The huge gate opens up at a speed that I usually open the door to my room. This really shows the big difference between human and the demons. Well in the first place, the wall and their gate are not high enough compared to the ones that I am seeing right now.

Estimated to be three times the height of the human gate. I wonder what did the humans do to force the demon to create such a huge gate.

"You're curious about the gate?"

"Yes, my love."

"Aria, do you know anything about the reason why your race build the gate?"

"Master it is a long story."

"Is there a short one?"

"One of the demon kings that I serve told us to tore the previous gate down and rebuild a new one that made all of the demon speechless. Coincidentally, the moment we tore the gate down, the humans raided the demon kingdom. After a few hours, we managed to push them out from the kingdom but the demon king has already been killed off by the summoned heroes that manage to do a sneak attack. Thus the human voluntarily walk out from the kingdom making us think that the demon had won.

After the battle, the demon decided to uphold their promises and build the wall and the gate. Master, seeing your expression do you know what the previous demon king is thinking of making?"

"Not entirely sure but I do have some idea about it."

"Does the wall that the demon rebuilds satisfy the previous demon king?"

"I doubt so."

"What? Woah! How big does he want it to be?"

"I believe, taking the current size into account. The height should be four times of this."

"...Why does he want the wall to be that high?"

"He believes that it could protect him from the ranged attack that the human use, well except the bows or he is enjoying himself using the demons to do his bidding. It is kind of a lie if I say I do not want to see the huge ass wall appearing here in the demon kingdom."

"In any case master, I don't think we have the knowledge required to build a wall that high."

"Eh? The demon king didn't elaborate on how you guys can increase the speed of building the wall?"

Aria shook her head and I immediately facepalmed. No wonder, it took that long to build the wall. Long enough that the humans are forced to speed up their invasion and quickly kill off the demon king.

My thoughts were disrupted as the carriage stop.

"M-Ma'am we have reached the castle walls."

"Affirmative. Master, it's time."

"Yeah, let's do this."

"So we can continue our journey to experience the life outside and see the beauty of it."

"Dear, should I start the preparation of the illusion room, in case those demons out there doesn't intend to follow your vision?"

"Calm down love. Things will go according to plan, I promise you. But you can choose to create the illusion room, not for backup but instead so that we can do trading with the demon here. Furthermore, you guys should stay inside the illusion room so that no demons can have the chance to attack."

"I guess you're right love. Come on Amanda the faster you build the illusion room the faster we can go out from this gloomy place. And love…. BE CAREFUL. If not for Aria being with you, I wouldn't have allowed you to go on to negotiate with the demons that I hate."

Amanda still doesn't seem to have any intention of letting me go as she worries about me but after a few minutes pass, Emelia and myself manage to comfort her. Amanda sigh and directly glare at Aria.

"If Raul is hurt… I will find the person that cause the injury and punish both of you together at the same time."

"Don't worry Amanda. I will protect him at all cost."

"Good. Sigh* Okay Emelia, protect me when I prepare the illusion room."

"Ermm before that let's go out and proceed to the castle first? You do know that these demons will be suspicious if the two of you doesn't show yourself right?"

The moment I got out from the carriage, I felt very uncomfortable as all of the demons were currently glaring at us and trying to pressure us with their killing intention and at the same time provoking us to fight them.

They know of a fact that they could only retaliate if we are the ones that start the fight as the person that is leading us is Aria herself. The most powerful demon to be known within the demon kingdom.

No demons dare to make an enemy of Aria after being told of her identity. The demons just stood at where they stand while they try their very best to provoke us. As we enter the castle walls. The rest of the great demons from the eighth position to the second has already arrived awaiting for us.

Aria told Sara to lead Emelia and Amanda to one of the rooms so that they could prepare the illusion room as soon as possible. Meanwhile, I am being dragged off to change my clothing and prepare me for what to come and expected out from me.

Aria immediately made an announcement so that the weakest demons are to stand far away from the castle wall and those that disobey will be punished by death. The demons didn't even try to argue and those that knew well that they aren't even strong enough to be stationed at the guards walked further out from the location.

It also applies to the merchants, they scurried off and without hesitation close their shops. Fortunately, Aria remembered to give warning to the demons. To the demons below, it might seem that Aria prefers to view the stronger demons while looking down on the ones that is weak they won't realize the truth till they will see Raul, their current demon king.

"Master, you look perfect for the occasion."

"I don't think so… What's up with these huge ass armors?"

"It is to protect you, master. There are some demons that could kill you off from the distance. The armor that you are wearing will be able to protect you long enough so that I could protect you."

"Hmmm, can I at least take out the helmet?"

"Y-Your highness please don't! If the rest of the demon were to know that..."

"Sara, stand back."

"B-but Aria!"

"Don't worry Sara, we know what we are doing."

"Then I will take a look out to any of the demons that might try to attack from afar."

"Just remember not to step out from the boundary, without your souls you are really weak. You might die if you are entangled by the aura given off from the master himself."

"I-I know... Then I'll be off to make the announcement."

"Master, try to not release too much of your power, there is a limit to how much I can cover it up. If you overdid it, they will be thousands corpse appearing down below."

".....Aria, you're scaring me again."

"I do? Master, I am serious, even though I do not favor my own race but I still do not intend to massacre those that are innocents. Similar to a human being, there is those small percentage that is the bad ones that would usually be the culprit as to why the relationship between human and the demon still in the negative zone."

"I got it. I will slowly leak my power out. Do tell me if I am leaking too much or far."

"I don't think you would need me to say as the demon's action around you will immediately be shown it by themselves."

"...W-What do you mean Aria?"

"Master… Don't worry too much. Now go, Sara has already called you out."

"WHAT IS THAT HUMAN DOING UP THERE!"

"Sara what is the meaning of this!? Did Aria put you up to this!? Or this is your idea yourself?"

Series of shouts and jeer thus the chaos continues. No matter how much I try to shout they wouldn't listen to me. I guess Aria is right about these demons. They will only submit to those that are stronger than them. As I sighed to myself, I slowly leak my power while Aria at the back controls the flow on how much of my aura is revealed towards the surrounding.

The demons that are sensitive to the magic power immediately turns towards me and started kicking those that are still in their process of enjoyment by jeering at me. They were about to retaliate but upon seeing that the seniors were giving a serious expression they quiet down and slowly glance towards me.

As more of my power being released, the ones closest to me started staggering. They immediately activate their defense mechanism and hope for the best that they are able to last until my speech is over or they might as well forfeit their lives.

I am amazed at how quiet it has become thus I start my speech.

"Greetings, fellow demons. My name is Raul Evergreen, I am currently your present demon king."

As the demon listens to my words. Their eyes went wide after hearing my welcoming speech.
