13 Uncertainty of Principle

Empress Q'ara and her assistants are still busy finalizing the event, when the Emperor called for her. Leaving much of her work to Rooh Fizel and Rooh Zivel.

Emperor Egher looked concerned when the Empress approached him.

"Is something wrong with the list?"

He had read the list of promotions and had evaluated its possible outcome.

"Is this the final list? It looks like a draft." Egher complained.

"Rooh Zivel prepared the list."

"Zivel? "

"Yes. What is the matter with you?"

"Have you scanned his thoughts lately?" Egher asked.

"He was disappointed. I cannot blame him. Do you want to see him?"

"I felt something wrong in the surrounding, that is why I called you. Did you feel it?"

"The rehearsal was quite tumultuous when it started. I felt it but I did not dwell on that negative feeling."

Egher felt relieved when she confirmed his concern.

"What is it?"

"I will explain later. After the announcement."

"Do you have any questions about the promotions?"

"None at all. It is just that these promotions seemed too good."

"Is that the reason of your worry?"

"Yes. I cannot clearly see what lies ahead but I feel that the future is not good."

"Did you consult the Crystal Staff?"

"I did. And I have taken a Deu crystal when I did it."

The Empress looked worried too. "Then it must be true. Whatever negative feeling I had earlier and the uneasy future that you saw in your mind-vision could be very true. But does it concern our son?"

"No. The immediate future does not show him much, but he could be later."
