chapter 2: Gale Glaive
In a reception room, a girl wielding a knife and a frantic zombie faced each other.
"Grrr!" The zombie growled, cautiously looking at her as if it had intelligence.
Realizing this fact, she knew she couldn't just lure out its attack. She quickly tensed her muscles, knowing this was going to be a difficult fight.
After a minute of silence, the fast zombie took the first action, dashing at her once more. Moving to the side, she struck the side of the zombie, damaging its flesh.
"Tch," she uttered, looking at the little damage. She felt this battle was going to be impossible with her current status.
Distributing the 10 free points 1:1 to strength/Agility, she felt a rush of power. The zombie dashed at her once more, but she could now see it more clearly and reacted more appropriately.
Dodging both the zombie's sharp claws, she cut the side of its stomach making it stagger backward.
"AGGH!" The zombie howled in pain and looked at Hu Zhu with anger. It rushed at her with even greater speed.
Being caught off guard by the sudden speed boost, she was hit in the stomach and was launched backward towards a stack of chairs.
"Cough" Coughing up blood, the pain receptors in her stomach screamed at her, signaling a critical wound.
Looking at the rushing zombie, she quickly raised herself, ignoring the pain, and jumped over the zombie, making it crash into her previous position.
Retrieving a scroll from her backpack:

She looked at the scroll once more and screamed inside her head, 'Learn!' Magically, the scroll disintegrated as the words inside of it glowed golden and entered her mind.
Suddenly, the world she saw, once vibrant red with the color of blood, became dull.
Her eyes, once vibrant red, became dull yet attractive.
She coldly looked at the recovering fast zombie and ran many simulations inside her head.
Finding the optimal and fastest way to end the fight, she stood still as the zombie rushed at her. It arrived in front of her and raised both of its hands in a downward motion.
Reacting fast, she moved her left hand to block its arms and drove the knife into the zombie's heart, ending its life.

Falling to her feet, she recovered some lost stamina and checked her status window:

Dismissing her status window, she noticed a glint beside the dead-speed zombie. Well, double dead zombie, since a zombie is already considered dead.
[Rare Treasure Orb: a rare category treasure inside.].
"Hmm?" Inspecting the orange orb, she looked at the description once more and decided to squeeze it, since there was treasure inside. Breaking the shell outside seemed logical.
Her theory was proven correct as the sound of glass breaking was heard, and the orb turned into a glaive.
[Gale Glaive (Rare grade Treasure): It is said the glaive contains the power of a wind spirit inside, quick and invisible as the wind. It can swing faster than the eye can see. When equipped, Agility +20, stamina +10].
Her eyes widened a little. With this glaive, it would be a breeze to clear through hordes of mobs. Equipping the glaive, a rush of power entered her body.
"Everyone, the coast is clear," she announced, and the doors covering the hallway opened. Hu Zhu was greeted with the celebratory cheer of all the students.
"Did you kill that thing?" Wu Yijun asked.
"Yes," she responded. Noticing Hu Zhu's cold words, they noticed her eyes became a little duller and her slight un-even walk. Something must have happened, Wu Yijun was sure of it.
"Hu Zhu, are you hurt?" Wu Yijun asked.
"It's nothing, just follow me."
Opening the door to the outside, the heavy storm was apparent. Thinking logically, the safest place to go was the gymnasium, as it had no windows and was close to the female dormitory.
Noticing a student being chased by a dog, she quickly dashed over.
The dog dashed towards the student as he braced for its bite, but heard a gentle wind amidst the crazy storm.

Hu Zhu grabbed the guy's hand and lifted him.
"Follow me quickly," the male student nodded his head blankly. Looking at the beautiful goddess in front of him, her clothes were soaked wet, making her undergarments visible to him.
Washing the thought away, he quickly joined Hu Zhu and the rest of the females as they ran for the gymnasium.
Because of her previous injury caused by the speed zombie, her running was a little off but her indifference skill suppressed the pain
Along the way, she saved more students and killed zombies, mutant dogs, and giant rats that came out of the manhole.
Now her group consisted of 17 females, 10 males, and a couple of teachers mixed within, reaching the gymnastics Hu Zhu saw a horde of zombies pounding on the door
Thinking of what to do, she decided to take them head-on, they were free exp in her eyes anyway.
"Stay here" She commanded
Dashing towards the zombie crowd like a hungry predator she cleaved through the first 3 zombies decapitating them.

Noticing the beauty who was cleaving through the horde, the zombies turned their attention towards her and soon tried to swarm them with their numbers.
Each stroke of her glaive is like a death sentence for them decapitating one or more zombies and with her extended range, the zombie will be dead before they even reached from her.
