystical powers, yet he did gain the strength of an average adult and a slight resistance to the 6 elements in the outermost layer.

After he finished cultivating the body technique, he immediately going through the steps of the ki-refining technique. Using his memory partitions along with his ridiculously high comprehension and intelligence, Law was able to perfectly understand how to move the elemental ki that was residually around him. Using the abundant ki essence he started to form his own inner energy by converting the realm's natural energy into his own.

There were no prodigal signs like the which appear for the fiendgod technique, but that speed at which he was cultivating would have left any immortal astounded.

This ki-refining technique was special because it both continuously purified his inner energy and increased its density 10-fold. Although he was still not able to use any talismans or magical artifacts yet, when breaking through the xiantian stage of cultivation he would have 10 times the elemental essence an average early xiantian cultivator would have. After finishing his initial cultivation and forming a large strand of inner energy Law finally decided to get up while not knowing how much time had passed.

Law quickly checked the clock in the center of his realm only to realize that 80 hours had passed since he began cultivating, and he was currently shirtless.

'Sh**, I that was my favorite shirt, damn, what am I going to tell mom when she wakes up.' Law cursed in his mind.

As he looked up at the clock, he realized his mother was going to wake up at 6 am and would come to check on him. But rather than feeling tired from cultivating continuously for 3 1/2 days he felt revitalized. He got into bed and covered himself with his quilt before he heard the door open.

Just as he expected his mother woke up at 6 and came to check on her little boy only to see him sleeping soundly under his quilt. She smiled at how well behaved her little boy was going to get ready for the day ahead. If only she knew.

After a couple of hours, Law and his mother could be seen sitting at the breakfast table eating toast, while his mother was editing an article for her job.

"Little Law, what do you think of going to the library today. I know you've already finished all the books that I have here" asked Law's mother as she continued to drink her coffee while looking up from her work.

"I would love to mom; can I get a library card mom so I can take books home?" Law replied eager to read some more books. Law was eager to study various subjects because he thought that they may help him understand various Daos better. Plus, although he had high intelligence, he needed to research various things so that later on he could start a business.

Although they were in a decent situation because of the help from his mother's uncle; J. Jonah Jameson. Yup, the spider hater had a soft spot and was a surprisingly nice guy, who brought toys and treats whenever he visited.

Moving on, Law was planning on making enough money to become a real financial powerhouse in this world. Though he didn't exactly have everything planned out yet, he was confident. With his intelligence an intelligence comparable to the likes of Tony Stark, or even Reed Richards, he should be able to make enough money. Although that wouldn't start until he was older as to not bring to much attention to himself.

"Sure honey and you better hurry up and finish your breakfast if we want to make the bus." Smiled Liz as Law started to shovel the rest of his breakfast into his mouth.
