8 Opening Circuits Gone Wrong

-Emiya Residence, 21:02-

Entering the shed, Kiana looked around and was... not that impressed. Sure it was the place where the main character practices is magecraft but a normal shed will always be a normal shed... At least it would be without the magic circle that was suppose to be somewhere around here.

There was nothing much that she could really think is magic related... It was a bit dusty but that's a given, there are boxes everywhere probably filled with old junk, and a second floor that is accessible with the wooden stairs... but it probably just have more boxes.

Then there it was... The mat that Shirou used to sit and sleep when he was practicing his magecraft... Kiana sighed, feeling a bit dissatisfied and thought, 'What was I even thinking? It's just a normal shed... But this really killed some of my excitement...'

"You know... If you sigh like that, it makes me feel like I did something wrong..." Shirou said with a wry smile after hearing the dissatisfaction in her sigh.

'AH! You heard me?!' Thought Kiana before she apologized for that, "Sorry! It's just... I thought there would be more, y'know... I mean you did say it was just a shed you used to practice magecraft secretly... I just never thought it would be this normal."

Shirou shook his head and sighed, "Yeah... I get it. If someone were to claim to have a place to train their magic it would probably looked more... magically? And not a normal shed behind the house. But it's been doing well for me, since I can use the shed without looking suspicious to Taiga and the rest."

'Huh... That's a good cover. Since he is known as the janitor and worked as a mechanic for Raiga from time to time, It could honestly work.' She thought in surprise before asking, "So, they all think that you're just tinkering with scraps of metal?"

Shirou nods as he sat down on the mat, "Yep, that's mostly it... but I do sometimes tinker to help me better in fixing machines. Like that washing machine I'm try to fix with the help of analyze. It's a very useful spell I can use that doesn't give me that much pain like reinforcement or projection."

'Wait... Pain? Right. The guy uses his own nerves as circuits... I really need to tell him to fix that when we're on the subject later...' She thought with a frown before sitting on the opposite of him. She looked at the boy and asked, "So, who wants to go first?"

Shirou merely shrugged and pointed at her, "It's better if you go first. Since, you do know more about magecraft and stuff on the magic side of the world. Maybe start with what's the difference with magecraft and magic and how to help me with my magic."

'Huh... I thought he would ask about the people in the magic side rather than that... but it's good to start from there.' She thought before giving him a nod, "Sure, but be warned that my explanation might not be the best. I'm just a girl that happens to know stuff okay?"

Shirou just nodded as the girl starts her explanation, "Okay! Then let's start with magecraft. Magecraft is the ability to bring what is possible through science by using magical means. For example, humans already know what makes fire 'fire' right? Magecraft is using that science to create fire with magic."

Shirou nodded and could see what she's trying to say but was a bit confused, "So... Magecraft is just science applied to magic?"

Kiana shrugged as she explained, "Uh... Yes? Maybe? You can't do magecraft without understanding the science behind it. Like take projection for example. If you wanted to make a sword with the spell, then you would need to know what it will be made of in the first place. Like what's the material of the sword? Or what kind of sword do you want to create? And to make the spell even better you can try and understand the steps in forging a sword to give the spell more sustainable and stronger."

Shirou hummed and gave her an understanding nod, "I... think I get it. So, what you're saying is that if I have better understanding in the magecraft I want to do. I can do it with enough knowledge of the subject?"

Kiana was about to nod confidently before feeling unsure of herself, "Uhh yes? At least, that's how I see it. If you understand the science behind the magecraft, you can do it as well. That's why I think your analyze spell is very good."

Shirou nodded but felt something was wrong with that, "Then... Why couldn't I summon a fire ball or something similar like that? I know what makes fire 'fire' so shouldn't I be able to use magecraft related with that?"

Kiana thought about it but remembered the reason, "Oh! I remember this. There are a lot of factors for using magecraft. Like if you're element and origin are connected to that kind of magic or when two people knowing the spell would cause it to weaken by the amount of people knowing... But I think the mostly because the mystery behind it has already been solved... I think?"

Shirou just gave her a deadpanned stare at her uncertainty, "Are you sure? You seem to have a lot of 'I think's and 'maybe's in your explanations..."

Kiana pouted as she defended herself, "Look, I'm not a researcher like the other magi. I'm just a girl who apparently knows what is 'magecraft' but haven't actually tried to do it myself. If you want to know someone that can give you a better more detailed explanation ask Rin or something."

