After we ate some barbeque we went our separate ways ah who am i kidding i walked hinata home.
During our walk hinata questioned.
"Are you interested?"
"Hmm? interested in what? that tree over there?" i tried diverting the question
"Ino-chan are you interested in her? not to sound rude or anything but she was interested in sasuke during our academy years..."

I hate missions. i was given free reign but now i wasn't my talents are now wide-spread so i can't be all willy-nilly and oh boy the D-Ranks we do is boring, i once asked sensei why even bother when we are already strong her reply was so bull in my opinion. 'To hone teamwork and for you to be more familiar with each other.' i swear i think this is a unwritten rule...
Sooo i used my ultimate power against my parents.
"Dad! Please teach me the kage bunshin jutsu. the D-Ranks waste my time, and my clones give me memories back so i can train while the clones do the boring missions! Also don't even think about denying me or i am gonna tell mom!" I think my mentality is changing to be more fitting of a kid. can't say i don't like it.

either way with my newfound abusive power i stepped up training a little.

As we were coming to get more missions i was actually the real me. i went ahead and used puppy dog eyes jutsu and coaxed kushina-sensei to take a C-Rank mission since if we go by the timeline there is a chance that we would get the bridge mission.
"C-Rank please. this kid is gonna go mental if i don't take them out for a C-Rank"
"ah, yes this is a recent request, i'll tell them to bring in the client."

A fairly old man came in, he was already a little intoxicated i blame the gourd he is holding..
"ah, well this is the client. Tazuna-san he asked for an escort to the land of waves."

"Besides, i don't think these twerps could protect me, see that pretty boy? a 6-year old has rougher skin than him."

*CRCK!* i disappear with a fancy lightning shunshin and appear behind him holding pulsating lightning at the side of his throat i spoke while infusing a bit of killing intent in the air.

The fear brought him out of his stupor, and he visibly trembled.

At some point into our journey i notice a small pond, i nod at kurenai-sensei who was also looking at it. i wonder if she will help with defeating these clowns.
After walking nearby the pond suddenly disappeared in a poof of smoke and out came 2 shinobi. they cut down kurenai sensei, and Ino and hinata visibly panicked. they proceed to attack them while i dashed in and helped out ino first. hinata although shaken at first recovered and subdued the shinobi without much difficulty, hey these guys seem like low chuunin. as i helped ino take down the other one kurenai walked out of the bushes.
"well done, althought you two panicked at first you quickly recovered, as for you pretty boy good job noticing an abnormality."
"Kurenai-sensei? didn't they strike you down?"
"ha! you think those guys could ambush me? Dream on!"
"My mistake sensei i didn't make use of my Byakugan i was too lax..."
"well snow white you can always improve, at least this serves as a lesson that you should never be careless."
"But how did you guys notice the enemies?"

"Ino-chan has a good point, but as leaf shinobi this would tarnish our reputation if we blatantly ignore people in need. so i say we should go ahead, we should be able to handle Gato's minions"
