Ning Fan followed the picturesque diagram displaying where to circulate the blue stream around him into his meridian's, by circulating a full cycle throughout his twelve main meridian's and eight secondary meridian's.
During his arduous training back on Earth he meditated. At first it was to calm himself from becoming too reckless, as time went on he got more interested into and started trying to cultivate different Qi types.
He didn't treat it seriously but it helped calm his nerves in doing so he became healthier. When he saw the diagram he could understand it thanks to method he used to calm himself, and a few experiences from the past.
After one full cycle, one third of the dregs in his meridian's and blood vessels seeped out of his body creating a nauseating odor. Ning Fan didn't stop, he completed two more cycle's until all his blood vessels and meridian's we're clear of dregs.
Just before he could rest he felt an enormous amount of energy bombarding his meridian's, while they were trying to filter such a quantity, Ning Fan felt unimaginable pain, but he knew that if he fainted his second life would be short-lived.
A small portion of the energy was filtered. Ning Fan felt a warm energy inside his body, he suddenly remembered that when he died he felt a warm current seeping throughout his whole body. He circulated the energy the exact way he felt at the time. After circulating the warm energy, the pain became a little more bearable.
After an unknown time, he started feeling changes in his body, mind, and soul. He felt as if his body, mind and soul were forming a link connecting to one another making him feel as though he could control each of them with ease.
A few minutes later he felt the link between his body, mind, and soul was formed. Although he's still filtering a substantial amount of energy, he didn't feel anymore pain once the link was formed.
A few hours later he felt he hit a wall while he circulated the energy. The little energy that remained was then supplemented to his essence Qi. Shortly after all energy was filtered throughout his body.
A few seconds later he felt something foreign invading his mind, at this point all he wanted was a small break.
"If this continues I'm going to need to see a therapist after this" thought Ning Fan
Memories of someone who seemed foreign yet familiar was played out in his mind but as the memories made their way towards the soul the memories disappeared. Ning Fan's soul rejected those memories, his soul considered it as a foreign threat that could damage his soul.
Although his soul rejected those memories he still retained bits n' pieces from what he saw as they flew from his mind to his soul.
Ning Fan now has a general understanding of why he went through such a painful experience, who he reincarnated to and where he's at.
It seems that this body's life was full of sorrow and pain. At the time he was born he was given the name Shuo Fan, but by the age of eight he showed no talent and his father decisively stripped him from his name and instead bore the maiden name of his mother Ning. His mother's full name before marriage was Ning Ju.
His father, Shuo Min is one of the two Great General's, his cultivation's at the third rite of the Aperture realm. The other Great General is from the Shui family, Shui Feng he at the second rite of the Aperture realm one sub-realm below Shuo Min.
After the Great General's are the General's, they're all at the Ming realm. The five General's are from the Luo, Ming, Ping, Ning, and Liu.
Both Great General's hold the title Duke. All General's hold the title of Count.
The former owner of this body's father Shuo Min, has a ruthless and sinister personality. The former owner's mom was forced into marriage by Shuo Min's power and influence.
Shuo Min's only concubine died on an excursion, that she was taken against her will. Shuo Min wanted some excitement during the excursion, so he threatened her with their son. When she received a fatal injury he left her to slowly die. He told her, her life wasn't worth the rare materials of the Life Restoration pill.
Shuo Min is a Great General and personally serves the royal family. He lives in the palace with the royal family as well as his other family members. As the previous owner was stripped of his name he was left in the Shuo estate in the inner city of the capital.
The previous owner died at the age of twenty. He is the first born of his three siblings. Both his brothers Shuo Mu and Shuo Jin despised him for being weak and untalented. His sister Shuo Nuan has a passive personality and doesn't get involved with anyone.
Shuo Mu is the second eldest, he was born a month earlier than Shuo Jin they're both eighteen years of age but born from different mother's, and they possess a cultivation of the third rite of Metamorphosis realm.
Shuo Nuan is sixteen years of age. Shuo Nuan is the youngest but the most talented in the family, she possess a cultivation at the peak of the second rite of the Metamorphosis realm.
The previous couldn't match up to them. He went through arduous training, tried all kinds of circulation techniques, it reached a point where he started relying on cultivation pellets. They contained a lot of Qi but they were mostly clogged by the dregs in his blood vessels and meridian's, receiving almost no benefits.
He cultivated different circulation techniques to gradually expel the dregs from his body but his progress was too slow. He continued consuming cultivation pellets, until one day he died on his bed. Before his death he reached the fifth rite of the Circulation Refinement realm.
After he died Ning Fan expelled all dregs in his body and reached the peak of the first rite of the Metamorphosis realm something the previous owner could only wish for but not reach.
