17 Chapter 17: The Royal Decree.

A sound came out of no where as it reverberated inside the Hall, an invisible pressure started to build inside the Hall as an Old Man's Figure Came inside the Hall as if he was Gliding on the air.
He was dressed in a spotless white scholar like clothes, which represented the deep knowledge as his eyes shined like it contained a deep Wisdom.
The invisible pressure he was releasing also represented his strength as everyone inside the Hall have difficulty breathing, they all looked towards him in mixed gazes, some contained Reverence some contained fear, as all of the people present wanted to know who is this mysterious elder that just came in.
The same cannot be said for Liu Mang as he was currently on his knees and can't seems to get up, as an invisible pressure had enveloped him and pushed him to his knees.
"I really wanted to know how you were going to hurt my disciple." Old Chang asked again as he stood in front of Liu Mang while his back was facing the crowd.
Second prince also watched the whole scene as he had an headache when Liu Mang acted like a little brat, but he didn't stop him badmouthing the Huang Clan as he had enough of babysitting an adult man.
He also saw the whole scene where Liu Mang for no reason wanted Xie Clan to call off the engagement and threaten the Huang Clan, as he was about to interject in between to stop the bickering.
But it was too late, as a the Mysterious elder came knocking in, and he was shocked by the pressure he felt.
'Why does his presence seems to be even greater than the Royal Grandfather!!, just where did this old man came from?'
Second prince was In deep thought as he was thinking what to do, he knew that if the elder acted against Liu Mang, it will not be a good outcome.
As he was thinking a new thought hit him which scared him to the point of not knowing what to do.
'Greater pressure than Royal Grandfather who was already a peak Profound Xiantian, that means this Mysterious elder should be a Martial Lord?'

Huang Shen (Xiao Shi) was also looking at the scene, as he was the one who called Old Chang to come inside as he didn't knew who the new guests are and what we're their intentions.
He had planned that he will introduce Old Chang as his master to his grandfather and get his revenge, but this Liu guy made his plans go down in a gutter.
He can at least tell that his family and this guy called Liu Mang have an history with each other.
He didn't wanted to interject between the conversation but this guy just came inside and wanted to steal his 5 year old fiancé for his shitty 12 year old, and dared to threaten him and his family.
All he wanted to do right now is to break his Bone's and throw him out as killing him in front of everyone will ruin the image of his family.
He smirked thinking about his sweet revenge with grandpa Huang.

Liu Mang was currently in a mess, as an arrogant man he had never been pushed on the ground to his knees even by the Huang Jin.
This was even a greater humiliation compared to what Huang Jin had done.
'Damn, Huang Clan every time I have to feel the shame because of you, First that Huang Jin and now this Old Man.' Liu Chang was thinking while gritting his teeth as he looked towards the newly arrived elder with red eye's.
His was angry to the point that he forgot that he was here in the order of the King.
'I will never Forget this humiliation, I will get my revenge, at that time I will personally butcher your whole family, your relative's even your whole city to clear my name.'
He then looked towards Huang Jin as he wanted to see this person, but he was not able to lift his head to much and was only able to see a 5 year old child looking at his with a shit eating Grin.
That mocking smirk on that child angered him to the point where he Vomited actual blood and fainted on the spot.

Watching the guy he was questioning faint while vomiting blood Old Chang was furious.
'At least you could have responded while vomiting blood, why do you have to faint?'
Even though he was a robot but the conciseness he have made him like an actual human.
He then turned his head and looked towards the Second Prince, who got a chill as if he was standing on the foot deep ice.
He hurriedly Bowed towards the Old Chang and started to calm him so that he won't have the same ending as Liu Mang.
"Please Calm your self Great Senior, this junior apologize for the rude behaviour of that guy."
"We are here not to create trouble, I am the Second Prince of this Kingdom and is here to read a decree given by the King, after that we will leave."
He said hurriedly and bowed towards Old Chang.
That was a memorable scene for many as many knew earlier who he was but they aren't able to understand the reason for second to bow towards him.
And if they knew why he was bowing towards Old Chang they would directly Fall to their Knees in the fear of not offending him.
Seeing the Young Man who respectfully bowed towards him and narrated what he was here for, Old Chang retracted his pressure and looked calmly towards him.
It was then when everyone heard a voice of a child.
"Master"
They all looked towards the child who called toward the Old Man and it was Huang Shen.
Old Chang also heard Huang Shen and smiled lightly towards him.
One thing has to be said, even though both of them have a relationship of servant and a Master but Old Chang treated Huang Shen as his own Grand Child.
He turned towards Huang Shen and his family and walked towards them completely ignoring the Second Prince who sighed in relief.
Grandpa Huang and Nian also looked towards each other when they heard Huang Shen and came forward to greet him.
"We greet senior and are thankful towards you to step up for us, be both are the Grandfathers of Little Shen and Welcome you on the Behalf of Our clan." Grandpa Huang said with Grandpa Nian towards Old Chang in the respect as he welcomed him.
"Ha... Ha, Do not worry about being formal, you all are the family of my disciple Little Shen that means you are also my family." He said while looking towards Huang Shen with doting gaze.
Huang Shen also didn't mind as he also kind of treated him as an elder.
Both of his parents also greeted him when they found out that this was the mysterious Master of their child and were elated to find out about it, they also felt pride and were happy for their child to find a great Master.
Second Prince also heard Huang Shen referring the terrifying old man as Master, he felt little jealous towards him to get a powerful backing.
After some time when all were done greeting they all looked towards Second Prince, waiting for the news he had come to declare without a notice.
Seeing everyone one he still waited for the old elder to get the permission.
Old Chang was also interested towards the Decree and thought that it might be the news of the trials.
He nodded towards Second Prince to read the decree.
Second Prince Hurriedly took out a golden Coloured scroll, which was relating a golden purple glow as many runes and smaller formations we're inscribed on it.
When it appeared it gave a sacred feeling to it, as everyone present bowed lightly towards it.
Leaving only Old Chang and Huang Shen without Bowing to it.
Second Prince also didn't mind it as he had already dealt with enough and just wanted to read the decree and go back to the Royal Palace and tell the news about today to his father.
"In the name of King of Fire Spirit Kingdom, I am the second Prince of this kingdom Is here to read the Royal decree on the order of the King."
"In recent years there had been many natural and unnatural phenomenon happening in our continent, some were dangerous and some we're horrific and recently we have been informed that two of such thing is about to happen again and this time it Will be a good and bad at the same time."

He released the breath of foul air as he was shocked by the news, everyone present did the same, including Huang Shen who was also shocked by something he heard.

"All the clans we're informed to tell their citizens about the news of trials and the academy, and in a week from now on the people who wanted to travel to the island where the trials are conducted have to travel to the capital and register their name's."

"The people who will pass the trials will be given the chance to join the Academy and cultivate further."
He said as folded the decree and bowed toward the Old Chang and ordered his people to carry the fainted Liu Mang.
He didn't wait for any longer and just wanted to reach inside the capital, as he knew that a chaos was about to happen and the coming years will be extremely chaotic.
