1 Trees, grass, and wildlife everywhere…

Feeling heavy on my head, as if something is putting weight. I failed to open my eyes, unconsciously use my hand to push it away.

Sounds of a bird being hurt and tries to fly away*

A-A bird huh?

Looking all around, it seems I find myself somewhere in a forested area. Trees were all around me not too much that it would block the sunlight but big enough to not allow me to see one click away.

Ouch*

My head hurts, did I hit my head somewhere? I don't remember coming to this place at all… In fact, the last memory I known was having dinner with my parents. We were eating my favorite food sirloin steak with gravy that used for whip potato.

My clothes match the day of my last memory, my phone, wallet, and keys are still with me. My specs are still with me, but I doubt I will be using it as for some reason I can see clearly. My brain tells me that this is real but its hard to believe that I had traveled at least 30 clicks away within a day and for some reason I am thrown in the middle of the forest.

There wasn't any bruise from being tied, and there aren't any tracks nearby as well. Did I teleport here? Looking up above me was the sun while I thought whether had I drop from the sky? Alright stay calm, things aren't going to change if I stay here. First things first, water, food, and shelter if possible. Well, worse would be to create a fire somewhere to avoid the cold during the night and.

While I was thinking of what to do, something was slowly approaching 300 meters away from me. A creature that I do not recognize in my whole 25 years of my life has appeared right in front of me. Honestly, it looks like a m*k from the Po*emon, the color differs significantly, and it is translucent as I could still see through it. The creature slowly crawls alright never mind cancel that.

It glides gradually to where I am. Fortunately, it is very slow and I too slowly back away from the creature. It doesn't have any eyes, but I feel that it knows where I am. Its crazy right now, but I wish it is a rabbit or a wild boar, at least I could satisfy my hunger. What am I going to do with a slime?

There I spotted another slime to my right, oh well it's time to escape while I still can. I didn't run instead calm myself while walking faster than usual. My stamina is crucial in this kind of situations, and most importantly I am still lost in this vast forest. My real-life knowledge doesn't include these weird creatures. It is unexpected, but for some reason, I am not in panic mode and is still able to make a critical decision which will save my life. I hope…

I look and tries my best to look for human traces instead I see a lot of enormous dung and can't help to pray that I wouldn't mind them now or in future. Seeing huge footsteps on the dirt floor, I can't even seem to imagine how massive the creature is. Half a day almost pass as I could see the sun ahead of me. So that is west huh? Wait…. this place is an entirely different world, so I don't think I should apply it to here. At least there is still one sun, or this is an inhabited island in my world? Whichever, it is not essential for now.

Sounds of a vehicle nearby*

Finally, I hear something that is not either cicadas or the birds chirping. Feeling excited, I rush towards the sound. I throw the safety option away so quickly; this is what human is huh…

Fortunately, what appears in front is a carriage, four horses were pulling it. I started shouting, my greetings. What made me clueless was that the coachman immediately lashes the horse to go faster. Here I was standing there dumbfoundedly seeing the carriage past by me, and within seconds it disappeared from my sight. I felt lucky though. From what you say?

I manage to catch a glimpse at the female lady that peeked at me from the window of the carriage. She is so-so but seeing the circlet on her head made an impact on me. So, there's even a cosplayer in another world...

~Meanwhile in the carriage that had passed by the dumbfounded person.

"Milady are you alright? Did he shoot any arrows at you?" The coachman turns his head back to talk to the person behind him.

"I'm fine, continue onward" The princess calmly affirmed her situation.

"Though, I didn't think they tried to approach us after apologizing and promise not to touch us anymore." The coachman laughs as he talks.

"I don't think the person we left back there is with them, his clothing differs greatly from what I have seen, and he tilted his head while looking confused at us." The princess sounds her argument to the coachman

"W-what? So, we have left an innocent person behind there?" Coachman tries to read between the milady detail assumptions.

"There's that, and I don't blame you, we need to reach my castle immediately and pushing aside being guilty, being careful too is good." The Princess gave a wry smile as she tries to run away from the truth.

'Hope he won't meet an accident' The Princess thought.

~Back to the clueless person.

What's their problem though? Can't they at least give a greeting back even if they are rushing? Now, what should I do? Follow them or backtracked to where they come. Either way, it will reach somewhere, the thing is though, is it dangerous?

Alright seeing how they try their best to run from me or in a rush to go somewhere, the place they are going should be safe. Alright, for the choice of decision, let's go to where they are going. Problem is how far it is?

These sucks, I forgot that night is near, and I still blindly follows them. By the time I realize, it's already dark, and I could only see due to the moonlight and from how my eyes had managed to adjust from the dark. I was about to give up on continuing the journey in which I should give up long ago, not sure why the novel forces me to walk this far out. Hopefully, there wasn't any carnivore around here.

I see the light! It's dim from here, but that is a campfire. Alright, breath calmly and hopefully it won't scare away the people. As I was getting nearer to the location, my stomach started to growl at the same time. I began to feel thirsty. My heart began to pound after reaching, the number of tents made me nervous, weapons and armor that placed on the ground were reflecting the moonlight gave me the creep and finally the amount of spear that is pointing at me almost makes me wet myself.

"Who are you?" One of the soldiers started shouting at the top of his voice

It startled me, wait who I am?

"Raul Evergreen" I answered them honestly, I would have replied them to reveal their names first, but I wouldn't want the tip of the spear to make holes on my body, would I?

"Ra-uu? What's your real name!?" The soldier repeats the question in a rage.

"Ra-ul-E-ver-Gre-en" Even if you can't spell it at least don't direct it to me that my name is a lie, I retort to myself. See? I am so helpful to give you a slow pronunciation for you.

"...Put him in a cage." The soldier glare at me while shouting his commands.

What? Am I an animal now? You can't spell my name, and currently, you treat me like an animal? Sure at least I get food and water, I'm famished anyway.

"Wait, take him to my tent." A voice breaks the silence.

"Right away sir!" The soldier that glared at me happily licks his superior balls as he pushes me using his spear towards his superior tent.

As I entered the vast tent, all I could think of is that hopefully the superior is not gay.

PS. He manages to release his bladder. I don't torture my character that much xD
