16 Finally done with the money launderer.

Continuing with clone POV

After I screamed, I didn't wait for him to talk, I immediately threw 2 kunais toward the money launderer. A ninja apeared out of no where ( The one I noticed the first time I came here ).

That ninja blocked the kunais easily, he looks like a weak Chunin at most. He threw my 2 kunais back, he also threw 3 of his. I stepped back and dodged, but the thugs behind me are already dead.

Behind me I heard the Rat King scream "Water release: Water Gun" and a stream of water came out of his mouth targetting the enemy ninja. The enemy ninja was about to move but he remembered that the person he needs to protect is right behind him. So he tried to use a jutsu to block the water gun, but couldn't make the hand signs in time.

The water gun hit the enemy ninja, he flew back and fell on the office and broke the table. I didn't wait for him to wake up, I threw some shurikens toward him.

He dodged the shurikens and jumped and used hand signs while in mid air then shouted "Wind Release: Great Breakthrough". I tried to copy the anime and did the hand signs and then replied to him "Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu". Rat King eyes brightened as I said that, but my jutsu failed and I was sure that this was the end for me.

Voidne's POV

'humph, so my clone died. My job is done anyway'.

"Please, spare me... I will give you anything, I can even help you steal from other money launderers so please!" Our friendly money launderer said in teary eyes.

I looked at him coldly and said "If you tell me the password to the safe, I will release you."

He stopped talking and started looking down. I didn't give him enough time to find a plan, I took a kunai and put it in his arm. I am pretty sure our friendly rat and our friendly mercenary are having fun inside right now.

He started screaming and crying, and after a minute I took out the kunai and stabbed him again. He screamed again, but this time he understood that 'Kaito' meant business.

He said "Alright, I will tell you the password, but please don't kill me after".

I smiled at him 'gently' and said "Don't worry, I keep my promises"

His face brightened then told me "The password of the safe is 4320, if you don't believe me, I will open it in front of you"

I walked to the safe and put 4320 inside the safe, it opened. I smiled at him, and he smiled at me back. I told him "Stand up and leave", he stood up and gave me his back only to find my kunai cutting through his neck.

I started putting the money inside the sealing scrolls, and as I was doing so I felt the clone who was sent to sell the house have disapeared hiding some sealing scrolls in the forest for me to take.

I heard some voices outside, pretty sure it is either the Rat King or the mercenary ninja. I quickly moved near the door. Once the person entered, I stapped his neck and when they dropped dead, and to my delight I found out it was the mercenary ninja.

I am pretty sure I gained a really good power boost from doing this. I returned back to putting in money in the sealing scrolls.

I took everything that was in the safe, which was 7.6m Ryo. This will be enough for me for a while! I wonder why they only hired a weak chunin as a guard, even though they could afford hiring a high chunin without takins loses in their money. Human greed is working for me.

I turned back, rushed to the forest, got my 140k Ryo, and turned back to the hotel.
