he season the meat with salt and spice,
add some oil on a frying pan to brown or sear it. to be deep dark brown on all sides. then he remove it and set aside. after that, add the vegetables to the frying pan. until it turn brown. When the vegetables are nice and soft, he deglaze the pan with wine. the acidity of the wine will balance the richness of the meat. he scrape up all the flavorful brown bits on the bottom of the pan.
after that add the meat back to the pot with the veggies.the added water halfway up the meat and wait for to boil, then he immediately lower the fire to let simmer.
he keep it at a low fire to simmer, the low fire will slowly breaks down the tough meat so it's tender and delicious. he check liquid level it needs to remain the same, so he add more if necessary. It will take about 1 to 2 hours to become fork-tender and ready to be served
his Rabbit braised meat was now served in the table as Alice who was watching the TV was seduced by the smell of the braised meat and silently walk toward the dining table
Alex was in the kitchen holding the rice cooker seeing that his sister was already seated he smiled then move faster its already 8:00pm he's sure that his sister is already starving
