Sisters

"Dear sister, I hope it is you who is reading this letter. The world turned upside down in a single moment when dad turned in to a crazy monster and tried biting me. Mom came to save me but she was bitten by him instead. I had to kill dad to save us. But after some time mom also started turning and she begged me to kill her. It broke me when I saw the desperate and crazed look on her face, asking her own daughter to kill her before she turns into a monster. So I did what she asked, at least this way she would die as a human. I have only you left in my life little sis, I'll be going to your school to find you but before that, I need weapons so if you read this message before the night falls then meet me at the police station before night otherwise I'll head towards your school for you. Stay safe and I Love you, little sis."

A ray of hope shined inside Arya as she thought that there was still time before night and it was enough for them to reach the police station before her sister leaves. Arya wiped her tears and a determined expression came on her face as she decided to find her sister no matter what happens.

"Jason we have to leave for the police station now!" Arya said with newfound determination in her voice.

"Ok tell me what happened" Jason did not object and moved towards the stairs knowing the urgency of the situation he used his powers to shoot all the zombies that came after them due to the commotion they had created.

"My sister is at the police station right now, we have to get to her before night," Arya Said with a huffed-up voice as they were running down the stairs with all their might.

"It'll take us ten minutes if we push the bus to its limits." Jason now remembered that the police station had a semi armoured vehicle to transport criminals from one place to another. That vehicle was way better than the bus they were riding in now. And there were weapons better than the gun he was holding right now. As for the system store, he did not want to think about that before he pays off the huge debt that he owed the system.

They rushed out the door the stairs with a trail of zombies ushing after them. In their haste, they had not bothered to be silent attracting a huge number of zombies.

Just when they reached the bus door Arya stopped and stood there and said to Jason.

"Start the bus, I'll stall them"

"Ok" Jason replied as he rushed towards the driving seat.

Arya, on the other hand, turned towards the zombies and concentrated on her powers causing the temperature to drop as she imagined a large chunk of snow in front of her blocking the zombies.

The air around her turned freezing cold as blue light shone in the surrounding and then.

*Thump

A humongous slab of ice dropped in front of her killing some zombies close to her and blocking the way for the ones left.

"Let's go," Harry said as he pulled Arya inside the bus. Her face was pale and she was trembling slightly, it could be seen that creating such a large chunk of ice took a toll on her body.

"Rest for some time, We'll wake you up when we reach the police station," Jason said as he turned the bus and got on the main road.

Are had a lot to take in today. Losing one's family would be emotionally devastating for anyone and the only thing that kept Arya from breaking down was the hope that her sister was still alive.

"Okay," Arya said in a silent tone as she went up to a seat and shut her eyes. Soon her breathing became slow and even, indicating that she was asleep. She had been so tired that sleep caught her as soon as she relaxed her body.

Seeing that she was finally asleep harry turned towards Jason and asked.

"What happened inside there bro?" Harry could not muster enough courage to directly as about her parents as he could not contact his own parents right now and that was killing him inside. The faces of his family members flashed through his mind as he thought about how they would be right now.

"T… they passed away, but her sister is still alive and we are going to the police station to find her"

Harry's heart skipped a beat at listening to that as he could not help but think about his parents.

Harry felt sad for Arya too as losing her parents would devastate her but he had decided to stay with her and try to make this trio of their's feel like a new family to her.

After this the entire journey was filled with a stiffening silence as both of them could not think of talking anymore, this incident had made them think how terrifying this apocalypse was.

"Wake up snow queen," Harry said as he nudged Arya on her shoulder to wake her up.

"Are we there" Arya looked at Harry as she opened her eyes and pushed her worn up body to stand up.

"We are but we may have a slight problem" Jason answered from the driving seat as turned towards her. When she turned towards him she could not help bus gasp at what was in front of her.

"This is a slight problem?" Arya asked as she looked at the walls made of stone and mud covering the entire area at which the police station used to be, the walls were quite high and had hard spikes covering their outer layer crating a terrifying ambience around the whole place. And there were men armed with guns roaming around on these walls looking for any zombies or intruders.

It was fortunate that Harry had stopped the bus before coming in the range of those men.

"What do we do now, "Arya said as she looked at the walls, even if she had to storm right inside the place she would do it for finding her sister.
