13 Starling City
High up on the mountains over looking a cliff, a young boy who looks around 15 with green hair and was wearing black and red clothes which looked almost metallic was in a crouched position watching down the cliff. It was Ben transformed as Itsuki Kawasumi looking at someone dragging Oliver somewhere.
After i located Oliver I didn't really want to deal with him, so I left Maseo bring him back to life. So I sent a drone to take pictures of him being taken care of, when I was finished I changed to Kizaru and went to meet team Arrow. When I reached Starling City, the first thing I did was to look for an abandoned building.
When I found a good place I got to work quickly, I started making more drones. When night time reached I made enough to cover the main part of the city. I connected all of them to my watch, yep that's right before I left I made a smart watch that other clocks so it runs on a totally different frequency than normal internet so it can't be hacked. Then it was absorbed by the Anime X, so now there is an extra layer of protection. After they left I transformed into Itsuki Kawasumi, and snuck into the city looking for clothing stores. Sticking to the shadows looking for the right set of clothes, within a half-hour I finally found it a black hooded jacket. I went up to it and rest my hand on it then started to fiddle with it, then like magic it disappeared and my Itsuki out grew a hoodie.
Now it looked like a Force Blader's gear with a hoodie. Now I was ready it was time to be "Green Arrow", I went on the roof and went from rooftop to rooftop while sticking to shadows as much as possible. Any crime my drones detected I went there and stopped it from the shadows but the only thing I let anyone saw was my hood and bow and arrow. The good thing about Itsuki's arrows was they disappeared after 30 seconds and I never went for a kill shot..
By the time midnight reached I got a ping that my drones spotted John and Roy. When I reached them they were in a warehouse in a face off against Brickwell and the police were in a shootout around the building. First to save the police all who were shooting at them I used arrow rain on them and they dropped to the floor. Right after I went to the back and saw that Brick was getting away and the door closed on John and Roy blocking them from catching him. So from the roof I used a Meteor shot to the front of the truck and took out engine, each person who came got a shot to the leg and hand but when I saw Brickwell I shot him with a lightning arrow knocking him out.
While on the roof I saw Lance finally reach to the back with his team and secured the truck and Brick and his team. While I was watching the show heard footsteps behind my back and one of them said:-
John: "Thanks for the help but who are you".
Ben: "I'm the Arrow don't you know about me".
Roy: "We know the Arrow and your not him".
Ben: "Fine you caught me but look I have a hoodie and an arrow too".
John: "Stop playing around this isn't a game".
I finally turned around while saying to them:-
Ben: "Sigh you guys have no sense of humor, since I know arrow wouldn't be here for awhile I thought about helping out the city".
John: "How do you know that and what do you mean for awhile".
Ben: Nice you caught that well since I met him and he was being treated for some serious injuries he should be away for about a month, I thought I would help out with his city while he was away.
John: How can we believe what you say and if you are saying the truth bring us to him.
Ben: Nope it doesn't work like that, you have to wait for him to come back. His friend is risking his life to take care of him if you go there both of them are dead so you just have to wait, I will do you a favor and give you these pictures I took of him.
I threw a flash drive to them then I fell off the side of the building and went through a portal I opened. When I left they ran to the edge of the building and they saw no one, so they went back to the Arrow cave.
