11 Awakening Ddraig/ starting my training!

Arthur POV

I made it up to my bedroom with Nabe just behind me. "Okay Nabe, I'm going to try and awaken Ddraig by pouring mana throughout my body whilst focusing on the sacred gear. I'm not sure what will happen, however I'm confident I'll most likely pass out and go into the sacred gear to talk with him. Feel free to stand in here, or outside of my room. Right! well I'll be starting now I'll talk to you again in a little bit!" I said with excitement to Nabe.

"Okay Arthur" I heard Nabe reply back to me.

I went to sit on my bad and rest my back against the headboard. I closed my eyes and focused on the energies running throughout my body. I could feel the mana and life energy surrounding me, however there was another one, and this one was much more...Destructive! More wild!

'Hmm, this must be the boosted gears energy I'm feeling. Okay, I'll try passing my mana through it, that's what my system said to do'. I ran my mana throughout the Boosted gear, feeling it's energy

grow stronger by the second.

The next thing I knew, I was in a ruined city surrounded by fire! Ruined building surrounded me with destroyed cars littering the streets. The smell of char burning my nostrils. 'This seems familiar? Is...Is this Tokyo?' I questioned while coughing, my natural reaction to the smoke trying to fill my lungs. I had already expected that I was in the sacred gear homing the red dragon emperor, though it was still a little shocking that it would be in the form of a burned down Tokyo.

I observed the scenery around me, when suddenly a shock was sent throughout my bones and a crash resounded in my ears. Trying to pinpoint the where the sound came from, I rotated my head to

both my sides before turning around.

'I must say, seeing him in front of my eyes is quite a lot more alarming than I thought it would be before coming here'. Though I was surprised by the sudden appearance of the red western dragon, I was not scared. I firmed my resolve more than i already had and made eye contact with the dragon.

"Are you not scared of me boy?" the large dragon said to me. "No Ddraig, no I'm not. Should I be?" I asked him. I heard a guttural growl come from the maw of his opening mouth.

"HAH! Do all humans know of me now? I know its been a while since I appeared in the hand of my possessor, but to think even the humans know of my legacy *laughter*! " Ddraig roared towards me, his dragons pride making itself known. (suppressant ring still on by the way)

I joined Ddraig in his laughter, releasing a chuckle, after a second or two of chuckling I said "Sadly that is not the case 'Chichiryutei'" In an instant Ddraig's laughter ceased and his maw opened up releasing a flame in my direction thought he didn't put any power into it 'quite a weak flame for a heavenly dragon, he underestimated me based on my aura of a human I guess, still shouldn't take it head on though! It is still Ddraig'

I extended my arm towards the flame and used my 'mana barrier' skill to protect myself. The flame, though weak coming from Ddraig, was still formidable for me! After all, he was a heavenly dragon! The flame splashed against my 'mana shield' forcing me back onto my knee. The simple spell quickly reducing my mana due to the amount I put into it. "Jesus Ddraig! couldn't you wait for me to finish!" I shouted to the dragon.

"Hmph. Clearly not a simple human, how are you hiding your aura?" Ddraig asked me. I removed the ring and my mana slowly spilled out before putting it back on again. The dragon carried on speaking "Hmm. Good for a human, quite good. But not that impressive in comparison to others. Why did you call me by that name boy?" he finished with a tone of anger.

"Are you able to look at the memories of your wielders Ddraig?" I asked with intrigue. I heard Ddraig snort at my question "I can boy, though I usually don't unless absolutely necessary. Why?"

I looked to the heavenly dragon with a smile and said "you can look at mine, it will be easier to understand the situation". The dragon looked at me with squinted eyes before saying in his deep voice "very well boy"

After a couple of minutes of mild headaches at the constant viewing of my memories and viewing the dragons expressions, which went through many stages, including anger, sadness, pride and confusion, I finally heard a voice.

"W-WHAT! What the fuck is this!?" I heard a.. feminine sounding voice!

My mouth dropped open in surprise at the sudden change in voice from Ddraig. 'So Ddraig... The motherfucking heavenly dragon! Is female? But why did she hide it?".

"So you are a female dragon Ddraig?" I said in shock to the confused dragon. The large dragon turned its eyes to me in anger and said "Yeah! so what bitch? I could still kick your ass" she said with a large amount of killing intent. Though I slightly shrunk under the pressure of the dragon, I stood firm and said "You misunderstood me! I didn't mean anything by it! I was just shocked and confused as to why you would hide it?" I asked, waiting for her answer.

