15 The Khulta clan

The four friends entered the island. They left the beach and entered to a kind of forest, where all the trees point to the right, taking a very strange shape for a tree.

"What an interesting trees, maybe I could have some wooden logs to examine them on the ship," Arthur said loudly.

"Kuina why do not you cut one" - Bonney said to Kuina while pointing a finger at a tree.

"Very good." - Kuina replied.

Kuina drew her katana, and headed towards the smaller tree. With an accurate and efficient cut, she split the tree in half. Soon after, the tree fell to the ground. Suddenly the cut tree began to spin at high speed. The pirates were surprised. Indra went to raise the trunk that was stuck to the earth and the tree stopped.

Indra then ran with incredible speed towards where Kuina was. In a moment, his body was covered in a lot of tattoos. Indra used the curse mark at the highest level he could at that moment. He stood in front of Kuina to receive the impact of the fast arrow. He raise his hand and shout a phrase.

"Armament haki." - Indra shouted while a dark color covered his hands. What surprised Indra apart from the successful exit of the armament haki in his hands, was the form that the curse mark taked on his haki. The tattoos or black marks in the arms changed the usual black color to an intense red one. The marks can be seen perfectly inside the armament haki.
