70 Kick out?

Five hundred thousands of people marching through the forest of death. No matter who it is, each and everyone felt as if someone is staring at them from afar. It results in getting them tired easily as it is hard to relax. Hence the people rarely get to sleep soundly as they are scared of being an attack during the night.

Especially the soldiers that are tasked to guard the civilians. Most of them look restless as every time they tried the find the enemy it always disappears before they could get to them.

Even though almost one week has passed since the start of their marching, they couldn't get far at all. Sena got the worse blunt of it as she is forced to keep her barrier open every time she has sufficient magic power. At the same time, she needs to keep walking from the front of the marching contingent till to the back so that everyone receives the same amount of energy to keep them going.

Meanwhile, Takashi become the most useless person as the only thing he knows to help is to scout ahead and kill the monsters that he finds. But the problem is that there is no sight of a monster. Thus he became one of the hunters, to provide extra nutrients by going around the forest hunting common animals.

For the first time in his life is in this world that Takashi felt as if he is the most useless person in the kingdom but as expected as a carefree person he decided to make a competition between the hunters. To get as much food resources as they could possibly get. They do not have to worry about food wastage as there are thousands of people waiting for the food that they could receive.

They do have enough food for everyone but the only problem with it is that they do not have much variety thus, people got bored of it after one week of eating it three times a day. Any of the dish that comes with sunflower seed.

Each day, some of the peope could receive other types of fruits and vegetables that motivate them. Weirdly enough after two weeks of travelling, there isn't any sign of any demonic creature staring at them anymore. As a result, everyone could relax and do not have to worry much about being attack.

Unlike the civilians, the rest of the guards and Sena, in this case, are dumbfounded. Why aren't there any monster or demon attacking them. Of course, they have thousands of human but these people would immediately run for their lives the moment they are in danger.

You could argue that they trust the army and heroes to protect them but in this case, the demon could throw a massive meteor right in the middle of the march and hell would break loose.

It is shocking for them but also grateful as nothing bad has happened during their course of travel.

"Master, they will be reaching the kingdom soon."

"What happen?"

"Apologies, it is my fault that they are forced to slow down their pace. The spirits and our demon recon is just following my orders. Please punish me."

Aria unconsciously thinks back to the rest of the demon king that usually punish her by making love with her. She wonders what is the current demon king punishment.

"Can you wake me up a bit later?"

"....Huh?"

"Hmm? Like I've said, I hate waking up during the early morning. As your punishment wake me up a bit later and of course delay the breakfast too alright?"

".... S-Sure master. Is there any other punishment?"

"Other? No, it's enough. Is something the matter? Why do you look sad? This is the first time you are visibly showing your emotions. Is the punishment that bad? Sorry..."

"M-Master! You have misunderstood me, from my point of view that is not exactly a punishment. You could have informed me early on and I would gladly follow your instructions."

"Even being able to skip my meals?"

"....That is completely different matter master."

"Sigh* Fine, anyway remember next time don't wake me up too early. Is the illusion room ready yet?"

"... Y-Yes sir, no m-master."

"Aria? You look tired, go and have a rest."

"R-Right away."

What's wrong with her? She seems really sad when I told her to wake me up later than usual. Does she like to do it that much or am I dense? She wants a real punishment I guess but what kind of punishment I want to give? Is not even her fault, to begin with.

If those recon and spirit are able to check on that human without being detected, nothing would happen. They are the ones that need to be punished hahaha, what am I saying, everything has gone exactly what I've planned.

~ Aria perspective.

'What's wrong with me? Isn't all these while I wanted to serve a demon king that doesn't look at me as someone to make love with? Why am I feeling such disappointment when he gave a punishment that is totally not what I had expected of.

She felt as if something is wrong with her body, it is the first time something like this has happened. What kind of feeling that sway her emotions until she isn't able to concentrate on serving her master?'

"Chief? Is something the matter?"

"Nothing. Do you have anything to report?"

"Yup! We have finally found a way to store the food without getting them to spoil!"

"Hoho, that is some great news, go and report it to the master then."

"Erm chief not going to report?"

"Eh? I...I got something to do."

"....You are scared of Emelia too!?"

"Huh? Don't worry Emelia is not inside at the moment."

"Ohh!! Sorry chief for accusing you of something like that."

Aria accidentally leaks out her killing intention. She doesn't really know why but she is really pissed off by the appearance of Shana. Aria immediately conceals the killing intention and calm herself down.

'Things isn't looking well, I got to take a rest like what he said.'

"T-Take care C-C-Chief…."

Shana nods her head and quickly rush inside her master room.

Aria, shooked her head and quickly walk to her bedroom while touching her heart as she is confuse by the sudden impulse of wanting to kill another living being. How long has it pass since she killed someone? It has been a few decades, whenever something happens she would either run or solve it without killing anyone.

That is partly the reason why she is able to get inside the kingdom as she knows all about the culture and the attitude of each of the humans. Most importantly is the fact that the people that she met have given her much kindness that she already has forgotten herself that she is a demon that has constantly killed these innocent people regardless whether they are the cause or not.

~ A few days later.

Thousands of people appear at the entrance of the kingdom of Gwendal. Who else if it not the remaining members of the Henson kingdom that decided to help the kingdom out. The moment they saw the people around they got shocked by their lives. The people aren't starving.

There are even multiple distributions of food everywhere outside the city.

"A pleasure to meet you all. I am tasked by my husband to greet everyone. My name is Amanda, the first princess of the Gwendal Kingdom. Before I continue do you have any questions?"

"Princess, I'm Takashi, the summoned hero from the Henson Kingdom. Your kingdom looks prospering, does it mean that you manage to solve the food issues?"

"I'm glad you asked. Oh, look who has come back. Was it Mike? Oh my, before I forgot, yes, our second summoned hero, Raul, My husband. He has found a way to allow people to enjoy a variety of food without starving for even an hour."

Sena and her father unconsciously glance to each other. Both of them sigh at the same time. They thought by giving away the sunflower seed the Gwendal Kingdom would rejoice and allow them to get in but their plans were foil upon knowing that there's another summoned hero.

It won't be a surprise if they got kicked out.
