1 A new life

That day had changed my life, I don't know whether it was for good or bad. I lead a normal life of a shut-in teenage otaku and was barely sociable. It was an year ago, when I was 14 I had an accident. I was killed by a speeding truck whose driver was extremely drunk. The last moment I remember was the sound of my family crying. As everything was dark I had woken up sitting on a chair. A 'choice bar's or so type of a screen appeared in front of me. It had the words,"Please choose one of the five classes below." written on the top of the bar and there were five options on it, each with an advantage and disadvantage along with the type of magic they can master and special ability.

1) Assassin – the class with the best stealth, speed and free running skills but is weaker in face-to-face combat. The type of magic they can master are fire, wind and darkness. The special ability is to see enemies through walls and long distance view till fifty kilometres.

2) Berserker – the class with extreme combat abilities and have fierce weapon mastery but they are not so fast and have less stealth. The type of magic they can master are water, earth and ice. Their special ability is to unleash a power which boosts their power and combat skills.

3) Archer – the class which has extreme precision and can use any weapon which involves precision but the they lack combat skills. The type of magic they can master are lightning, air and wood. Their special ability is lock-on precision and invisibility.

4) Sorcerer – the class with extreme magic abilities and can enchant weapons with magic but they lack stealth and defense. They can master any kind of magic depending on their interest .Their special ability is the ability to grasp a few seconds.

5) Warrior – the class with disciplined combat abilities which can only follow one style of combat and they mostly work for royalty but they lack stealth. The type of magic they can master is ice, lava and illusion type

I looked at all the abilities of the classes and I was mainly interested in the first one. I clicked on it and I got a choice asking,"Do you want choose this class? Yes or No?" and I clicked on yes. Then, shiny aura was glowing around me and I found myself sitting on bench in an area with medieval architecture and buildings. I looked at my clothing, it was having basic armour, a crimson dress attached to a hood of the same colour. The armour was having basic steel vambraces, pauldrons and greavers tied to my boots. I could see a mini-map along with markers on it. The help bar appeared in front of me and told me use the weapon called 'hidden blade' which was tied to my both forearms. It instructed me that, on my tightening of muscles, it comes out of its sheath. I also had a katana sheared to my back and I smirked thinking about living a life of adventure which I wanted to have years ago. It was the start of my new life.
