Upon seeing the change in her status as she had asked, Mallory was quite satisfied overall.

The increased amount of Excelia needed to increase her stats had increased yet the amount of Excelia remaining was still a very large amount.

Her biggest increase applied had been towards her magic like usual which had increased by ninety status points after growing through her previous experiences and applying her Excelia.

Magic had always been her main focus towards gaining a massive amount of magic power to use for her talisman creation and usage of her magic spell so that still remained her priority even if she did not apply massive amounts of growth to it like usual.

One thing Mallory learned was to not distribute her stats with such a clear difference between each one so she started to look towards applying some more towards the other stats before pushing her magic towards the limits of her level again.

Agility and Dexterity became her main focus towards distribution allowing them to grow by fifty each.

If she had more speed and avoidance then she may not have struggled as much previously using her previous tactics.

Strength and Endurance were raised by forty in order to not fall too far behind.

Her stats did not take a giant leap forward right away but she made some efforts towards reaching a certain goal with her magic power before prioritising her other stats that had been left much further behind.

If her own physical stats were higher then she would not have struggled so much avoiding the previous enemies attacks.

The added strength and endurance would have aided her greatly to be able to more effectively confront them during the times she had clashed with them.

If she had just a little more strength then she may not have lost her own weapon to the enemy.

Mallory already had plans to keep raising her four stats with agility and dexterity still taking priority while leaving magic at B (700).

Her magic stat was already edging closer to the limit of her current level so it was okay to leave like it was for a little more time.

Her magic was already abundant enough for a level two and could let her outdo many magicians with a similar level to herself.

Perhaps some level 3 magicians would be unable to outperform her if she put her own spell up against their own.

Warding Mirror was a very useful magic spell but there were several flaws involved with it yet against ordinary magicians, it was an excellent spell to have since it primarily focussed towards defence and deflection.

In her previous battle, Mallory was unable to show off the best qualities of her Warding Mirror spell due to the enemy not possessing a spell caster among them.

Her spell was excellent for combat and protection but she still strongly craved for another that had a more offensive or supportive role which could help cover for her weaknesses.

It was one of the reason why she was so determined to continue hitting the many books available to her within the Seshat Familia.

Despite those thoughts and plans coming to mind, Mallory stayed seated opposite Goddess Seshat and asked. "So what is the result from the task?"

Goddess Seshat's gaze became serious as she sat more comfortably on the side of the bed. "So you finally asked. The Familia Status crest that was retrieved has been investigated and confirmed."

Mallory was curious so she spoke with a tone that made it seem like she wanted Goddess Seshat to hurry to explain. "So who was behind it?"

Goddess Seshat let out a sigh before revealing the culprits behind it. "Resheph Familia.. it seems that they have not completely disappeared. The Freya Familia dealt with them and wiped out so many yet they seem to have reappeared in the world."

Mallory nodded in understanding. "So.. do you think Resheph Familia have all been wiped out this time or will there be more?"

Goddess Seshat pondered before responding. "Back when they were at their peak state, their average levels were at two or three with some of their very best being at level four.

If they have rebuilt their numbers and power using the same vile methods then I can safely assume that this may just be a small part of their full power. They may not be at their peak state but there will surely be more than one group being nurtured"

The Resheph Familia were previously a mercenary type familia that levelled up through using many vicious and cruel methods.

If it was a type of mercenary based Familia then it was very likely that there was more than one affiliated group of mercenaries that had joined and were active.

The group Mallory defeated could be said to be a competent group that should be capable of killing any low levelled adventurers which meant that there could be more groups related to the Resheph Familia that were of a similar average level or perhaps even higher.

The possibility could not be ruled out that others were working with or using the Resheph Familia too.

Knowing that such a dangerous Familia was involved, Mallory was lost in thought about the impending threat that was looming over Visa City.

She then felt a pat on her head which began to rub closer towards her ears. "N.. nya! Stop! Be serious!"

Goddess Seshat took her hand back after being scolded again then got up to leave the room leaving behind a final piece of advice. "Mallory.. you are growing fast and have great potential but it is alright to rely on others every once in a while."

She gave a gentle and caring smile before departing the room leaving Mallory alone who spoke to herself in a low tone. "She saw through me huh?.."

Mallory wanted to rely on others and work as a great unit to face many threats but there was a part of her that was too used to the solitude and doing most things herself.

Her previous life memories held many times when she was alone before her master showed up followed by more lonesome days once he departed that world.

As Mallory who was a member of her tribe previously, she was an outcast who had to deal with similar treatment to how her previous life memories had played out during her youthful years.

Such experiences created a way for her to live independently facing many incoming struggles she had to shoulder so it was difficult for her to fully adjust to being a part of a group or relying on others.