Shirou eyes widened in shock as he asked, "Rin is a magus too?!"

Kiana realized what she just said and facepalmed herself, 'Haaa... Well that just got revealed... I was suppose to save that for later when we finally met but eh... This should not be that bad... As long as Sakura stays a secret from the guy nothing to extreme will happen.'

"Yes... She is a magus... A good one at that. She's one of the people I told you about that I could trust but can't at the moment. But let's get keep the topic about magecraft first before we talk about other people...? Please?"

Shirou sighed and nodded, "Alright... I'll asked about her another time... but it would be nice to know if they are a classmate or not. To think she would be a magus... Ugh, what am I suppose to think about her when we meet in the hallways?"

"Uhh... Maybe think about something else? She's not bad or anything... But we're getting sidetracked here. Anyways, why I think mysteries are the most important factor is because it's what gives the power to magic. The more mysterious the subject is, the better the magecraft would be. Like if you have a spell to cure cancer, it would have been strong but after it has been solved and people know how the cure is made, the spell would be weaker than normal."

Shirou seemed to understand as he muttered, "I see... So, the more unknown it the subject is the stronger the magecraft related to them are."

Kiana nodded and continued, "Like for example, time travel. That has been theorized to be something possible but it stays as mere fiction to most. Because of how much people do not know about it, it would be very strong for someone that knows how to do it magically... It would have become actual magic at that point."

"Hmm... That makes sense. Then how about Origin and Elements? Are they like affinities from fantasy games?"

Kiana looked surprise at his question and asked, "You know about fantasy games?"

Shirou looked at Kiana confused before giving her a wry smile after understanding the implication of that question, "Of course I do... I may live in a traditional japanese house and don't really like wasting time playing games, but that doesn't mean I don't know what it is. Some guys at school brought a gameboy to school once and played something that I don't exactly remember..."

Kiana merely nodded as he continued, "I get to know some affinities like fire water and all the others... But when I tried it apply that to myself, nothing happened. So I thought that just doesn't exist with our magecraft... Because what affinity is reinforcement and projection?"

'But still... Using a game as knowledge for real life... I never thought someone would do that.' She thought, not realizing how hypocritical that sounds in her head. Since even now, she's using knowledge from the anime.

"Well it exist... But it's a bit more complicated than that. I don't know how to explain it correctly but Element tells you what kind of magecraft you would do well, while Origin is what defines who you are as a person."

Shirou hummed and kept that in mind because of how important that sounded before asking, "Then how do I find out what my Element and Origin are?"

Kiana merely shrugged and said, "Don't ask me. I don't know how. But I already know about your Element and Origin... It's a bit special and very rare because they are both Sword."

(A/N = What do you think Kiana's Element and Origin Shouldbe?)

Shirou felt this would be a serious topic she needed to explain more but decided to not ask about it for now, "So... Sword huh? Never would expect that to be my element... and origin. If that's true... Then Taiga would definitely laugh at me for losing to her with swords..."

Kiana rolled her eyes and said, "Of course you would lose. Your element just gives you affinity towards swords in magic and your origin just tells you how you always act. Just because you have swords for the two of them, doesn't mean you would become a sword god... Unless you make it happen with magic of course."

Shirou shrugged, "Well it's a bit unfortunate but not really surprising. Then what kind of magic would suit me best? Sword magic isn't a thing... Wait... Since, elements give me affinity towards it does that mean I'm good in making swords? Like using projection in one of your examples."

Kiana nodded and smiled, "Yep! You can do any kind of magic as long as it's related to swords or something similar to that. Like using projection for swords, reinforcement for swords, and analyzing swords! Even altering swords would be a good start for you."

Shirou began to understand and could finally see a clearer path on what to choose in his magecraft but remembered the pain of using magecraft, "I see... If I analyzed a sword to have more understanding of it, I could project an even better sword and could reinforce it to make it better... But that would hurt a bit more than the usual amount..."

'Ah! Right!' Kiana remembered about that and quickly asked, "Shirou. How do you usually use magecraft? Because I don't think you're doing it correctly if you feel pain every time you use it."

"I'm not?" He asked in surprise before answering her question, "Well... I always create my circuits before doing magic because I would need to use the mana in the air... I have gotten better at tolerating the pain but if I do all that in a row I might lose concentration and accidently break the sword instead."

Kiana gave the boy a frown and explained, "Shirou... You're not suppose to create your circuits... You already have a set in your soul... What you're doing is replacing your nerves as if it was another set of circuits. The pain that you feel is your nerves frying themselves to contain the mana you're using."

