30 Tower of heaven(Finale)

It had been 4 days now and there was 1 hour before midday.

I sent out five snakes, one would stay with the children here and the others went out the cell. The snakes were there to corrode the cells bars with Mana.

I gave Erza a sword before saying goodbye and leaving for the upper floors. There are 8 floors, on the top floor there were 20 people, all these people were in leadership positions and we're looking over the tower.

The next few floors were were filled with around 100 magicians who would work for the tower and look over the captives. I took out my katana and coated it with Mana before giving it another coating of amaterasu.

I coated it with Mana first to make sure that the amaterasu wouldn't burn the cheap katana, and I coated it with amaterasu to make sure I would be able to burn the bodies and leave behind nothing.

My hands were shaking and I was honestly afraid, this was going to be my first time killing a human, and it was scary knowing that I was going to do it.

"Siri mark all the people I need to kill"

Resolving myself I have Siri a command and moved forward to the first people I sensed and that Siri had marked.

I walked towards my first victim while hiding in the shadows, I gripped my katanas handle, and while looking towards the man doing paperwork on his table coldly I slashed at his neck and sent his head flying.

After my first kill I hardened myself because I felt like vomitting and moved out of the leaders office, the next targets were just in the other rooms.

I quickly got rid of the marked people, by the time I reached the fourth floor, most of my clothing was red and there was blood on my face.

I was nearing where the captives were on the third floor. The reason why I didn't make a clone to go with the captives, and the reason why I gave Erza a sword was only one.

I wanted Erza to gain experience, I made sure that the venom of my snakes would weaken the magicians working in here, but I didn't make it so that she could easily win.

When I reached the third floor where the captives were I saw all of them standing in my way, I quickly jumped unto the wall and made my way over them.

In front of everyone I could see Rob and Erza fighting against 20 enemies, while Erza was going in to attack one of them I could see another aiming a fireball spell at her.

I sped up and blocked the fireball halfway, after that I quickly got rid of the magicians blocking the way.

"Are all of you o-"

Looking back I could see everyone with fear in their eyes, their legs were trembling and tears were already building up in some of them. I looked at Erza and she had the same scared face as them.

'Fuck!'

I looked away from them and decided to move on to the lower floors quicker. I didn't want to see their eyes again, and I didn't want to stand in front of them any longer.

After reaching the last floor, I destroyed the wall in my way and made it to the beach connecting this tower to the waters. After reaching the last floor and killing the last person I suddenly felt something forcing it's way upwards from my stomach.

My body started to release the breakfast that I had, my body was shaking and I had to kneel down near the ocean. I mind ached and i could feel tears flowing down my eyes. I was too busy releasing all this disgust in me to realise the people walking towards the lower floors.

(Erza POV)

After Tsuki left I finally realised what was going on.

I felt ashamed of what I had just done, of how I looked at him. He had just saved me for the second time and yet I showed him such a face, I was afraid.

I wanted to run after him and say sorry but I needed to stay with everyone and finish the job he trusted me with.

Erza:"All of you keep on advancing!"

I felt mad at myself for giving Tsuki such a look, I needed to quickly find him. It took a while before reaching the last floor and finding a hole in the wall.

I ran up to the hole leaving everyone and found Tsuki near the water. He was looking at his bloodied hands with a terrified face.

Erza:"Tsuki!"

I ran up to him and hugged him as best I can, I didn't want to see him so scared, I didn't want to see him so sad, I didn't want to see him so alone.

I was there so he didn't need to be alone, all this time he had been doing everything by himself, he burned the bodies so that we wouldn't have to see them and he killed the bad people so that I wouldn't have to, I wanted him to rely on me more.

Erza:"It's okay Tsuki, I'm here"

I could feel his tears wetting my dress as he flung to me. He had always been taller than me, but now he was hiding his head on my chest, he looked shorter than he was.

Erza:"I'm here"

(Tsuki POV)

'Fuck! I can't believe I'm clinging to a child like this while balling my eyes out'

After vomitting for so long I thought I would calm down, but I suddenly started to feel cold and afraid. I hate myself for being so weak.

Shit! Didn't I have a skill for this, why am I shaking so much, why am I so cold, why am I so afraid. I buried my face into Erza's chest, while trying to hide my face from the others.

After a while I finally calmed down and used purification magic on both me and Erza to clean my face and her dress. I got up from kneeling and steadied my breathing.

I looked at everyone before looking back to the sea, I left Erza's side and went to a place in front of everyone. I was thinking of making a bridge of ice to bring everyone from the tower but I decided to do something else instead.

Biting the thumb on my right hand I channeled my mana, jumped above the waters and placed my hand downwards.

"Summon!"

I could feel myself rising up to the point where I reached to the middle of the tower. Looking down I could see everyone with a surprised expression.

"Shiro lower your head towards everyone"

Shiro was a snake that I had made a contract with when I was training, she was pure white, large and elegant, her eyes were purple and her scales were always shining, she had a twin who I would usually summon, but I decided to just summon Shiro out for this.

Shiro:"Yes Tsuki-sama"

Shiro lowered her head as I stood on it and everyone suddenly took a step backwards, I was getting annoyed at all these surprised and terrified looks I'm getting.

"All of you get on!"

I shouted at them while jumping down, there was enough room on Shiro's head to fit around 80 people and right now there were around 30.

"Erza, Rob guide everyone and make sure they are all on"

If took a while but eventually everyone was on Shiro's head.

"Shiro, take everyone to the shore just ahead of here"

While saying that I ran across the ocean ahead of her, both her and I were going at a fast pace so we reached {Akane Beach} in only 2 minutes. Looking back I could see Shiro's body stretched out reaching the tower of heaven.

I used wind magic this time to bring everyone down and stood on a boulder before them.

"Now then all of you, I've freed everyone here, there is no longer any tower of heaven captive, but this is as far as I can take you"

I looked around while pausing before I continued to speak.

"Because I cannot take you all with me, I'll give you a choice, you can either leave by yourself, or I teleport you to a town where you might be safe"

"All those who want to leave now you can go"

I waited for a few minutes and around 10 people left running from here, I could feel all of them were afraid of me and didn't trust me, but that was their own issue.

"Now then all of you get into groups of five"

There were around 20 people left so there should be four groups. It took around 10 minutes to arrange everyone, I could see one group that had all the people i was interested in, all besides Erza who was to the left of the boulder I was standing on.

There was 1 all girls group and 1 all boys group and then another which was mixed. I could see Wally and his brother in a group away from the others.

I moved towards the group with my friends inside.

"So then all of you are first, before I move on, I need some of you to go with the other groups and make sure of their safety"

"Sho, Erik, Milliana, can I count on all of you"

I looked at all of them and inquired.

Sho:"I can do it"

Erik:"Just hurry up"

Milliana:"B-but I want to be with Erza"

I pat Milliana on the head to calm her down.

"I'm sorry Milliana I need someone to take the girls to a safe place and the only one who can do that is you"

Milliana, even though was clearly sad, gave in and moved to the all girls group, Erik moved to the mis group and Sho moved to Wally's group. The people left inside the current group now was angel, Macbeth, Rob and Jellal.

I moved throughout the groups and gave the leaders I set a letter, I told them they would give this letter to the guild leaders of the place I would teleport them.

Moving back on the boulder, I placed my hand forward and 3 magic circles appeared under the groups feet. After a few seconds all of the people disappeared and only Jellal's group, me and Erza were left.
