18 Konoha Village Debt

After a couple of waiting time, Lou finally meet the current Third Generation Hokage "Sarutobi Hiruzen.

"So you are the store owner of that shop, so Mr. Shop owner how can I help you?" Sarutobi asked.

He was really surprised to hear the owner of the oldest shop in the village.

He even heard some rumors about the strange shop from that place, he only heard it from his great grandfather about that particular shop but he don't know what kind of shop is it.

"I'm here for the debt of the village."

"Debt?"

The first thing he thought about is the First Generation Hokage, the famous God of Ninja, and his infamous bad luck in any kind of gambling.

"Okay, how much?"

'Maybe it's a couple of gold coins.'

"Here, you can check it." Lou smiled and pass the official recipe.

"Hmmmmmm... hm?..... Wait! How can Konoha Village has this kind of debt?!" Sarutobi was shocked to see the amount he need to pay.

It's a price that can make the Konoha Village destroy instantly.

Sarutobi coldly gazes at Lou and ask." Are you sure you did not come to scam me?"

Suddenly a couple of Anbu appears holding weapons and pointing at Lou's body.

Even though he is being pressed by a different weapons, Lou still maintains his smile.

"Third Generation Hokage you can look down, you can see the seal of the previous clan head of the family in Konoha Village."

Sarutobi look down and really see dozen of the seal from famous clan around the village.

He even sees the seal of Sarutobi, Uchiha, Hyuga, and Senju with the rest.

"It's true but.... How can Konoha has this huge debt?"

"Actually the debt is for everyone who signed the contract so you don't need to worry about the amount."

"Even if I cut it to share with everyone it was still huge, my clan surely eat salt for a couple of years."

Sarutobi helpless sigh, even if he take all his clan to complete the S Rank quest it was still not enough.

"By the way, how can the people of my village have this kind of debt?"

"Oh, I almost forgot, this is the contract."

Sarutobi check the contract and sees what kind of thing the old people of the village take but seeing the contract he finally understands.

How can a village produce so many powerful people every year?

How can the village win even if they are the weakest village?

How can the Konoha still survive even after being ganked by a couple of villages?

As he read further he was finally enlightened by strange things happening in the village.

Putting the contract on the table waving his hand to the Anbu, Sarutobi finally asks." Is there any way we can lessen the amount?"

"There is, just like the contract, the pass clan leader and made a bet to at least lessen the amount."

Lou takes another contract and pass it to Sarutobi.

Sarutobi, on the other hand, feels that the old people in the pass are smart.

"Let me see.... 2 Kage Level for every Clan.... 10 Special Jonin..... Impossible." Sarutobi finally said.

"How can this be impossible? With the thing you guys got from me it's very possible, I'm already Lossing on my trade already."

Sarutobi's face turn grey hearing what he said, that's right it's easy but the problem comes from them at the first place.
