One day , kiba accept to go to stone village and negotiated to stop the war . He was the one to be given the quest as he completion rate are higher .

" kiba ,you must deliver this message to the kazekage personally " said hurizen with a sign . As during those war , many ninja perished which were sad.

After a three week , kiba change his body structure , appearing as an adult of 20 year old , he also seal his chakra . He develop this justu to as a cover to create an illusion of an ordinary person. ( note kiba seal all his meridian in his body to stop the flow of chakra).

Kiba used this justu in order to gather information first before meeting the kazekage .Fortunately , he did gather useful information after a week .If not kiba having a strong will to wait . He would have already given up .

" Did you heard that there is a shortage of foods in the village " said a citizen of sand village

" l heard that the kazekage was very worry about it as the war had been ongoing longer than he expect " replied another citizen

" maybe this is my chance to stop this war" thought kiba. Thus without wasting time , kiba left .

The next day , kiba appear infront of a sand village . But the latter shouted " stop or you will be killed " as he notice the konoha symbol on kiba forehead.

" I come to negotiate with the kazekage under the third hokage instruction" said kiba

Because of the ninja shouted , all sand ninja were alerted and surrond kiba when they saw that he was from another village . But kiba thensid the previous message which lower their guard .

" Enter " sudden a loud voice were heard .

Thus kiba entered even through he was still surrond . while coming infront of the kagekage , kiba gave the message to him . The kazekage then read and after a while .

" why should I stop the war " said the the kazekage

" both our village had suffered many casualties in the battlefield which is not benefit to both as it may weaken us in fact " said kiba calmly.

" our hokage also heard that your village is in need , thus he is willing to accept any request " said kiba again indirectly.

" hmm" siad the kazekage as he know that kiba was implied that he know that their sand village needed foods .But he was still rational as he know that what kiba said is the truth.

Thus kazekage then gave kiba another seal message to answer the hokage. After this , kiba left .

After sometime , a ninja appeared beside the kazekage and said with anger " will you really accept their request .

" you know we cannot continue this insignificant war anymore and what he said is right ." said the kazekage while signing.

Another months passed , kiba delivered the kazekage replied which made the hokage very happy . As he knew that the kazekage is a proud man. To be able to convince him , it is a miracle . After hearing the mission report from kiba and he very satisfied with kiba skills to negotiate.

Thus the war was end against the sand village .Thus konoha will be able to concentrate the war against the hidden mist village . The war against the hidden mist was put in suspense as konoha was fighting the sand village at the time . Thus the supply of ninja wa insufficient.

The next day , a batch of ninja was send to fight again the hidden mist village in order to end the war. But kiba knew that the war against them will not be end so easily . As Obito as already used his genjustu on hidden mist Kage . And with obito hatre against konoha . He will not end the war voluntary .Thus kiba decided to interfere in this war. But first he need a planned .
