24 Chronicle Of Madness

After brooding for a while Mason decided to take his mind off this and pick up the Diary left by the original owner of the dagger

After taking the book out Mason opened it it was not as pristine as he happily anticipated the insides where oxymoronic, it was burnt and tinged on the insides blurring out some words

Mason started reading

Page 1

"On my tenth birthday, my father gave me this dairy so that i may chronicle my days and woes in my solitude life as an aspirant wizard."

This confused Mason , this must be old as the body he saw even at a glance was at least a late teenager even in its emaciated state

Mason flicked threw until it reached the

53th entry

"I went horse riding for my last day before the academy, ended up hunting some rabbits, it was scary."

"I was given the heirloom dagger for safekeeping,"

Mason reflexively thought of this is a rather sheltered and timid boy.He felt a pang of guilt now, he robbed a family heirloom from the dead recipient.

"When i arrived at the school it was amazing and beautiful, the students are all from high-end society I hope ill make some friends, finally time to have the time of my life but at least i cannot be bullied by status by school rules."

"Its very hard to understand this theory stuff it makes my head hurt"

This made Mason reminisce when he read up physics it was rather the same with those migraines.

"I have a test in a month ohh no ohh no "

"I haven't had time to chronicle my day but its fine, haven't made any friends but i need to study my hardest "

"I failed, i don't want my family to find out, but the mage organ test is coming up, at least then I can show in worth something"

"I was tested but i was said to be inert, seems like my mage organ is still needed maturation but the teacher mad a wry smile when he said it will take some, ohh no please allow me to a mage i don't want to fail my family"

"I've been bullied and called inert as an insult it hurts, but I don't want my parents to know as I don't want to trouble them, they spent so much for me to go here."

"Some bullies attacked me but when I ran away from them I felt this hot feeling like burning, i probably got hit by some sort of embers from fire then I blacked out, i awoken to a beautiful healer, lovely hair but I was so nervous around her, she is my angel "

"The bullies came back but used their status to bully the infirmary nurse to not associate me due to the hassle,i won't let them "

"Those bullies fought me again but in the school sparing ground and i was really really angry and from yesterday and i didn't want to be target practice anymore, I accepted.......[this part was singed ,Mason was annoyed],teacher told us never to use ...... to fuel us but why not so I accepted it .i sent out waves of fire as if my anger was made into something to see, it was so fun i burnt one of those pompous boys robes, only singed it but he got the message i hope, not to mess me anymore ,Yay, so exhilarating I sent letters to my parents and talked to the nurse and she was so happy with me i felt a warm feeling."

"The Bully i burnt said he'll call his father on me for what I did, ha school rules says no bullying using status "

"Large men came outside my dorm asking for me, I was able to escape by staying in the infirmary"

"These large men went to the nurse and....and hurt her I will never forgive them, they shall burn "

"After building my courage up I made my presence known by shouting the skies for the men, they came running in there black and i was ready but they were still investigating so i was able to run away to a good cave, so cold."

"As they attacked me I felt like I, I don't know how to write this but dying, I was beaten easily, I was so out of my depths but-but, I accepted salvation and said....... what we were told never to do and I, I made an explosion. I don't know where the men where but they were nowhere to be seen or what happened I just woke up with some blood on my hands, it was so horrifying, but it was ...fun."

"I found a cave which is now my new home, its cold here, i want my family.What have I done?"

"I fell taller after waking up , Maybe I was having a growing spurt i needed food."

"I was so hungry, I burnt some rabbits down, they aren't too scary anymore."

"A boar attacked me but I burnt it but I ran away, i will burn that beast next time to ash "

"Boar went for round 2 AND NOW ITS ASH"

"Found some water and looked in it, I looked much older maybe saying y.....was not the greatest idea, also explains the height increase."

"How the hell have I aged so much oh god what has happened why di.....it" cut off from there and the pristine pages now where becoming more and more charred and illegible and what was legible raved ramblings. You could veritably see this person's mind fall deeper in the abyss, it was a chronicle of madness through the early stages it seemed he was timid and shy but he become more reckless and lacking a common sense of self preservation after he accepted something but that he didn't know and why did he fall to madness so fast, this was pertubatory ,a mixture of psychological harm done by the bullies and probably culminating factors with the timid personality fused to be a volatile cocktail of madness waiting to be unleashed, it was sad to see such tragedy,it dampened his mood .

Not wanting to muddy his mood threw the chronicle on his bed but when he dropped the book it opened, A stark red colored this page, a dark crimson ruby color, crudely made as if written with a finger dipped in ink,but even though its crude nature its words made the most mark on Mason's heart than all other parts .

"Do not listen to there words for it is a poison velvet which shall send to the abyss for those who read this, i have failed, i wish to ....sleep now, Whoever reads this Never say "Yes" to there words."

A deep and profane shiver reverberated through Masons very soul.
