33 Before the Massacre
The day before the battle in the plains.
The capital of Kingdom of Shan.
The whole capital right now was in chaos, soldiers were running back and forth carrying different types of weapons and armors. There was almost no citizen on the street of the capital, there are just soldiers everywhere. Yesterday the king announce to his people that he would take his army with him to the plains in the east to take his beloved daughter back. The nobles in the kingdom also started their army to join the king.
Inside the house of Ye, Ye Meili was preparing her equipment for tomorrow's battle, with her was a handsome man cleaning a short golden sword. This man was Ye Meili's father, Ye Aoman. He was also planning to accompany the king and especially his daughter in their fight to take back the princess. Even though the duke thought that bringing an entire army just to take back the princess for an unknown group was a little overkill for him, he just keep it to himself and decided not to talk to the king. He knows how much the king doted on his only daughter, so he understand how the king feels.
"Mei'er for tomorrow you do not have to join the fight, just stay beside me and let the soldiers do the work." Ye Aoman said because he was sure that the soldiers were more than enough to deal with those unknown kidnappers.
Ye Meili knows what his father was feeling and said with a voice that was filled with guilt, "Father I need to fight tomorrow, it is because of me that the princess got abducted."
"Mei'er the soldiers that the king would bring was an elite group, most of them was at late martial lord stage, while the other was at the early and middle stages of martial king. You must know that you are only at the middle stage of martial lord, even though you are a genius, you have never fought a real battle. Also the one that you defeated when you just became a martial lord was a rogue cultivator. His foundation and skill were poor also he is already too old for that fight." Ye Aoman said gently as he hug his daughter.
"B..but father beca.." Ye Meili wanted to say something but her father stop her.
"No buts okay? you should also remember that General Xiao was the one leading the army tomorrow. You know how powerful General Xiao is, he can easily defeat the enemy with his sword skills. He would not be called as the 'Emerald Wind' if he doesn't have any skills right?" Ye Aoman said to his daughter reassuringly.
"Okay I will listen to father" Ye Meili said softly as she close her eyes.

The capital of Shan was full of cheering and shouting. The people were outside their houses as they watch the kingdom's army march towards the east. Leading the army was the king, donned in his golden armor and crown, he has a serious expression in his face. Beside him was his son and the general, the crown prince Shan Yingxiong. The prince was smiling and waving his hands towards the people. While General Xiao was quiet and had a heavy air around him.
Behind them was the duke Ye Aoman and his daughter Ye Meili, like the prince Ye Aoman was waving at the people while Ye Meili was just silent.

The army continue to march towards the east, as they near their location, the atmosphere of the whole army turn serious. The fifty thousand man army was making the ground shake on each step they make. In the sky several people wearing green robes were flying equip with their swords, at the ground soldiers wearing green armor with a mountain insignia on their armor.
"Your majesty we are almost at the promised place, when we come out of this forest we could see the plains in the distance" General Xiao reported to the king.
The king nod at his generals words and said, "Tell your men to be prepared at any time."
"Yes Your Majesty" General Xiao said.

In the plains, Madara and Nagato was standing atop the invisible Giant Snake-Tailed Chameleon. Front of them was the princess wearing ragged clothes, she could feel the ground tremble a sign that the army his fathers army was near. Beside her was the woman who had abducted her.
She don't know that there were two more person here with her. She only knows that there are six person in this group of people and they were all identical with each other. From the moment she had been abducted, she still don't know about Madara and Nagato.
The shaking of the ground becomes stronger, the princess look at the distance and saw several shadows emerging. When she caught sight of who were leading the soldiers she smiled and tears started to fall down from her eyes. Even though it is just a short time and the one who abduct her doesn't do anything to her, she still couldn't help but be happy.
"FATHERRRRR!!!" she shouted with all she got.

Hearing the shout of her daughter, the king tremble as his fist tightly clenched. He look over the distance and saw her daughter wearing ragged clothes, even though she seems to be fine and there were no sign of injuries on her body, the king still could not accept the fact that someone dared to kidnap his daughter. He look at the woman beside her daughter, he knows that this was the woman who abduct his daughter base on what Ye Meili said.
The king and his army stop several thousand meters away from where her daughter was. The king step forward and shouted, "Woman hand over my daughter to me and maybe I can give you a painless death, if not I will let my soldiers here play with you until you die." his shouted was infuse with qi that makes the surrounding vibrate.
"It is not for you to decide what my death would be" after saying that the woman made several hand signs and said.