I heard the dragon sigh before saying "It doesn't matter! What does matter though, is what I've just seen! Was it real? Am I really from a TV show filled with boobs? And were you really reincarnated with wishes?" I shook my head at what the dragon said, though I didn't deny it "Yes its true, though if your wondering, I'm sure it happens in every universe, being turned into a TV show that is. And yes I was reincarnated here with wishes"

"That-that's crazy. What did you come here for?" Ddraig said to me. "I've come to ask you to lend me your power as a sacred gear to help me become stronger, to train and grow as partners. I will make the name of the heavenly dragon soar above the heavens!" I said to Ddraig with conviction. I then heard Ddraig laugh "HAHA! Okay! I will lend you my powers partner, and in return, you will remove the white dragon emperor named Vali, and gain honors for the both of us!"

I suddenly felt something within my body change, 'That was a very odd feeling'. As I moved the energies in my body, I could definitely feel the Boosted gears aura easier. I moved it's energy around my body and willed for the sacred gear to appear. A second later, the form of the second liberation of the Boosted gear appeared on my arm! "Thank you Ddraig! I think it's time to train, don't you"

The dragon grumbled and said "yes partner."

I then opened my eyes to realised I was back in my room with Nabe. 'Well. That went well' I thought to myself.

'Haha Ddraig you fucking legend! You boosted my stats! Just look at that Pyromancy level now! I even got the skill 'Arise' in the shadow monarch skill set!

'Hey Nabe, can you accept all rewards for the quest I completed today please,' I asked my system.

Arise- can revive dead targets within 3 attempts. If 'arise' has been succeeded they will be added to your shadow army and can be summoned when needed. If shadow is high enough rank, it will be able to communicate. (current 15/ 5 extra stored in shadow)- will drain mana if shadows die.

I heard Ddraig reply in my mind 'that's good partner!' I could once again hear the pride in her voice at the fact I was praising her.

I had added my 4 stat points to my intelligence to round all of stats off. I also noticed that I could now use the skill 'arise' from the shadow monarch skill set 'hehe, this will do nicely in the dungeon!' I thought to myself.

'I know something I could search for in the store! After all I can still get 4 things for free and one at half price *chuckle* this shot gon be good!'

I subconsciously opened up the system and went into the store section

My mouth hung open from what I was reading. 'This...this is op as fuck. Yeah I still have to train, but still! All that XP and those free stats!'

'Nabe, can you please use one of my free costs for the skill passive 'unshackled' please' I said through my mind to Nabe.

*kaching* the system sounded.

I suddenly felt my insides flare. "Arghhhhh" I screamed as I collapsed on the floor. I could feel my bones and muscles breaking and tearing and then fixing themselves again. After 5 minutes of this process, a puddle of sweat could be seen on the floor where Arthur was laying.

I looked around to see that Nabe was observing me silently. I stood up slowly and she spoke to me with sympathy "I'm sorry you had to go through that Arthur, it was necessary to apply the passive to your body" I looked at her with swear dripping from my forehead as I wiped it away "no probs Nabe, though a warning next time would be appreciated" I said still panting.

"Ah well I'm still sweaty, but I feel pretty good even after that. I think it's time to train, what do you think Ddraig?" I asked my partner, she replied back to me quickly "sounds good partner"

I used my skill to create a dungeon when a screen appeared before me.

I subconsciously clicked 'GO' on the zombie option.

In the time I blinked my eyes, I had teleported from the real world to the dungeon. 'This shits fucking weird' I thought as I looked around the desolate field I was standing in.

"Grrrraaa ackkkkkkk" I heard to the left of me and saw what looked to be a zombie. I quickly used observe on it to view its stats.

Info- though zombies by themselves are not much of a threat, beware on being caught by a horde of them! The slow movements make them easily attackable. Or you can just run if your a little bitch. Beware of mutations!]

I viewed the information I got from observing the info I got from the system on zombies and looked back at the zombie with a battle hungry grin. "Come here bitch, time to play" I said to the grumbling zombie.

Another screen appeared before my face.

Reviewing the quest, I decided it was very reasonable and got on with it.

"Boosted gear!" I said as I activated the gear. A claw like dragon arm appeared on my left arm. I suddenly felt the power within me double. 'Ah this feeling! I LOVE IT!'

"BOOSTO" the gauntlet said loudly.

I raised my hand slightly, aiming towards the zombies head as I charged a mana shot. I released a feral grin.
