7 More about Jisan and Yoake

I've been here about a week and nothing much as happened. Basically this town is boring!! Though it's been surprisingly simple to make friends those my age won't stop calling me little boss and the toddlers just sorta attempt to follow me. Weird.

Yoake and Jisan are apparently married. Their house is a simple cottage like two floor house with everything except the bedrooms downstairs. All the flooring appears to be oak as well as the table, cabinets, and countertops. Well the countertops are probably something else as they are darker.

Anyways Yoake seems obsessed with teaching me the letters but he realized I'm good at math without me having to beat it into him. Not that I would but Qiàngdù seemed ready to take control and do it herself. Honestly I may be crushed by her constant need to train. At this point if I exit the house and don't train though it'd feel unnatural.

Yoake is a huge history buff as well he on occasion says things like

"If Jisan lets you stay I can train you into a magic swordsman like me" or "once I convince Jisan I can tell you the history of the world I can't wait for you to become a historian" apparently the guy already planned my future. Though from these phrases you can tell who has the final say most of the time.

I figured she was a martial artist but apparently she was a combat healer. I never thought she'd be the healing type. Yoake is a gentle and caring but kinda flighty person compared to Jisan's brash, noisy and impulsive personality. Both are really smart but I wonder what their jobs are I don't think I've really seen them do anything in the past week. And they were nature hiking for what? Anyways the issue I walked into when I returned home was Yoake attempting to get Jisan to let me stay.

" he has a strange past who knows what happened to him"(Yoake)

"And your point is?" (Jisan) " Strange last doesn't mean they need our care, in his case he might be better without us"

And it went back and forth till Yoake brought up something I didn't expect { Really? I told you that someone saw it} I. Didn't. Expect.

"He was killing a morphling!" (Yoake)

"So?" (Jisan) " they look like slimes except their not see through"

"It was morphed into a child!" (Yoake)