"Frying...?" He muttered and looked at his hands in shock. He always thought that heat was because his circuits aren't as good when he was making them. That's why he kept training to get used to the sensation and to make better circuits while practicing magecraft... Turns out that was just him using his nerves and getting it fried each time.

He suddenly felt like an idiot and sighed before muttering, "So all this time... I've been killing myself? Does that mean... All that time I tried to get used to the pain was all for nothing?"

Kiana shrugged and comforted him, "Well... Maybe not? I mean, you have a better pain tolerance than others? That's a plus, right? Sure, you almost killed yourself with it, but that's because no one taught you how to do it in the first place. Don't beat yourself up for that."

Shirou smiled before finally asking, "So... If that's what I'm not suppose to do... How do I turn on my real circuits in the first place?"

Kiana smile became a uncertain frown as she tried her best to remember anything related to using circuits. 'There was mental triggers... But those triggers are only, to activate it... But how do you activate a circuit without knowing if it's not yet opened?'

"Well... I know HOW to activate the circuits but I don't know if your circuits are already open or not... Since, you haven't used your real circuits I don't think you ever actually opened it. Maybe try to activate it with a mental trigger first. If it doesn't work let's try to open your circuits... somehow."

Shirou agreed to it and asked, "Then what's a mental trigger? I know what it means from the words but what am I suppose to imagine?"

Kiana hummed and answered, "Well it varies from people to people. Just imagine a trigger that what you think is good for yourself and it would be better the trigger is fast, like firing a gun or something and do something like reinforcement to really check if it works."

Shirou nodded as he grabbed a scrap metal pipe from one of the shelves and concentrated at it. An image of a gun firing in his head appeared as he muttered, "Reinforcement... Ack!"

A sudden rush of energy flowing through his circuits caught him off guard as he felt a burning pain going through his whole body. He kept himself from shouting by biting his lips to not alert anyone in the neighborhood but it was still very hard as some loud grunts of pain escaped.

He looked down on his body and saw glowing blue circuitry reaching out to every part of his body. He grunted in pain before he heard Kiana's panicked voice, "Shirou! Shirou?! Hey! Turn it off! Turn it off! Dammit! You are in so much pain right now! Stop it!"

He tried to stop it but to no avail as the energy kept flowing into his circuits. It felt as if his whole body was being filled with burning hot iron. It was even more painful than the times he makes his circuits. He grunted and clenched at the pipe as he tried to redirect the flood of energy to it.

The circuits spread from his hand and to the pipe before it glowed brighter and brighter... Before exploding into pieces. It was too much energy for the pipe to handle. With nothing left to redirect the current of energy he force himself to take it, like all the times he did when he uses magecraft before.

It had gone for another few but very long seconds before finally stopping. The circuits wasn't receiving anymore mana from the air leaving him with a hot, painful, and numbing sensation to deal with.

He sighed in relief as he fell back onto the floor and tried to regulate the pain with some heavy breaths. Although it was still very painful, he could feel a warm feeling inside his supposedly real circuits. He smiled victoriously as he muttered, "That... Is very... Painful... But I did it...!"

Kiana who had tears flowing down her eyes from both fear and guilt, was conflicted over the choice of bear hugging the boy for surviving and not leaving her alone to deal with the aftermath or slapping him in the face for scaring the living shit out of her... But seeing his shuddering breaths, she thought physical contact at the moment was a bad idea.

So she resorted to option C, shouting. "You idiot! I thought you were actually going to die! I already made a deal with that old man to protect you a few hours ago! Don't just suddenly break down like that! What would I do if you died here!? Please also think about how I would feel... Goddammit... I feel like a hypocrite..."

Then she realized all of this was her fault in the first place because she told him to activate his circuits without the supervision of another magus... She sighed and sat down beside him, feeling like an idiot, "We should have done this with someone who knew what their doing..."

Shirou merely laughed before cursing himself because it pained him to do so, "Guh...! It's not so bad... I can't really... Feel much because... of pain... But I can... fell the magical... energy in my... body... Ow... Talking is... very hard... Hahaha...."

Kiana's frowned was replaced by a small smile as she sighed in relief, "That's good... All that pain didn't go to waste... Now that you have your actual circuits, you wont be having feeling any pain when doing magecraft... When do you think the pain will go away?" Since you have Avalon.

