7 Visiting the flower shop

One month later

Ning Wei sat under a tree in her neighbourhood park trying to gather inspiration for her drawing. She doesn't have a single creation of her own. In the past month she has drawn many things but it didn't satisfy the system.

Sigh, she didn't expect it would be so troublesome. In the past month she has advanced a level in calligraphy, embroidery, flower arrangement and music. Her level in them was D so her hard training has paid off considering the hard demand off the system. She suddenly felt her previous was a big joke to amount to this level in her skills which she has tried so hard to learn.

Also she has advanced in styling and cooking to level B though her main interest are the products and recipes she gets as the items. She has also started taking martial arts, designing and dance training. The martial arts is for self-defence, she has decided not to let people bully her anymore. Designing helps to apply her drawing and embroidery skills and after styling training she felt very interested in these aspect. As for dance....well although she is a novice but many occasions requires it so she started with ball dancing.

The only problem is that her paintings are not accepted. The system stated that she didn't have inspiration.

How the hell am I supposed to find inspiration?

Sigh, Ning Wei closed the sketch book. Since today is a weekend she decided to visit the flower shop where she used to work in her previous life.

In the afternoon there are not much customers. Ning Wei stepped into the familiar shop.

Hua shop is one of the famous flower shop in the area which has opened about 15 years. This time around the original owner of the shop should have stayed here. She had heard that the owner was from a the capital and had a big background but he left the city a few years before she joined.

Looking around she saw the neat and familiar arrangements of display. This display hasn't changed for years.

Shoopkeeper Zhuo was making a bouquet with lily and orchid. He didn't had any staff in the store with the reason of lack of knowledge. If not for her connection and quick learning she won't have kept the job.

Zhuo Jizhen saw a teenage girl looking around the shop. He put down his work.

"This girl what are you looking for?" He asked with a smile.

"I want to make a bouquet according to my arrangements. Can it be done here?" Ning wei was a bit awkward to talk in an unfamiliar way with him. Of course she can't say that she was just visiting him right?

"You can name the flowers but the arrangement has to be done according to the shop. The owner doesn't allows it." Jizhen explained with a smile but his tone was firm. Many people want to try their own arrangements just to ruin the essence, he can't ruin his shop's reputation for these people.

"I have drawn the arrangement here, see if its ok else you can make it according to you." Ning Wei took out her sketch pad and pointed to a drawing of flowers.

Jizhen was sceptical still studied the arrangement. Ning Wei has drawn the arrangement after her training and also coloured it to make it look like original flowers. Although she didn't advance her foundation on painting and flower arrangement has become strong due to the training. One has to know that advancing a level after level C is a bit difficult.

Jizhen stared astonishingly to the painting. "Little girl did you draw this yourself?"

"Yes, I do it in free time". Ning Wei was a bit embarrassed saying 'free time'. Her free time is only in space which defies all laws.

Jizhen went through the whole sketch book and became more impressed.
