Starting with an old transit station in a metropolitan city consisting of tall buildings and apartments. The station seems to be closed or inactive. But here, in the middle of the station, we see a transparent screen placed right on top of the train tracks in such a way that it's blocking them.

The tracks now start vibrating, stating something is coming and fast. To this, a subway train appears, coming from a crescent turn in the distance. It advances fast toward the station and dashes away straight through the transparent screen in a blink of an eye. During the intersection, neither the train nor the blocking screen takes any damage or such. The screen stays impervious to the train intersection and reappears the same as before after the train leaves. Thus, this reveals that the transparent screen is nothing but a holographic display displaying like a screen representing the finish line.
Now up at the crescent turn, two sports vehicles arrive. They seem to be racing here on the tracks, driving fast and nonstop while trying to overtake one another. It's clear to see that they are desperate and want to cross the transparent screen, in other words, the finish line.
The two are racing at the same pace and witness a train coming toward them from ahead. One uses this as an advantage. It brutally rams the other vehicle, only to make it go and crash with the train head-on. The collision caused the vehicle to explode right off the bat, while the nonstop train went like nothing happened.
Now that the train and opponent are out of the way, the only remaining vehicle drives its way to the finish line.

In a dark room, a boy appears lying on the ground, holding tight a device over his face with both of his hands and watching the same race telecasting live on the device. Due to the darkroom and the proportion he is in right now, he manages to hide his facial appearance here.
The held device seems like a smart high-tech holographic screen, size as small as a tablet, appearance no different than a glass panel with no borders. The glass panel has mirror-like properties from which one could easily see the telecasting content horizontally reflecting on its opposite side.
"Where is he? Where is he?" The boy tightens his grip on the device and speaks in panic, "Come on, GN. Where are you?"
"You ready, Z?" Someone a man's voice comes from outside the room. "HURRY UP! We gotta go."
"WAIT A SEC." Z continues panicking, "You can do it, GN. Come on, do it before I go."
As he continues watching the event through the device, a much-stylized vehicle arrives at the crescent turn.
"THERE HE IS" Just with a glance at the vehicle, Z immediately recognizes it as the vehicle of the racer he was looking for. Z quickly relieves but also turns excited, excited enough to which he starts to roll on and off on the ground. He continues like that for a while. And then he quick-energetically hops up and screams, "GO ON, GN, WIN IT."

Seeing the only vehicle that has reached close and is about to cross the finish line any minute now, the newly arrived vehicle far behind it transforms, visibly to its rear-end part.
The transformation plays fast, barely describable. It quickly disassembles, rearranges the whole rear section, and goes to make heavy changes to it. And, in under 10 seconds, the transformation finishes off to expose the vehicle with a new rear inbuilt with new heavy cylindrical boosters set to it. It also did some cosmetic modifications to the outer backlights and in-between grated vents, but nothing stands above the cylindrical boosters set of the rear.
Right after the transformation, the newly added boosters set immediately heats up, ignites the fire, and boosts the vehicle fast toward the finish line. It instantly doubles the speed and sends the vehicle flying.
At the finish line, the front vehicle keeps itself going and is now ready to cross the line, only to claim the clean victory here. But before it does, the vehicle with the boosters suddenly arrives beside it, overtakes it, and dashes straight through the finish line, all in an instant. Thus, the later-arrived vehicle with its boosters set wins the race.

"What he just..." Z speaks in a surprised voice, stunned. And then, only to his excitement, he happily reacts. He drops the device, quickly stands up, pulls both of his arms into the air, and screams loud, "HE DID IT, HE WON."
"WHAT YOU DOING THERE? HURRY UP! WE GOTTA GO, NOW." The man immediately shouts from outside the room.
"COMING" Z, now in a happy mood, rushes outside the room. He left the device in the room, which is still active and now shows the finish line screen.

Lastly, the device's faint light now dims down, while we hear a sound of a car starting outside the house. After this, the sound gets weak and soon fades away, which means the car now drives away from there. While the device inside the room automatically shuts down/sleeps only to leave the room into complete darkness.
