It was already a few weeks pass since I got captured and place in this awesome palace. The food, the shelter, and the most important one is the bath that I could receive every day. It feels as if I am living in heaven except the fact that the maids and soldiers that saw me run away in fears.
The rumor started out small… It was told that I and Amanda was the one that started this idea about creating a mess in the palace so that we could be praised by the king. For some reason, I feel like I am the only one that is being hated. Everyone greets Amanda normally meanwhile they either show a disgusted expression or run away in fear.
What the hell is wrong with that rumor. How did such an idea appear in their mind? Shana also added that the forest near Amanda room is usually found to have slash marks. The maid has concluded it was me that had done it.
Oi! I don't even have the strength to swing that bloody sword much less create a slash from it. That's why from this statement I know who the culprit is. Someone that you all know, that b*tch of a princess. Why can't she just get out from the palace and have fun in her western border that she loves?

Why do they have to just appear magically as if waiting for the right moment? In any case, today is finally the day where I could see the building of the orphanage that the king has built for me. One of the soldiers reported to me that I could start buying furniture as a start.
"Well you guys can continue to talk among yourself, I would like to visit my very own building."
"Master, what kind of building is it?"
"A building to set up for an orphanage."

What the hell is wrong with them? Can't I go alone for once? All four of us went out near the forest that we almost destroyed. A six-story building… What's this? A-A mansion!? I ask for a normal ordinary building…

Anyway, I need to hire so many caretakers so that the children won't hurt themselves by going to the forest where Eliza destroy most of the things. I need immediate money to buy all sorts of furniture too. Seeing the layout of the building would be the key to know how I would arrange everything in the future.
After I open the door, I saw twenty maids were line up, they were planning to greet me but it's as if their words got stuck in their mouth. They even started shivering. What the hell? Am I a demon king?
I didn't even do anything!?
"Why do they look so scared of you Raul?"
"I have no idea… Greetings everyone, as you may have heard, the purpose of this building is to make it into an orphanage. Who is the leader among you all?"
As if everyone had decided which one to sacrifice, they all pointed to the person that looks to have an indifferent expression.
"… What can I do for you master?"
I thought only a personal maid or slave can call their own master?
"Please guide us around the place. Do tell me if you have any suggestion as we go along."
"Affirmative. Then master please follow me."
Well at least the person in front of me is not affected by my bad reputation. Unlike the rest, she looks calm and composed.
"Before we start, may I know your name?"
"...…Aria."
"Thank you, Aria, for taking your time to guide me."
"No need for thanks, I am just doing my job."
Eliza, Shana, and Amanda didn't follow me and for some reason were giving me a wry smile as they proceed to go out of the mansion. Is the place hunted? Is Aria a monster in disguise?
Aria showed the various room in the mansion, she even pointed out that the third floor is suitable for the children to rest as it seems to have a cage in all the surroundings. There's a slight problem as she herself isn't sure what do we put for the fourth floor onwards. I told her that in the future, those kids that have grown up could still live with us.
Aria suddenly gives out a retort in reflex.
"As expected master is going to make an army…How scary."
Huh, what army is she talking about? You say I am scary without any emotions appearing on your face. I am more terrified of you. Can I go now?
"Master, children of which kind are you going to kidnapped?"
"… Erm Aria?"
"Yes, Master?"
"It's an orphanage… Not an underworld barrack."
"Oh my, am I mistaken?"
You are, how could you even mistake that kind of information. OI, how bad is my reputation? They could even mistake my goodwill into something I can't even imagine.
"… We should start putting a notice at the adventurer guild and spread the word so that children would know about us. Or we could visit the civilians houses to ask around."
"Affirmative, to kidnap… No to invite them into our hospitable building."
"… Yeah sure… Alright, I'll be buying the various furniture first."
Should I replace all these maids? Why does it feel that I am creating a mistake by building an orphanage? I immediately walked out of the mansion, walking pass the maids that automatically shiver as if I am a cold wind. Trying my best to ignore their expression. They even tried to pretend that they look fine.
Sighing to myself, I went out of the palace to find a shop that sells furniture. Wait, shouldn't I ask Eliza for help? She got tons of craftsmen at her border. It's not like they are working right now, the main purpose of them being hired is because of how she destroys those furniture isn't?
I bet they are sleeping away and hoping that Eliza won't come back.
"Raul?"
Hearing a voice that I really love…
"Anderson! Save me!"
"Who is troubling you!?"
Anderson immediately glares at the two innocent guards that look as if they are going to cry.
