1 I'm Back!

Felix, a young man with raven black spiky hair was lying on an old bed in his apartement of 45 square meters. It was dusty with a lot of trash lying around.

''A-am I alive?'' Felix spoke with a coarse voice as his hand was resting on his forehead. He could feel the warmth of his skin, able to speak and able to hear his own voice. He was pretty sure he was alive at this moment.

Felix closed his eyes again as he thought of how he spent his time in the apocalypse. 150 years long he ran for his life. It was already a miracle that he lived that long. Most ordinary people without any talents would already be dead after the first year of the apocalypse unless they are sheltered by the big shots.

At first it was very easy to survive compared when it was already years in the apocalypse but slowly more powerful creatures began to appear resulting that it was impossible for him to even scratch those damn beasts.

Even with a gun he couldn't do anything.

Felix slowly sat up and surveyed his surroundings as he looked at all the dust that was everywhere, the trash that was lying around slowly rotting and the sunlight that came through his window.

'I'm really back' It wasn't hard for Felix to remember the time before when the apocalypse happened. The most he remembered was his old apartement where he spend some years living in it and his little sister, Caitlyn. Though they aren't related to blood he treated her as his real sister.

But he wasn't in a rush to call her because once he looked at the calender it will take around 3 months before the apocalypse will happen and Caitlyn or Kate for short will come after 2 days when it will be sunday to visit.

Seeing her in flesh is way better than hearing her voice, obviously.

Felix than stood up and began cleaning his apartement. Half an hour later he was done cleaning as he began to count his money he found throughout his whole apartement.

''About 300 dollars plus the money in the bank it is around 3700 dollars'' Statisfied Felix plopped on his bed again after he placed the money on a safe spot.

After a while he fell asleep but you can't blame him. An ordinary man as himself survived a very dangerous apocalypse for 150 years! Some rest is earned when he still have time before the apocalypse will happen again.

Felix slept for a whole day when he checked the time on his phone. ''Time to train'' Felix isn't a slacker when he knew that the apocalypse will happen again. He only traveled back through time thus he can't change the fact that the apocalypse will happen.

In the apocalypse he was lucky enough to encounter many amazing teachers or kind passerby's to teach him a few tricks and techniques for him to use throughout the apocalypse. That is the only way for self-defense for him.

In the end, at his peak he could even kill rank 3 creatures with some effort but rank 4 or higher would be a dead end. But that was only amazing when you consider that he had a mortal body without any supernatural powers.

For those who awakened supernatural powers they could easily kill a rank 3 creature without any effort, the really strong ones could even kill a rank 12 creature that is impossible for those like Felix. Even a rank 4 is impossible let alone those of higher rank.

Felix did his basic routines that he created when he was in the apocalypse, of course it was a simplified version as theres no way his current fitness could withstand that harsh training.

Felix looked down at his belly that was bulging out a bit. He sighed as he started to jog for starters.

A while later sweat dripped down of his body and pain ached all over his body. Felix then sit in a mediatating position as he circled invisible uknown particles in his body. The particles slowly turned into a flowing river as it traveled throughout his whole body relieving the pain he was currently in.

Of course the pain he experienced in the apocalypse is hundred times worse than what he is experiencing now but his body before the apocalypse didn't experience anything, actually he was a lazy ass before the apocalypse so he didn't even sport or move at all.

The reason Felix circled the energy throughout his body is to make his body used to the energy so he can later use it more often as this energy he uses is highly dangerous if he use it on his body in a large quantity, worse case possible his body will stop functioning, but if he does it slowly like training over the years then his body will be much more flexible and powerful.

He got this technique from a senior martial artist who was kind enough to take pity on him, a puny ordinary man without any means to survive. Of course that means this method has it's limit because no men will give out powerful techniques just because he pities a random person.

But that doesn't mean it isn't useful. This technique will help him to defeat the initial creatures that will come to Earth. Even some normal men can defeat rank 1 creatures if they are trained but when rank 2 creatures will come, then the hell will break loose as many people will lose their life.

And that is where the technique will come to use because the technique allows him to defeat rank 2 creatures. His body will be hard as steel and his punches can easily damage those trash!

After he was done circling the energy, Felix than began to circle an even more powerful energy throughout his body. He didn't even need to close his eyes for this as he saw a dark blue glittering flowing river.

''If I knew this earlier'' Felix sighed some more as he began to think what would happen if he knew that he already awakened his power? A powerful one at that, a power that could easily overshadow those who stood at the peak.

He could save his sister, comrades that sacrificed their lives for him and he could fight that bastard who betrayed him!

Felix grabbed an apple lying on the table that he bought after he went jogging and threw it in the air but it didn't fall. It just was floating in the air, not moving at all. But if you had very good eyes you can probably see it moving very, very slowly.

Yes that was Felix's power, to manipulate time and that is also the exact universal law he broke to get back in time. The chances was small and the odds weren't the most favourable but what did he have to lose?

Felix than stood up once he stopped the energy before he will collapse as he dragged his exhausted body to his bed. To train a peak power that hasn't completely settled down in his untrained body was a very exhausting action.

But it was needed to become strong faster but for now
