8 Qi Training
Upon realizing that the ancient sects treasures are much easier to find now, I sit down underneath the tree's shade and begin my cultivation of absorbing Qi. I start my training. I rotate the my Core absorbing the nature energy in the surrounding area and start a vortex of my own taking the Qi from the ancient matrix. I absorb the surrounding Qi in the air to start and spread it out in my body from the top of my Head to my Heart and then to the tips of my Toes. I create a cycle of breathing in Qi and letting out impurities.
While absorbing the Qi I start to fuse with my core.

The repairing of my treant body to create a better host for my core soul.
The repairing of this is long and exhausting. At this rate it'll take forever to even get to 1% of my treant body.
The main reason behind this is because first my immortal treant body needs a lot of energy and the Qi in the air around this matrix isn't even as dense as 10% of the Qi in a normal Apocalypse area. This is truly a sad sight for a ancient cultivation matrix. I remembered that in the Apocalypse every time I found a Cultivation Matrix It was a place so full of energy that it was about a 1000 times denser in there then the outside world yet now it isn't even 10% of the amount of a normal apocalypse area.
Painstakingly training here for an hour is only enough to match up to the vitality of 30 humans... as you can imagine not very much. It's actually more tempting for me to just suck out the vitality of more then a billion people to fill up the energy required to fuse with the tree!
But I can't do that as if I do then humans won't have enough population to fight back against the other incoming races.
The Hypocrite race of Angels.
The Demonic race of Demons.
The Wild race of Beast-men.
The Beast that Awaken.
The Insects that Awaken.
If Human population is lowered too much then the human race will go extinct. My chance to ascend will be pushed back and so I can't let the human race go extinct!
I must prepare the humans from now till the Apocalypse to be able to fight when the Apocalypse breaks out.
For that I need 3 things.
Power
Money
Loyal Elites
Then there comes power. I need enough power to be able to suppress a rebellion and enough for people to recognize me as a leader and I am clearly lacking in that as well.
To train people I need resources, and in this day and age is there anything that can help you get something better then using money? A little amount like 1,000,000 isn't going to cut it. I need billions if not trillions.
Loyal Elites meaning a group of people that can create a squad with me and be able to survive easily in the apocalypse. They must be determined to sacrifice there lives for me and follow any order I give.
I need to first increase my strength. Only after that can I complete the remaining goals I have in mind.
I continue to train by absorbing the Qi in the area around. It is slow but a consistent source.

In the Mansion across from this very tree an old man siting in his house is startled and excited.
"This child! He...he... is only this young yet can sense Qi already... He must be the genius of a hidden sect that came out to train in the mortal realm. Yes... that's got to be it."

Due to the time I'm going back I'll come again tomorrow and find a way to move this matrix back home.
On the road back home I see the colorfully lit city. This is a city I remember as it was the one I grew up in, yet it also isn't quite like how I remembered it as I haven't scene this city for over a 200 years. I think this city was burned to the ground with in the first year due to a group of demons intruding sometime in the first year of the apocalypse.
This time you won't disappear. I promise you. I'll make you the biggest human city in the world.
To do that I need a city orb. A city orb is basically an extremely large Crystal Orb that collects large amounts of Ling Qi. 1 City Orb is enough to supply energy to a city for a thousand years and the energy is chargeable so It usually doesn't ever run out. It is a main item needed to build a safe spot as with it you can create a Energy field that has enough energy to block out Core stage opponents.
If I remember correctly there was a City Orb that showed up in the mountains and was taken by the angels to build there temple of God.
It showed up on the largest mountain in the Qing Ling Mountain range I believe.
Lets just take that one...
Oh and there is the world tree's shell that I need to get from the forest of beasts.

On the floor is an old man on the floor crying out loud about how someones car bumped into him...
The driver clearly didn't hit the old man as I saw the old man jump onto the speeding vehicle... a professional scam artist...
