39 Moving In

Talia and Sagar quickly made their way back to the academy arriving at the location where all the dorms for the students were located. There were different sections to the dorms that separated the sexes and there wasn't a coed dorm to be found. You could still could go to the other sexes dorms there was just a curfew about when you could be there, of course you could ignore this curfew trying to sneak around the place but if you're caught you'll receive some sort of punishment.

Each dorm was a sort of U-shaped building with a large courtyard covering the front of it. From what Sagar read each one of these buildings could hold up to a thousand people with each person having their own room. Sagar wasn't sure how much buildings would be delegated to one sex but he would imagine quite a few as when they were approaching the location there were a good amount that he couldn't be sure if he counted them all.

Anyway he arrived at the place he would be staying at which would be Building four Room seventeen. As far as he knew where you were placed has not real significance as it would be randomly decided once you were accepted into the academy. Sagar got off the carriage, gathering all of his stuff, or at least the only thing he did have, waved off Talia and promised to meet her later whenever he was finished getting everything settled.

The building that Talia was located in was Building eight Room eighty-eight. This of course being on the girls side of the dorms as apparently there was a place exactly like that on the boys side so you had to be careful of where you were going.

Sagar walked into the building making his way to the second floor where his room was located and was surprised to see something like a elevator there. This wasn't the first time he had been in a building with multiple floors as the Drak residence had plenty of those but they didn't have any elevators there. Sagar just shrugged his shoulders thinking to ask Talia whenever he met back up with her.

Getting to his room wasn't too hard from there, Sagar just had to walk down some hallways while following some signs and he was eventually there. In front of his door Sagar grabbed hold of the handle and started infusing some of his energy into it. This is what the staff told them to do when coming to their room as it would allow the owner of the room to use their energy as a key of sorts. It was possible for others to do it before you and you would have to report about it if that was the case. Apparently it was also possible for others to emulate your energy so it would be best to use energy unique to you to avoid such a thing from occurring.

Sagar decided to use some of his Almighty energy as there would be no way for someone to even attempt to emulate it. Sagar planned to keep some things in the room that he wouldn't be too happy about if they got stolen.

As for the pricing of not only the room but also the tuition fee of the academy Sagar didn't really have to worry about that. It was not really because the Drak family was going to cover it all it was mainly due to his performance and results during the tests that allowed that to happen. Those that are able to place in the top ten rankings in any set of tests get their tuition essentially waived.

Walking into his room if you could even call it that, Sagar began to figure out where everything was. The reason why he didn't really consider it a room was that the actual size of it was quite large being the normal size of an entire living quarters in any sort of apartment, it had all his necessities in it and more along with it. Sagar thought he would have to go somewhere else to make all of his meals but if he had the ingredients he could just make his own stuff here. Along with the kitchen, the bathroom and living room, his actual bedroom was a lot bigger than he would have expected. He thought they would be slightly smaller than the room he stayed in while at the Drak residence but it seemed like it was actually slightly bigger instead.

Going to his closet as he was about to hang up some his clothing that he brought along he found a uniform within it. The uniform was a mostly white color with some black and grey trimmings along the color, sleeves, and buttons on it. On the right shoulder there was a black outline of a wolf trying to eat the sun and Sagar guessed that the other shoulder was where he would wear the cape that James had given Talia and him before they left.

After finishing unpacking everything Sagar started to make his way to where Talia was staying. One thing that Sagar thought was sort of odd was the fact that he had not encountered a single person ever since he arrived. He would get that he wouldn't encounter anyone from the tests as they might still be getting their things or are traveling back to wherever they came from to get whatever they needed. What Sagar thought was weird was that he had not seen anyone whether or not they be a new student or one that has been here. He could only think that some where either in their rooms and have not come out or that everyone was elsewhere.

Anyway Sagar walked all the way to Building eight on the girls side of the dorms. It only took him about ten minutes to get there which was a bit shorter than he would have expected. Getting to Building eight, Sagar saw that no one was outside so he decided to find somewhere to sit in the courtyard. Sagar idled for about twenty minutes before he saw Talia coming out of the building but she wasn't exactly alone.

With her was a ashy haired girl with her hair unhinged flowing smoothly down her back. She was actually wearing the academy uniform or at least the girl variant of it which had the shirt be a bit different with it's more ornate design along with a skirt to match it. It was still the same colors as the male uniform as well that allowed it to be not too different from it's counterpart design. She was actually wearing a cape on her right shoulder that had a family crest on it signifying her status as a noble, but this wasn't any normal crest it was actually the one of the royal family the courageous griffin.
