81 Minotaur
"Don't be so scared, I have a use for you," I said as I started to chuckle and I created devil qi with my right hand. The qi was a dark gray, and inside of it was profoundly sublime runes of power. It consumed the crystal very quickly leaving no trace of its existence.
"My sword intent has reached peak layer 2 of the incomplete code when I reach level 20 I can use the third style." I thought as I circulated the sword intent in my body.
"Sadly this qi will have to be a hidden card. I can't use it without a price, and also riling up questions...." I thought as I played with the devil qi.
"Wood feeds Fire, Water nourishes Wood." I thought as I planned out my breakthrough
"Water and fire...." I exited my purgatory, I could feel the demonic stares among the shadow demons. I knew there to be a few more hidden away. Awaiting ample energy, and sword intent to recover their consciousness.
My eyes flashed open, inside of them the runes circled one another forming a hint of devil qi. This was the devil's gaze! It allowed me to have intimidating and persuasive power over my targets, they would have 30% less power against me. I blinked and the devil qi disappeared from eyes as they went back to their deep blue.
Ice Queen was still in her meditations, she hadn't noticed anything strange about me. A powerful qi diffused from the world tree. I could see the same happening the other realms, in the land of fire; the volcano exploded sending out ash and fire into the sky as it formed a massive vermillion bird.
In the floating island, long earthen pillars exploded from the ground. The pillars extracted a brown energy from the air and compressed it into a silver color, it coiled into an earthworm. In the water realm, I could rain dragon appear in the sky. It was coiled calling down a storm as it flew towards the gate.
In the wood realm, a tree grew until it extended to the high heavens. This tree was the progenitor of all life. In the gold realm, a black tortoise formed with a hint of gold. Its sturdy motion was reminiscent of metal.
The phenomenon faded away as the energies became a gate to another world. Inside of the gate was the final ring and it was a world of shadows and dark winds!
"You are here, my child." A hoarse voice uttered out of the gates, to everyone.
"Come child of the shadows." It said to me specifically, I could hear it utter in my mind
'Lucas, a fragment of myself is in that realm.' Drrak intoned in a voice of longing in my mind
'Wait really? Will you be able to recover some of your memories?' I questioned in excitement
'I might be able to but that realm is extremely dangerous.' Drrak said in dread
At the moment each gate had an accompanying roar, and a gigantic furry limb flew out of the earth gate. In the fire realm, a black arm appeared; in the water realm another black arm appear, and then the light realm was a massive black hair bullhead.
"The legendary Abyssal Minotaur." Ice Queen said as she looked over at the light realm.
'Drrak what is that thing?' I asked as I looked at it, I could feel a resonance between the two of us. The resonance originated from the power of shadows!
'Void, Shadow, and Wind.' fey beast polluted by my shadow origin, and an astral devil to create this demonic Minotaur.' Drrak said to me
Inside of me my primordial source from Cenir was stirred, I felt a power of devouring suffuse my body. I could feel an urgency to consume this fey beast entirely. The desire almost took over my entire being, I could feel my reason quickly devolve. But I exercised my sword intent and cut at the source of the chaos.
The world froze into a picture, space-time unable to march. The sky turned black and the sun was replaced by a cold moon. I could feel that evil young man in my shadow, Drrak couldn't tell of its existence. Nor could he see into my mindscape, he could only communicate with me.
'I know what you are now.' I said in a cold tone to the smirk
'Oh and what am I?' It said in a snicker
'One of those demons, you got triggered by my Sword memories. But you were so damaged that you lost your personality almost completely. So you fused became a parasite to my old self, and created what you are now.' I had an aching suspicion since I had met him.
After all, the real Lord of Shadows was cenir but he's dead. But now knowing the existence of sealed demons in Cenir's primordial source and how they are activated. I knew for sure what this demon was and why it is here.
'Hehehe, you are getting closer but not quite there. If you want an answer, you'll have to devour that thing.' The young man said as it disappeared from my shadow. The shadow fully faded away, as the moon became a sun and the sky became a light blue. Space-time once again marched and I could hear the world once again.
'Lucas, are you listening to me?' Drrak loudly intoned into my mind
'Sorry I was thinking.' I apologized as I calmed myself.
'That landmass is abnormal, this was the site of an ancient battle. It involved all of the cosmos' major influences, and the gods even had a hand in it.' Drrak said stressing the fact that the gods were involved
'That thing is a product of that realm and its interesting situation.' Drrak said mysteriously
'That shadow force is nothing like mine, but there are some similarities.' My shadow force is based on Cenir primordial source but the beasts' was based on astral powers and Drrak's fragment.
But this was a much more unrefined version compared to mine, it was just an hurried amalgamation that was close to the original. Of course, that didn't make me happy at all, since this thing would want to consume me.
Just like how I want to consume it.....As I was thinking Ice Queen quickly got out of meditation, she floated into the sky with telekinesis. When she was 30m away from the fey hand. She took out a crystal, it had strange runes imprinted on it and was filled with immense frost Qi.
"Mother Juphine, guide me to the path of the just. Accept my sacrifice, and grant me power!" She said as she squeezed her crystal, and from it came a gigantic frost dragon.
Its head had a few runes in a matrix, they were so powerful that around that area; the dragon slowly fell apart. The dragon roared in anger and flew at the fey hand in a crazy stupor. It crashed into the fey hand and froze the runes onto its skin.
"ARRRRGHHHHH" The fey screamed in anger as it swatted its hand at the Ice Queen. She created a frost shield that protected her using her domain, but she soon found that to be ineffective so she retreated.
In the other parts of the dimension, they started their own plans on each side. In the fire realm, Dante created a gigantic flame dragon similar to the previous dragon with runes. Then in the light realm, Carina flew to the sky her spear acted like a staff. She channeled a holy energy into it, and a clear white dragon appeared in the sky.
The runes were extremely pronounced, it flew at the head and bit into its face. The runes imprinted right onto the forehead of the bull. Around it the black hair turned white and slowly fell off, leaving the burning runes on it. The fey beast roared in anger and the portals started to distort and twist. The portal wrapped around the fey beast and stopped moving entirely.
"GRRRRRRRRRRR." It yelled out as it tried to escape, Ice Queen grabbed me and carried me. We quickly transitioned to the earth realm, she was extremely fast with the use of her domain.
