As Sasuke Uchiha in Naruto World

Our MC slowly opened his eyes. What greeted him was a room which looks like a hospital room. He was laying on a bed with an open window to his right.

MC : [What happened to me? Why am I in a hospital?]

The nurse on duty saw him waking up and ran out to report to the higher ups.

MC slowly got down from the bed and made his way into the bathroom. Looking at the mirror what greeted him was the face of one of his favorite character--SASUKE UCHIHA.

Suddenly a rush of memories came crashing into his mind.

*Pain* That's all that he felt for the next few minutes.

MC : [So it was not a dream. I really do reincarnated as sasuke]

MC : So I am screwed huh! Is there any way I will be let off easily.

ROB : Fret not child, you see, it was not restricted for a soul to come here. Rather it was nearly impossible. And in the extreme rare case if any succeeded in reaching here, they will be given a chance to reincarnate into a world of your choosing.

MC : So,. it's like those reincarnation stories i have read?Will i be getting wishes granted?

ROB : hmmm....*reading memories of MC* . It seems like you have an idea about this. So you can choose any world you want to reincarnate in and will be allowed to choose 10 wishes of your choice.

MC : I would like to reincarnate in Naruto world. As for the wishes.....

1.I want to be reborn as sasuke uchiha right after uchiha massacre.

2.An Inventory which can store an items and in time stasis.

3.Rinnegan.

4.Ability to use all mangekyou sharingan abilities without any drawback or cooldown

5.Transfer all scrolls,books, and weapons in the uchiha compound to my inventory at the time of the massacre.

6.A concealing skill which can conceal my presence, chakra or doujutsu according to my needs.

7.Regenerative ability atleast 10 times faster than naruto and even regenerate limbs.

8.High talent in learning and comprehending.

9.Perfect chakra control

10.The sensory ability of uzumaki clan called Mind eye.

ROB : Very well then all are within the limits. Though there will be some change. You will have to train the abilities to reach full potential.

(Sasuke POV)

From the memories of this body, it seems like everything happened just like in the story. Seems like due to the merging of my soul the spiritual energy increased drastically. This also seems to have increased chakra reserve as well. I used to have academy student level chakra reserve before, but now it's at mid-chunnin level. That doesn't seems like it's just because of new soul. If my guess is right, the soul remnant and chakra of indra otsutsuki should have also been absorbed. Anyway, now I need to conceal this or it will cause an uproar. Especially that Danzo will cause trouble for me.For now I will keep it concealed to a little more than how it was previously.

Channeling some chakra into eyes, i saw it slowly turning into 3-tomoe sharingan. Increasing some more turned it to mangekyou sharingan. I increased it further and when I almost drained 90% of the reserves my eyes turned purple with ripple patterns, the rinnegan eyes. I quickly deactivated it to avoid chakra exhaustion. I used the conceal skill so that even if someone see me activating it they will only see 1-tomoe sharingan.

I got out from the bathroom and made my way to the bed. The moment I played down the exhaustion from using that much chakra kicked in and I drifted off to sleep.
