1 A dream
The phone is ringing at 2:00 am in the morning while Lucian Raven is watching on his wide screen TV...
Every night he looks for something that will inspire him to live.
Since birth he had no sense of goal or dream other than his fantasies of traveling.
His head is glancing towards the table in front of him, wondering on whether he should take it or not.
He's been off the social media since he was 18 so it wasn't important to him.
Couple minutes passed and he starts to feel tired and extremely drowsy.
His body made a sudden jump as if waking up in a dream where people visualized falling and waking up realizing that it was just a dream.
He was rubbing his eyes, slowly looking for the remote when all of a sudden a hiss in the background keeps getting louder and louder.
His heart pounded so hard realizing that the noise he heard earlier felt so real." what are those noises and why is it so bright all of the sudden?" lucian thought to himself.
While the eyes were adjusting to the light he felt a different texture in the floor.
Lucian stood up speechless about the lush nature around him.
Lucian talked loudly "what the fuck!! please tell me this is a dream!! no way am i... wait... am I lucid dreaming? did I finally manage to lucid dream? Oh my.". Lucian also said, " maybe I did manage to lucid dream. hmm fuck I can probably summon a hot girl in front of me.". For 10 minutes he's trying so hard to summon but a loud bang and snap noises interrupted him.
Lucian looked around and decided to make a meaning of what's happening.
A large snake with a body as big as a train and taller than the trees around him is rushing towards him.
He got scared and tripped on the roots as he was running, realizing that he felt pain.
"Oh god this is real. how in the actual fuck did I get here? no way... (panting) I'm gonna die... wait I might as well try killing this giant snake since this feels like an isekai.. ".
As he was still sitting on the ground he found a rock, a stick and mushrooms.
Without hesitation he grabbed the rock pounded the mushroom and dipped the stick with mushroom mixture.
In a spun of moments he stood up jogged around and hid behind a tree for cover.
Looking for a way to get a vantage level, then a vine touched his back.
He pulled a few small vines and tied them to his wrist.
The giant snake is closing the distance as if it really is aiming for him.
Out of nowhere a bigger creature's shadow darkened the sky as though a mountain flipped and flew in the sky.
Lucian's jaw dropped on the floor and almost drop his stick. " Where am I for real? that thing in the sky is at least 10× bigger than this snake." he whispered.
