33 Chapter thirty-four: what a tiresome day it was

Alex said "Any think that Ann touches is delicious".

I still can't believe a kid this young is already this good at flirting, he is going to be a playboy in the future 😅.

I had no idea of how to respond to that, so I just said "Ahhahaha, I wouldn't say that!!".

Then Mr. Levin said "that's not true, the cookies you made yesterday were by all means delicious, and the coffee I tasted back there was out of this world".

I think I got a little dizzy haha!, I heard way to many compliments for one day.

So I replied "is that so...".

Suddenly Ms. Maria said in a loud voice "what!, Levin dear am I hearing wrong?, did you just say you ate sweets?, and on top of that you liked them?".

Mr. Levin said "calm down honey, it's true though, they were spectacular".

Then Alex said "if dad liked them, then that means the cookies were really good, I want to try them out too".

It felt as if they were trying to point out the fact that they would love to come to our house, and it looks like dad got the idea.

So he said "if that's the case, then allow me to invite you to my house next weekend, I will make sure that Ann prepares the sweets her self".

Alex said directly "wow, really?".

So dad replied "of course".

Then Mr. Levin said "then we will gladly accept".

We finished dinner and after that we had dessert and after a long chat the night ended.

But seriously though, most of the talk was about me, it was tiresome.

Mr. Levin offered us a ride home, so we entered the car and I honestly that he might ride with us this time but I guess i was wrong yet again 😅.

When the driver wanted to move, Alex started crying so his mom asked him "what's wrong?".

He replied "Ann is going home already, waaah!!".

Since the car didn't move I thought I should calm him down, but Wilson rubbed his shoulders and said "a man doesn't cry Alex, you'll see her next week anyways".

After he calmed down the driver drove and we arrived home, finally!!.

I went to my room and jumped on my bed as soon as I entered the house, I guess I was really tiered 😅.

Suddenly Gorge appeared before me and said

"I thought you were enjoying it".

I looked at him and said "enjoining it?, are you trying to get on my last nerve? The food was delicious and all, but all they kept talking about, was how talented there children were".

Then Gorge said "not only there children, they were talking about you to be more specific".

He was right you know, so I told him "sigh.., it felt like I wasn't my self".

He replied curiously "you weren't yourself??, how soo?".

I told him "I know it's not bad to be a good girl, but I held my self from saying what I really wanted to say yet again, so much for saying I changed huh?!".

Gorge looked at me and said "well.., it hasn't been a month since we met has it?, so there is still a place for improvements".

Ohh!!, was he trying to comfort me back there I wondered?.