As far as he knew from the owners memories the Circulation Refinement realm allows Qi to flow throughout the body giving small increase in strength.
At the Metamorphosis realm the body, mind, and soul form a link allowing the soul and mind to develop alongside the body, this realm gives significant advantages to the body becoming more sturdy and explosive strength, the mind gives the advantage of having better memorization recalling memories faster, the perception also heightens allowing it to perceive unknown dangers and the soul can protect itself from different forms of pressure to the soul.
The previous owner doesn't have much knowledge of the other realms besides their names, he was always focused on breaking through to the Metamorphosis realm, he didn't have time to learn about any other realm.
After sorting these memories he had a general idea of the foreign and domestic affairs within and beyond the kingdom.
The name of the kingdom Ning Fan currently resides in is the Celestial Kingdom. The Celestial Kingdom is in the southern side of the continent and the most powerful there. In the southern side of the continent only the Celestial Kingdom can nurture knights to the Aperture realm.
The king himself possess a cultivation at the peak of the fifth rite of Aperture almost crossing the threshold and stepping into the Foundation realm.
On the northern side of the continent resides two powerful kingdoms with a force that can crush the southern countries. Unfortunately for them the northern and southern sides are divided by a forest. If it was just the forest it wouldn't be too hard but there are mountains separating the northern and southern side of the continent, the other way through the forest is the valley but that's equally dangerous.
Within the mountain ranges and valley live dangerous beasts that can slaughter Knight's or warrior's at the Foundation realm it's called 'The Beast's Den'.
The two powerful kingdoms nurture knights to the Foundation realm, and their Kings possess a profound cultivation in the Foundation realm.
The only neighbor that can cause trouble, although the Celestial Kingdom is stronger is the Ambience kingdom.
Since the most powerful Kingdoms can't invade the southern side of the continent they built ports to create alliance's with the people in the south by trade. The Celestial Kingdom is allied with the Radiance Kingdom from the west. The other kingdoms are allied with the Solar Kingdom in the east.
The Celestial Kingdom owns the whole Western side of the southern side of the continent so the Radiance Kingdom only has us as their trading partner.
"It also seems there's a tournament a month from now hosted by the king, should I go?" Ning Fan whispered to himself
Ning Fan was struggling whether to go or not. Ning Fan has two options he can either enjoy the rest of his life under the protection of his family or become a cultivator to explore, struggle and defy fate.
After a few minutes Ning Fan made his decision. Ning Fan was never the type to sit around and relax, he never had such leisure when he was ruthlessly training himself and plotting for revenge against his sworn enemy.
Ning Fan had lived such a restless lifestyle that he can't stop now even if he wanted to.
" The age limit is twenty years old and the highest cultivation level below twenty-one is third rite of Metamorphosis realm" Ning Fan smiled as he was talking to himself "If I manage to break through to the second rite I can possibly win, both me and the previous owner of this body trained for as long as we could remember, I believe we have a chance in winning"
Ning Fan recalled that he was born with very poor essence Qi which will make it hard to cultivate to the next realm
"System is it possible to improve my essence Qi" Ning pondered before asking
[ Anatomize System suggests you digest pellets or food with abundant energy]
"Can you create a circulation technique that will allow me to quickly advance towards the next realm" Ning Fan asked curiously
[ That is not possible the owner has not went through enough experiences to create a new circulation technique]
"What do you mean" Ning Fan asked solemnly.
[ Host has to experience different circulation techniques to be able to seperate the useful parts and flaws from the techniques, creating a new circulation technique]
" Your saying I have to personally experience different techniques before you can tell me if anything is wrong" Ning Fan can already imagine himself having Qi deviation and System warning him right after.
[ As long as your senses can gather the minute details even subconsciously I can point out the flaws]
Ning Fan knew he should be grateful but still couldn't help but worry if anything would go wrong.
"What kind of System are you" Ning Fan finally asked as he had forgotten to ask beforehand.
[ One that can analyze and find the minute details that even the host won't notice and create a solution or detailed status by finding the information of an object or person, from the host's experience and senses]
As Ning Fan listened to what the system said he became confident again while thinking of a scheme to win the tournament and take all valuable treasures that come along with being the champion.
"Sitting around isn't going to change anything since dregs aren't an issue anymore let's head to the Black Market" Ning Fan smiled while walking out the white door with an image of a golden dragon on the door.
The dragon seemed real and could emit some pressure to his soul if he stared long enough but he no longer felt any pressure, as he has already stepped into the Metamorphosis realm the pressure the door emits is far from enough to make him feel anything.