Shirou took a few breaths before answering, "This... Feels like... A pain that would... Go away in a day... or two... I think... I have always... healed a bit... faster than the rest... In an hour or... two... I could probably... talk a bit better..."

Kiana nodded and sighed as she tried to think about how to pass time a bit faster.

Tuna Tuna Tuna~!

Kiana looked at the pink cube floating in front of her with a frown. She tried to see if her cubes would be weaken by Gaia's interference but so far, it hasn't given any signs of weakening. Maybe Honkai's abilities works differently than magecraft.

It makes sense, since she was not using the world's magic as a base for her abilities. It doesn't have the same rules that usually applies with normal magecraft.

'That's good to know... I'll need to see what happens when Honkai Energy and Mana interact with each other before-' Her thoughts were quickly interrupted by Shirou who had sat back up, letting out an uncomfortable groan.

"Woah! Take it easy, Shirou. It has only been an hour. Don't force yourself to move if you're still in pain." Kiana said with worry as she went to her side and helped him out. She doesn't know what Shirou was feeling right now but from the looks of it, he was still feeling some pain.

Shirou smiled at her concern and said, "It's alright, Kiana... I feel a lot better than before... Ugh... Okay, maybe a bit better... but it's definitely better than when I was opening my circuits... Is the burning pain and numbness normal for opening circuits?"

Kiana shrugged as she tried to remember anything related to opening circuits in her memories... But she didn't got any. The only person she every saw and might have opened his circuits was him in the UBW route after using Archer's aria to project Kanshou and Bakuya.

But after that, his body was still shaking and numb that he couldn't even wash the dishes properly. Archer said, he overworked his circuits immediately after opening them causing his circuits to stay in an active mode without anything to turn it back off... At least, that's what she thinks that happened.

She sighed and shook her head, "I... Think it is normal... The only person I've every saw opening his circuits was... a some guy. He was in a very bad state after opening his circuits because immediately after that, he did overworked his circuits... So, you should be in a better state because you only reinforced a pipe."

Shirou nodded and smiled, "That's a relief... I feel bad for the guy who did that. It must be very painful for him."

Kiana chuckled a bit causing him to look at her in confusion. Kiana merely shook her head and smiled, "Nothing. Just thought of something funny... So, how much can you move around now?"

Shirou frowned as he began moving his arms, "Uhh... I think... it's as if I had gone through a very intense workout for an hour or two without stopping. Very tired and some muscle pain but other than that, I should be fine..."

Kiana nodded before something entered her mind. She didn't know if he should, seeing how Shirou ended up but it may be different because she was a Herrscher. So she looked at Shirou and asked, "Should I also open my circuits?"

Shirou raised an eyebrow in confusion and asked, "Didn't you say we should do something like this with a person that knows what they're doing? Also, how do you not have your circuits open if you could use your abilities already?"

Kiana pouted and said, "Well yeah... But it's kind of unfair that you have your circuits opened and I don't... I don't want to feel left out so I think we should at least try. For your second question, I did say that my abilities run differently than magecraft... And one of the reasons, is because I use a different source of energy than mana."

Seeing Shirou's confused expression, Kiana continued, "While magecraft uses magical energy to function, my abilities uses the energy that is generated from a core inside my body. It's quite powerful and acts as like a generator most of the time, so I would not run out of energy... Unless I used them all or something."

Shirou nodded but was still confused, "Then why would you want to open your circuits? Isn't your core thing already a good enough source?"

Kiana gave him an uncertain nod before explaining, "Well yeah, it's good enough. The energy is way more potent than all kinds of energy around the world, it's very powerful and helps me use my abilities without worry... But it's properties are very dangerous to people or animals that doesn't have any resistance towards it."

"Resistance?"

Kiana nodded and answered, "Yes. Resistance. If they don't have enough resistance, my energy might turn them into mindless zombies killing each other... And imagine if I use that same energy for experimenting with magecraft... In your house... in the shed... I think that's very bad and we should really try to open my circuits."

'You just want to open your circuits don't you...' Shirou merely deadpanned and sighed, "We definitely should to turn your circuits on. It should be good, I guess. You could get another source of energy if you ever run out of the one generated from your core. Also you could test around with the magecraft without... having a chance to start an apocalypse by accident."

Kiana nodded in agreement, "Yes! That's why we should open my circuits before we further test out magecraft. We would be using the same energy and could relate more to each other when testing with magecraft. Then when we do, I could try them out with my energy to see what's different. Also doing this will give me more range of abilities to use."

