As Barry Allen in Marvel(Rewrite in place )

A teenager with an untimely death gets 5 wishes and chooses to be reincarnated as Barry Allen in the Marvel Universe.. Got this idea from another fanfic on fanfiction.net but that author dropped it so I decided to rewrite that story with a few changes.. P.S. This is my first story.
