Hello little exorcists!

Arthur POV

"I once brought a devil and an exorcist into a brothel...." I spoke with amusement lacing my words after noticing the tension within the room.

Though my smile drooped slightly when everyone looked to me questioningly. "Neverminded, carry on" I said to them with a wave of my hand.

Xenovia turned to Rias before speaking "Thank you for agreeing to meet with us today. My name is Xenovia."

"And my name is Irina Shidou" Irina spoke after Xenovia.

Rias nodded her head before addressing them both. "Its fascinating to me why followers of God would want to meet with a group of devils" She spoke questioningly.

Irina took it upon herself to reply. "It does seem rather odd. You see, the church can usually account for 6 sword, however 3 have been stolen by fallen angels."

Rias and Akeno both let out gasps of shock and I felt Asia tense up next to me. Xenovia lifted the wrapping of what I knew to be Excalibur. "These are from the ones we have left. They are made from Excalibur. Mine is known as the sword of destruction." Xenovia said gesturing to the sword she was holding.

"Mine is know as the holy sword of mimicry. Its an Excalibur mimic." Irina said gesturing the ribbon on her arm.

Rias smiled at the two. "Well, what is it you'd like for us to do for you today?" She asked sweetly.

"We'd like you to stay completely out of it-" Xenovia started, however I interrupted her.

"Now, now Xenovia. Cant be making demands of the people who own this territory." I said, scolding her lightly.

She looked to me with a raised eyebrow. "Oh? And who are you to tell the church what to do? I am only relaying what I was ordered, and that was to keep you devils out of it." She bit back, exasperation written all over her face. Irina was looking between me and her partner.

Rias and the others were also looking at me questioningly. "I came here after Michael mentioned that a few Excalibur's were missing and that they had sent a couple exorcists to my town to solve said problem" I explained to everyone in the room.

"Saying you were sent here by order of the church would have been understandable, but to lie to our faces by saying Lord Michael sent you here himself is blasphemy! If you were someone important within the church we would know you!" Xenovia exclaimed, putting a hand on the hilt of her sword.

"To say I was with the church would be false. Were just good friends I'd say." I said simply, hoping to assuage their unease.

"You aren't someone who can order us around then? So stay back and let me and my partner continue!" Xenovia growled at me.

"Sheesh. Who shit in your cereal this morning little lady?" I said with a scrunched face.

Clearly getting on her last nerve she released the cloth from her sword and jumped up, making Irina also jump to her feet, preparing to fight. The devils seeing a fight about to occur charged the mana around their bodies, releasing their aura.

"Enough!" I said to them all. Sending Irina and Xenovia back onto their own couch, the same with the devils. Once their auras had been negated I pulled out my phone before face-timing Michael.

*Ring Ring*

"What are you doing devil!" Xenovia shouted towards me. "He's calling for backup!" Irina shouted with wide eyes. I sighed and shook my head.

"Hello? Arthur?" I heard Michael speak from my phone. I nodded before putting him on speaker and throwing it onto the table that was between the two couches.

"Yo Michael! I've got two unruly exorcists here picking fights. Im assuming they are the ones the church sent over for the Excalibur issue" I asked Michael, though looking down at the screen, I could see blonde hair and an ear. "Michael, its a face-time. You can point the phone to your face so we can see each other" I said, leaning over the table so he could see my face on the camera.

Everyone was looking to the screen in anticipation. The camera moved from his ear, to his forehead, to the top of his clothing gown before finally pulling far enough out to get a view of his face and the halo on top of his head. "Ah! Arthur I can see you! Hello!" Michael said waving towards the camera.

"Yes, hello Michael. Now as I was sa-"

"Michael! Are you talking to daddy?!" I heard Gabriel speak, approaching the phone. Every person in the room looked to me and I sighed.

"Yes, hello Gabriel" I spoke exasperatingly. A second later Gabriel was in front of the camera with Michael also waving. "Oh my! Daddy I can see you! Can you see me?!" Gabriel shouted.

"Y-Yes Gabby! I can see you! You can call me Arthur you know?" I said with a small, while glancing to each person in the room. Both Xenovia and Irina were scowling at me.

