Year 2100.
Most of times a year would be seen as the start of a new beginning, a chance to make things right, some may even think that a new year was the beginning of a new harvest, others a start to something new but unfortunately that wasn't what this year was all about.
No...this year marked the most unforgettable time to all of mankind for this year....., Was the year the entire human race beared witness to the greatest catastrophic global event in all of history, a year known as..
THE END!!!.

To understand what really happened you'll have to go back to the very beginning of it all.
Year 2080.
it was announced world wide by NASA that a specified Asteroid was on a collision course towards Earth.
just as professional as they were , before the astroid had already breached Earth's atmosphere, NASA had already detected it's presence and warned the people of the Earth to stay as far away as possible from the designated area Which the Asteroid would crash into .
To put most people at ease they'd already analysed the status of the so called Asteroid which was atleast one tenth of a kilometer , ranging from approximately 125 meters in Diameter and was on its way towards the designated crash site on 2080 , February 26 .
All who heard the Announcement were completely shocked for the very crash site which was already known by the entire planet turned out to be in North America?!, The United States, Washington DC to be precise?!!.
Instead of being panicked like most ignorant parties would think, turns out the The white house had already made several preparations to evacuate the capital in advance.
Under the command of the president of the United States,The entire Washington DC was Properly evacuated.
And naturally as NASA had predicted not everyone was simply calm after hearing the disastrous news, for almost every citizen of the state was completely shocked and terrified with some even entering a state of panic.
but unlike the evacuating citizens who were in panic after hearing the news, the president was obviously taken somewhere else with his family far away from the supposed crash site .
Successively, The courageous military were still evacuating the civilians, hurrying as fast as they could to get everyone to safety because NASA had already warned them that the so called Asteroid was going to strike at 12:00, high noon!! on the dot.
Thankfully, They All managed to move the civilians out of the city completely at 11:50.
Naturally If not for the selfish and greedy habits of some idiots who thought of monopolizing the situation the military would have evacuated the city earlier, but because some fools didn't believe that an Asteroid would hit Washington DC, the Govt and military had to take actions themselves to pull them all out of Washington by force.
And thankfully within the nick of time, the military and civilians all retreated to atleast 50 kilometers away from Washington DC .
