18 'Las Noches'

In the Black Desert Ulquiorra and Qian Ru both reappeared in a vast desert with white sands with multiple dunes.

"Big brother this is the desert that I talked about, this desert lies in between the human and demon continent." Qian Ru said as she look at Ulquiorra who has been looking at the white sands.

"Big brother this desert is called 'Black Desert', Big brother must be confused why this is called Black Desert even though it's sands were white colored. The reason it is called 'Black Desert' is because it's never changing night, the 'Black Desert' also have another name it is 'Night World'. They called this 'Night World' because the moment the miasma disappeared everyone who enters this desert would feel like they were in a completely different world." Qian Ru explained.

Ulquiorra just stand silently while looking at the surroundings, seeing the white sands and the night sky reminded him of something, the Hueco Mundo. Hueco Mundo or the Hollow World are the place where Hollows and Arrancar reside. He spread out his consciousness in the whole desert to find if there is any sign of living being, but he detect nothing there are no living being in this desert.

Minutes pass both of them still standing in the middle of the desert. Ulquiorra's closed eyes slowly opened, he look at Qian Ru then said, "Little girl I've decided that in this world that is ruled by the strongest and the most powerful, were they do whatever they want because they thought they have the power to do so. I will show them what true power is, little girl I will create a group of people so powerful that the world would tremble just by their presence. But little girl you must remember, I am not doing this because I want to help the weak or be a hero. I am doing this so that I could see what would be their reaction when facing someone stronger than them. Would they fight? or would they submit? Only the future holds the answer all we need to do is wait."

"Big brother we are strong enough to show them what true power is, why do you still need to create a group. I want it to be just the two of us. Does big brother get tired of Qian Ru?" she said with an aggrieved voice. Tear started to form at the corner of her eyes, she thought that her big brother got tired of being with her that he is now planning to replace her.

Ulquiorra stare at Qian Ru's aggrieved face, he smiled faintly, stretch his arm and pat her head slowly, "I was just planning to create a group so that it would be much faster to achieve our goal. I will never get tired of you, you are a very important person to me. Being with you for several years even though you are noisy sometimes I never had a thought of leaving you. So you must also follow me to the end. Ok?"

Qian Ru was just staring at him with a bewildered expression, tears continuously running on her cheeks she does not seem to hear everything that he say the only thought on her mind was, "This is the first time Big brother touch me on his own. Even though in the past I always held his hand, but I am the one who always take the initiative to hold his hands. This time he did not hold my hand, but he was patting my head" Qian Ru was lost on her own world she did not even notice that he already stop patting her hear. She was just there standing silly with tears on her flushed red face.

"Little girl I plan on creating our base here, go behind me for the time being," hearing his voice Qian Ru woke up from her stupor wipe her tear stained face and went behind him while releasing a small weird giggle with a foolish expression on her face.

Ulquiorra close his eyes, with a single thought he picture the image of the base he wanted. Seconds later the white sands began moving from beneath the sands a giant fortress was slowly rising. A large dome at the center surrounded by several large towers and smaller buildings slowly appear.

It only takes several second before it is completely finished. Qian Ru just stare at the massive fortress in front of her. She know that her big brother was powerful enough to create a floating island in infinite space, but she did not know how he created it. But now seeing him create a giant fortress within seconds really put he in so much shock.

"This giant fortress shall be called 'Las Noches' from now on" Ulquiorra said as he walk towards the large fortress, while Qian Ru following behind him.

As they were walking towards their new house/base a space opens above one of the large towers and a woman came out flying while she was surrounded by a mist that looks like a bundles of stars shining around her. She directly crashed at one of the tower destroying a part of its wall.

Seeing what just happened in front of them, the usual emotionless face of Ulquiorra turned grim while he was releasing an unimaginable amount of spiritual energy. Qian Ru who was behind him did not know what to do. She just stared at the destroyed wall with wide eye.
