1 Chapter 1 The suicide mission for a man in his 60’s

In the space stations within the milky way, lots of group of skilled and trained scientists and militants are finding how to protect the mankind from the extinction. The mankind needs to find out how to survive from the pollution caused by mankind and the radiation caused by the nuclear war. But they also need to protect themselves from the crazy religious military too. That's why a guy in his 60's has been selected for take care the operation at the front line.

Since 20 years ago, the overall progress is considered as good. They are testing many theories and ideas about living in space far away from the Earth. The first 10 years of this space station was also good, but only 2 weeks after the new group of scientists and militants arrived here, the bad occurred.

2 of new staffs were the spy of the crazy religious group that threaten to destroy the hope of humanity because humanity didn't believe in their God. These two people planted the bomb, the chemical bomb made by the chemical substances in the lab of the space station, in the storage room and killed all of medical staffs. After that, they roamed to each room they passed, and killed all people they saw before got killed by the oldest guy's knife in the space station when they broke to his rest area to kill him. Just 15 minutes after the dead of these 2 terrorists, the bomb exploded and destroyed all automatic systems in the station, lefty only manual system to control the station.

After all of the damage has been confirmed, the head director of this place decided to send all people back to the base on the earth because they can't do anything except go back to Earth to restart the project again or wait for the dead in this station. And most people decided to go back to Earth.

No one knows that there are 3 terrorists that can be on board because of their genders, skills, and experiences trained by high level spies who works for money. The last person of this terrorists hided in the power control room. Before all scientists can copy all data and evacuate, she decided to declare that all people should die and she will destroy this space station and the destroyed space station will cause the effects of Nuclear Bomb to the planet and the spaceship if no one can stop her within 10 minutes.

Then, everyone ran for their life to the emergency spaceship except the old but strong guy that went to the power control room, killed the terrorists, send all data to the crews, and tried to stop the bomb. When they knew only one left on the space station, they tried to contact the space station.

"John, are you crazy?"

"yes, everyone please went back to Earth. I tried to stop the bomb but I can only minimize the damage. It will blow this space station but no more effects with you guys."

"John, why you do this? These people only want to destroy. They are nothing except the religious tools for killing people and enslave other people with fears. They won't spare you. We …"

"This is my last mission! All of you just get lost from this space station sight. I will stay alone and end this threat asap. The call will end now. Good luck!"

The head of military whose responsible for this station hold his gun tightly. After the old guy end this call, no signal from both his side and spaceship. The only thing he can do now is to follow the final command of his respected general, brings the results back to the base and take people to their home as much as he could.

The sound of an old military scientist was full of determination. He said with his belief that he can end this threat by exploding the space station, removing the bad guys and making the bad guys know they can't destroy "Hope" of humankind anymore.

Even this is a crazy idea but the other can't do anything to him because they are currently in the emergency spacecraft, escaping to the united space station on the Uranus, while he is the only one left on the spaceship controlled by many crazy troopers. All of 13 surviving scientists are listening the respected and honored military scientist silently. Some of them are crying because they know they can't see this old man again. Some of them are controlling the spaceship with tears in their eyes while recording everything for sending back to the HQ. Only 20 skilled marines didn't listen and argued the old man because their current mission is to bring these scientists home.

That is the mission entrusted by the respected general of them, the only one guy who made them be themselves and have everything they have now.

On the space station, only man on the space station closed his eyes. This is his last mission. He will be freed from everything. And he pushed the button of the body of the last terrorist.