Shirou sighed and agreed, "Alright, let's do it..."

Kiana fist pumped the air in excitement before realizing something important. She looked back to Shirou and asked, "Before that... How did you do it again? Do I just make my own mental trigger and just open just like that?"

Shirou contemplated on the question before answering, "Maybe? I don't know how you use your abilities but for me... I created my own circuits, letting the mana in, before being able to use magecraft. It's like a temporary container being open underwater to fill it."

Kiana nodded as he continued, "This time, you told me to use a mental trigger which did opened my circuits and letting the mana in... However, this time I feel as if I don't need to get rid of the container because it is a permanent container."

Kiana hummed and nodded before trying to do it. She remembered how Shirou did it and took a deep breath as she imagined a trigger... 'Trigger... What should my trigger be...? Guns aren't really making it for me... And that's Shirou's trigger... Hmm... Let's try that.'

Then an image of four flaming wings bursting into existence appeared in her head as she muttered, "Reinforcement... Hck!"

She hitched her breath as she felt something going inside her. It was hot and felt a similar feeling to honkai energy but more... passive? It was just filling her circuits and isn't trying to do anything other than that.

She grunted in pain and saw her hands being covered with the same blue circuitry she saw on Shirou but the color was more... similar to the color of her eyes. She felt it was working very well so far as she let the energy kept going in.

The pain was a bit tolerable. It was as if her insides was burning but it was better than getting blown up by the honkai bomb... The only difference was the pain from the bomb was instant while this was taking it's damn time.

"I think... Guh! This should...! Be fine...! Urg!" She muttered and looked at the worried Shirou with a smile. She thought it was going to be going to be like this for a while but suddenly she felt a pulse of energy coming from her core.

"Huh...? AAAHHH-GRK! What's! Happening?!" She shouted as she tried her best to hold the scream back. She didn't know what the hell is happening but it felt like her core just tried to send honkai energy through the circuits as well.

"Kiana?! Kiana?! What's wrong?!" Shirou shouted with worry as he grabbed her hand to see some parts of her circuits started blinking from ocean blue to purplish pink. He doesn't know what was happening but from the changing colors, it might have been her energy going inside her circuits.

Kiana cursed and tried to pull the energy away but to no avail as some of it kept seeping into her circuits. She looked at her circuits and immediately had an idea, she looked at Shirou and said, "Go outside-Guh! I'm going to-Urk! Flush the energy out! Gah!"

"What?! I'm not leavin-!" Shirou didn't want to do so but Kiana's glare told him it was not a choice. He hesitated before finally agreeing, "Fine! Do everything you can to get it out! Don't think of the consequences!"

Hearing the door closing behind her, she placed her hands on the concrete floor and kept repeating 'Just like before' in her head. She remembered the familiar feeling of her honkai energy running in her circuits and shouted, "VOID IMPACT!"

Immediately her circuits flared with both blue and pink as a golden yellow ring spread across the floor and covered the area of the whole shed in an instant. The space inside the ring got displaced and pulled upwards bringing all that was not connected to the ground as well.

Kiana kept it up until the honkai energy in her circuits was fully flushed out leaving her with only magical energy sustaining the displaced space. It was good news... However, the moment it left her circuits the drain from her ability using only magical energy hit her like one of Bronya's Bunny's punches.

Stopping the ability midway, Kiana fall to the ground with everything that was also effected by Void Impact. Kiana did her best to ease the pain by regulating her breathing and sighed very tiredly as she felt her body drained, numb, and in pain.

"I... Am... Never...! Going to do this... Again...! Without Rin or Caren... Helping me...!" She panted as the door opened to reveal Shirou with a very worried expression. She smiled tiredly and gave him a thumbs up, "Did... it..."

Shirou had a relived smile as he rushed to her side and panted tiredly, "You're alive! I was going to ask Taiga for help since I was too tired to do anything but... Haa... Nevermind... We should have done this with someone else..."

Kiana frowned as she felt some dejavu before pushing him away, "Shut up... I'm very... tired... Can you... bring me... to my bed...? I don't... think I can... move... right now..."

Shirou only had a wry smile as he shook his head, "Definitely not. I couldn't even run to Taiga's room in time without my legs dying on me... Midway... Wooh... My legs are burning. I don't think I can move my legs right now..."

Kiana frowned and sighed, "Fine... I... don't think... I can use my... portals... when I'm this tired... Just... give me some... time to... sleep... I'm too tired to go on..."

