"Bad reality"

(Warning: Mentions of depression, death. You have been warned.)

Carter was walking beside me. His steps were quiet, he was like a cat slipping through grass to hunt.

Such a bad comparison, but Carter was like a cat, most definitely. He had a quiet personality, he was even shy. He wasn't much of an open person, he was quite closed off and quiet.

He glanced up at me. "Are you alright? You're oddly quiet."

I looked up, meeting his blue, icy eyes.

"Yeah, I'm okay." I answered, lowering my gaze. His eyes were still stuck on me, I felt his gaze. I gave him a small smile, continueing to walk.

He walked by my side, as Felix and Daniele who were the ones in front stopped. They turned and glanced at us.

"Anyone need a break?" Felix spoke up, his eyes drifting on me.

"No." Anna answered, as Carter shook his head.

The two men behind us did too, when they noticed Felix was talking.

We were continueing to walk, as we stopped, yet again.
