13 (No)Progress
As we and kakashi arrived at the council, we noticed that the clan heir/heiress. have either bandages or a posture that indicates pain. Well i can't blame them, they probably got the brunt of it, Dad really wanted this training to happen considering what happened to the uchiha clan, the other clan heads must have been pressured.
"I see we have all arrived, well the relevant ones atleast, now how about we get a feel on the progress of our shinobi? would you like to volunteer kakashi-san, son?"
"Hai, Minato-sensei, the training has been progressing well, i have been helping Shikaku-san fix his basic taijutsu, since he relies on his spear or bo his actual hand-to-hand combat is a little lackluster compared to his arts. As well as the fact he had impressive improvement in regards of controlling himself. As sensei may have noticed already his electricity is a little unstable. For us anyways. as he is immune to natural lightning he doesn't see his random flares of electricity dangerous." The council members nod in agreement when he mentioned my control over lightning, of course i got a little pissed and retorted.
"Oi!, not my fault my lightning is out of hand, when i'm excited the lightning gets jumpy! Besides i'm not one to judge when you always read that damned smut!" hearing me badmouth 'ICHA ICHA PARADISE!' the women of the council looked at me with approving eyes while some males looked at me with disappointment, i swear dad's eyes dimmed for a moment when i badmouthed said smut.
"Let's not forget the fact that your skills have degraded, from what i have heard you were supposedly the former jonin captain, seeing as how your skills have deteriorated you cant blame me for being a little sloppy in taijutsu, besides i don't have any decent books to learn from." I expected him to be a little angry due to me badmouthing his skills, but to my amusement he just groaned a little.
"Nnn. either way minato-sensei, Shikaku here helped me in my energy manipulation, specifically he helped me fix a technique he called and i quote 'Flawed as fuck, you call this a technique for assassinations?' Which is my personal skill Chidori and i quote yet again he said 'huh true the speed still makes it a little viable, as long as you are proficient in the technique you would be able to quickly charge this move up, but against people like Gai-sensei such techniques would be useless.' as such i have come to posses another technique which he said was, Decent Improvement." Okay i was a little arrogant, i was always doubting how effective it could be for assassinations, sure if you plan to kill everyone who heard it cool, but the true charm of assassinations is when you can pull something of high risk without anyone aside from the targets realizing you were there atleast not after they find the body, or missing information.
"Haaa, sorry for my son's sharp tongue, he has never had any problem regarding lightning and even wind manipulation to an extent. But may we hear the details of said improvements?"
"Hai, the improvement was to instead of letting the technique use sound it should all be compressed, and his method was interesting... i couldn't achieve the level of control he has so he made the technique something i could do. he had an idea to pump more yang in a chakra that would be use to form a sphere enveloping the chidori, although less lightning would be used, in a way it got stronger. due to the collection of electricity the impact power got increased, which would be helpful if the penetrating power of the original chidori was helpless." yeah yeah praise my intellect, honestly i never thought it would work, although some sound is still heard it can barely be called 5 birds worth of sound, the yang chakra made the outer sphere more solid, resulting in something similar to a thin layer, eh, easiest word to use would be condom.

Well that became boring real fast, Iruka-sensei, and the various clan heads reported the progress of the, academy, and clan shinobi. a good thing to point out was that naruto wasn't as stupid as i thought, he made decent progress and could use a rasengan fairly often, his chakra control isn't as out of wack. hmmm i wonder if the half of the kyuubi chakra i received was a combination of yin and yang, or if i got pure yin or just yang.

Well it isn't to boring now that the system can converse with me somewhat. somehow i feel like i am being a little forgotten? no more like i am on the verge of being forsaken... hmmm anyway dark thoughts begone!

Damn i don't think i have ever mentioned this before, but i really appreciate the people in my past life who really practiced in martial arts, especially staff/spear, i mean i have gotten god-blessed talent literally. and i still find it a little hard.
also have i mentioned gravity seals + restraining seals = hell.
I mean the gravity seals already somewhat impede the inner workings as well as chakra, but restraining seals literally do that, well due to that the flow has been faster, as well as more effective training for my inner workings. now that i think about it, would it be possible for me to have Slayer magic? i mean i probably could after i get the so desirable upgrade, but i wonder if i can get multiple, also erase the motion sickness weakness of dragon slayers.

"Also don't forget about the re assessment, and the teaming stuffs may be messed around with, i don't know if it applies to me tho." Shikaku said towards the duo.
"Well i would appreciate it if hime and i were on the same team."