Shirou chuckled and watch as the girl slept on the mat. Looking around, he saw the boxes, tools, and broken machines everywhere on the ground. He frowned in annoyance and sighed, "I'm going to clean this tomorrow... I can't move anything right now..."

Tuna Tuna Tuna~!

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED HERE?!"

Kiana and Shirou immediately woke up in panic as their heads turned to the figure outside the door. It was Taiga wearing her usual work outfit. She was looking at the two and the very messy shed with a dropped jaw before looking at the for explanation.

Kiana groaned and went back to sleep but immediately regretted it because there was no pillow saving her head, "Gah! Seriously?! What the... Why are we in the shed?"

Looking around, she thought there was some kind of earthquake messing up everything before remembering what happened. She immediately turned to Taiga in panic and wanted to give her an excuse but Shirou beat her to it.

"Sorry, Taiga... I was showing her what I always do in the shed. We were looking at an old... Uhh.... Washing machine that accidently... exploded."

Kiana turned to Shirou and thought, 'There is no way that would work!'

Taiga narrowed her eyes at Shirou and frowned, "Then you should have been more careful! Look at the mess you guys made!"

'IT WORKED?!' She thought as her jaw dropped in shock.

Shirou looked a bit embarrassed and apologized, "Yeah... Sorry... I'll clean it up after school."

Taiga merely huffed and walked away, leaving the two alone. Kiana sighed and looked at Shirou with a smile, "Are you seriously going to clean the place?"

Shirou merely nodded and answered, "Of course, I would clean it. I was the one who invited you to the shed to talk about magecraft... Which ended up with... That... What was that anyway?"

Kiana sighed and answered, "It's an ability called Void Impact. It makes an area that gives me control over the space around an object... I used it to pull the objects up to quickly increase the drain of my energy from the circuits... I just didn't expect my magical energy to be drained so quickly."

Shirou nodded and sighed, "Well, I think it's time we leave the shed. I need to prepare something for you and take a shower at the very least before going to school... Huh?"

"Hm? What's wrong?" She asked as she saw a surprised look on his face.

Shirou pointed at her right eye and asked, "Was your eye always yellow?"

AN = Done!!! I tried my best and came up with this after redoing this damn chapter for days! If I miss anything help me out! Comment on the paragraph if it's wrong. Comment on the chapter if you have suggestions of what to do next with the topic of magecraft! Also what do you think about the difference between honkai energy and magic energy that I made? Where mana is abundance but less potent than honkai energy? Does it makes sense or not?

Omake : Final Lesson : Fate Edition

"Shirou" The woman called as she readied her weapon against the corrupted Fu Hua.

Shirou looked at the woman and saw a familiar smile on her face. He knew at that moment, she was going to leave... Just like Kiritsugu.

Himeko merely smiled at the boy and said, "Now, don't be like that. I may be going to die after this but that doesn't mean I'm going to disappear. As long as someone remembers a person, they will never truly die. Now, stand back a bit. I'm going to meet up with Kiana soon."

Shirou merely clenched his fist and nodded as he took a step back.

"Even when everything seems lost and hopeless. Never ever give up. When you reach to Sakura, be brave and push on. For even in this sad story, you can end it the way you always wanted.... Let this be your Final Lesson."

Immediately after that, her godsbane battlesuit flared with honkai energy as flaming wings burst out of her back. She clenched her fiery sword and grunted in pain as she looked at Fu Hua who had fear written on her face.

"You shall not beat me with such! Edge of Taixuan, Eminence!" She shouted as a huge Ki sword aimed at the woman before being released.

"Rho Aias!" A pink flower began to bloom in front of Himeko and does it's best to block the attack but to no avail as it kept pushing through it all. Shirou grunted as his body was getting cuts and bruises for each layer broken and only got worse.

"Thank you Shirou. Leave it to me." Himeko said as she pushed through the Ki sword with ease. Fu Hua couldn't react as Himeko pierced her sword through her core, effectively destroying any chance for her to use Zeroth power.

(AN= A bit anti climactic but you can just imagine it. This chapter is freaking 5.5k. But I just write the omake because I like to write my ideas down for random stuff like this.)

-

Shirou looked at the melted cave with a sad frown as he saw Himeko's lifeless body in the middle of it all before being spirited away.

He wiped his tears and determination filled his heart as he moved on foward to bring Sakura back.