"A-Anyway!" I said to the phone.

"Ah yes. If it is indeed Xenovia and Irina, those are the two sent by the church. What was this I heard about them picking fights? Sister Griselda will not be very happy." I heard Michael say with a sigh.

Xenovia shot up and snatched the phone from the table. "Lord Michael! Its me Xenovia, reporting from Kuoh! I can assure you that there is currently no conflict between us and the devils! We were in a meeting when...This man, called you!" Xenovia said, placing the phone back on the table.

"Ah! Arthur, are you with the Gremory and Sitri heiresses currently?" Michael asked.

"Only Rias and some of her peerage." I replied back to him. Rias, Akeno and even Koneko looked slightly uncomfortable.

"Okay! Hello, Lady Gremory and peerage. I apologize if Xenovia and Irina are being unruly. I trust you have been informed of the situation?" Michael asked Rias.

"Yes Lord Michael. What should we do?" Rias asked the seraph.

"If you could, please look out for out two exorcists and help them to track down the Excalibur's. I promise you we mean no harm. We are only trying to get the swords back." Michael said calmly.

Rias looked a little worried before nodding. "Yes, that's no problem. I appreciate your extra information on the subject."

"Of course. Arthur if that is all, I need to continue my work." Michael said to me as I picked up the phone.

"Alright mate, talk to you in a bit. See you later Gabby" I said to both of the seraphim.

"Bye Arthur/Daddy!" Spoke Michael and Gabriel. I quickly ended the call and slid my phone back into my pocket.

Both Xenovia and Irina stood up. "If that is all, we shall both be going." Xenovia said, addressing us all.

"Would you like some tea before you go?" Rias questioned them both.

"No thank you. Were not here to make friends with devils." Xenovia said boldly before walking towards the door, she glimpsed at Asia who was holding onto my top but said nothing before walking out the door. "Bye bye" Irina said before she walked out the door and closed it.

Everyone in the room was silent.

"Well, considering no one is bringing it up. Might I ask why you've been ignoring me these past few days? Even though I didnt expect, nor want any form of thanks, shit in my bed and call me Stacey, I did not expect you to straight up ignore me." I said plainly, looking to the writhing Rias.

"I-I-I...Ughh" Rias mumbled.

"A simple answer will do dear" I said with slight amusement.

"Erm...My broth-..I mean Lord Lucifer said I shouldn't converse with you due to you being allies with the angels. He said 'He could give away top secret information if you were to slip up and tell him, let alone how dangerous he is'.." Rias said looking towards the floor.

I looked to her with a raised eyebrow. "What information do the devils have, that I don't already know? How to make evil pieces? Done, I already know. Who is corrupt and planning something against the current Maous? Yep, already know who they are." I said with disappointment, looking to each member of the peerage, Koneko was the only one looking towards me. The others stared towards the floor. "I fail to understand. Truly." I finished.

"I-I...Believe me Arthur, I didnt want to. I know you said you didnt want thanks for your help, but...It meant everything to me. Im sorry that we ignored you, but you must understand that, although you are what I consider a close friend. I'm a devil, and the Lucifer is my brother. If he gives me an order, I will follow it. Though I see it was unjustified and I shall speak to him personally Arthur. Believe me, I will." Rias spoke, gaining the confidence to look me in the eye.

I couldn't help the smile rising on my face. "I see. Very well Rias. I apologize for putting you in an uncomfortable situation with your brother." I said, looking directly at her.

She smiled and I could see the tears gather in her eyes. She walked over to me slowly and I brought her into a hug, I could hear her muttering thanks into my shoulder.

"Its alright, it was my please to help" I said, whispering in her ear. She nodded her head into my neck and I could feel the tears coming through the collar of my clothes. Looking up, I could see Akeno looking down to the floor with a sad smile on her face.

"Akeno" I called over to her. She looked up from the floor and over to me. I clicked my tongue as if frustrated, though the amusement in my eyes was easily noticeable to her. I gestured for her to come join the hug and she chuckled slightly before doing so.

'Two beautiful girls in my arms. What more could a man want' I thought to myself.
