36 Chapter 36: Reward
(Roman: POV)
Opening the bathroom door I exited it with a towel wrapped around my waist and a satisfied grin on my face.
Since I just finished a nice long hot shower.
One of the many rewards I am going go give myself tonight seeing as how my team just completed its very first mission perfectly.
Not only did we destroy the Facilitty, but we killed all those in charge of it, and acquired the formula and process for creating Adamantium.
So today is a good day all around.
Using my towel I dried off completely.
I then threw on some grey sweats and slippers before leaving my personal room in the Command Center living quarters area.
Which is the Command Centers' entire eight floor.
Reaching the elevator I took it up to the Command Center first floor.
Which is where the recreation area is located.
Entering one of the many rec rooms which features flat screen televisions, computers, video games, a pool table, an air hockey table, etc, I found my team lounging around.
Because I had asked them all to meet me here after they cleaned up from the mission.
The moment I entered the room everyone looked in my direction.
Laura especially is giving me a weird look.
Oh yeah, after we finished destroying the Facility I managed to convince Laura to stick around this place for a few days.
A proposition she agreed to surprisingly easily.
I would question it, but that might jinx her deciding to stay here so I'm leaving it alone.
Though I am curious as to why she's looking at me weirdly right now?
Eh, I can deal with that in a moment.
"Alright everyone I just wanted to say good work out there today." I spoke. "We can discuss anything else about the mission at a later date. Right now go and enjoy the rest of the night. You've earned it."
The moment I finished speaking James, Domino, and Piotr left.
As did Sage.
But as she passed me she sent me a thumbs up which I returned.
Once those four were gone it was just me, Emma, and Laura
A nice little threesome.
Which I plan on having with the two ladies in front of me at some point in the future, but for now I can settle just being able to look at their lovely faces in the same place.
For now....
Moving on.
Laura continued staring at me for a few more seconds before standing to her feet and walking over to me.
Then without even saying a word she suddenly wrapped me in hug.
Surprising both Emma and myself.
Since I have never seen Laura display this kind of action before.
"Am Laura." I said.
"Thank you. For your help. I appreciated it." Laura said.
When she did so I immediately realized Laura was trying to show me gratitude.
So with that in mind I gently patted her on the back and accepted the hug.
"You're welcome." I replied.
After I did so the hug lasted a few more seconds before Laura broke it.
She then left the rec room.
Leaving Emma and I completely alone.
"My, she's quite the bold one." Emma said.
"No, it's not like that. Laura was just showing me her thanks." I said.
"Well she showed her thanks to the the rest of us before you arrived and yet none of us got a hug." Emma revealed to me.
"I see." I said. Not wanting to read too much into it. "Well that's probably just because I've known her longer."
"I'm sure." Emma said. A smirk on her face as she did.
"Right." I replied. "So, I know the reason Laura stayed behind when the others left but what about you?"
"Well, after all your hard work today I decided you deserve a reward." Emma explained.
"Oh my." I said. "I mean today's effort was a team success as you very well know, but if you really want to give me a reward that badly who am I to refuse. So, what is my reward?"
"What do you want?" Emma asked.
"There are many things I want Emma. But tonight I'll settle for only one thing."
"And what might tha-Mhmm!!"
Emma squealed in surprise.
Since I cut her off midway by closing the distance between us and claiming her lips in a kiss.
One with tongue.
My hands on her cheeks I pulled her closer and deepened my kiss with Emma, using my tongue to dominate her own.
My body on fire as I tasted the lips I had dreamed about for so long.
Spoiler: My dreams couldn't even compare to the real thing right now.
After a minute passed I broke my kiss with Emma, a trail of saliva between our lips as I did.
The both of us working to catch our breath in the aftermath.
Once I caught mind I licked my lips in a sensual manner.
"Thanks for the reward Emma. I hope it was as good for you as it was for me." I said.
I then created a portal to my downtown Jersey City apartment, which I can afford given all the money I make, and stepped through it. Slamming it shut before Emma could even respond.
Moving over to my couch I flopped down onto it, a victorious and satisfied smile on my face.
Now certain after thst kiss with Emma I am definitely touching myself tonight like I said earlier.
Man, what a perfect way to end the day.

A/N: The romance is officially beginning my readers.
At least between Emma and Roman.
Which I will try not to rush but this isn't a Romance heavy-fic and it's not my forte.
So bear with me. đ
Also seriously give me powers stones and good reviews or I will turn Emma into a futa.
