Only Anna and Clayton perceived that this fact could be revised if Anna transferred her share amount to Clayton and everything would be back to her Godfather control once again.

Though Clayton resembled uptight, His eyes were fixated at the masked man. Clayton already knew that Jacob was the one who started the recent uproar in media, he remarked in his mind, 'What was your true intention anyway?'

Initially, Clayton believed that BMF Corporation ultimate idea was to gain more influence in Symonds Corporation. 'If that was not the case, then why would Mr.Shaw buy so many shares out of nowhere.

Now he even threw it to Edward like it meant nothing to BMF Corporation. What was his actual intention then?

By then, Clayton noticed Anna was throwing daggers with her eyes to the masked man while he was ogling with a faint grin in the edge of his lips. Now it was even more clear to Clayton.

Clayton ridiculed the whole situation with a smirk making the onlookers wonder in amazement, "Looks like Mr.Edward Symonds has brought a strong backup this time around.

Fine! I will bring my attorney to the board meeting coming Monday morning, and then we will decide who will be our next CEO of this Corporation."

Anna's face paled when she heard her godfather's statement. 'What does he meant by that? He won't be thinking THAT, right?! I am still young! I am still young here!!!' She screamed in her head to her Godfather hoping that he would at least spare a glance.

But Clayton was far better than any professional actors. He maintained the distance as if he got nothing to do with his own god-daughter.

Jacob wondered at Anna's reception, 'What's wrong with her, why isn't she giving a proper reaction to me at all. What on earth was there in her tiny ridiculed brain.

One moment, She posed like an arrogant queen and now she was acting like a frightened kitten. Is she mentally retarded? She has to be... Who would voluntarily place their head on board to get chopped?'

Anna continued to yell in her head, 'This can't be happening to me, this can't be.' She hurried out to catch up with Clayton, once he adjourned the meeting to oncoming Monday morning.

Lulu caught Anna's wrist in time and with a honey trap smile, she leaned in close to Anna and hissed with an inaudible sound, "Follow me home and don't make a scene here."

Anna tried her best to find a reason to escape from Lulu's grip, "But aunt Luyi is waiting for me."

"Forget about it and follow me this instant. Because of your videos, our family name has been tarnished, and you ought to explain everything to your father."

When Lulu crushed Anna's wrist with a tight hold to drag her along with, Jacob set a deathly glare at Lulu's hands warning her to take off. She instantly let go of Anna's wrist and instead she held Anna's shoulder in an embrace and walked Anna out of the meeting room.

Edward also joined in with Lulu and motioned Anna to follow her Stepmother. And at last, the two of them successfully managed to exit the place forcing Anna to follow them.

Clayton noticed from afar that Anna was being forcibly dragged by Edward and Lulu out of the Corporation. His suspicion aroused even more, he called out his personal assistant to instruct, "Ask Luyisa to follow them, and instruct her to inform me if there was any mishap."

On the other hand, Jacob walked out of the exit door with a self-satisfaction, 'Sorry babe! Endure it for a while until I destroy all those minions and set you free from them forever.'

Though Jacob's intention was upright, he didn't perceive that this was going to be a huge mistake that he ever made in his entire life.

The man who always criticized Anna as a blind is presently turned blind because of love.

Nine o clock in the morning, At Symonds residence.

"Sister! sister! You are back. Would you at least stay today with me?" Chris rejoiced to see his sister back home and he circled her as if a pet.

Anna kneeled down at once to squeeze her adorable half-brother in her arms and peeked inside to find baby Scarlett, "Where is Scarlett? You know! I missed you both terribly in New York."

When Anna visited them yesterday, she had too less of a time to spend with her siblings. Anna pouted her rosy lips as she snuggled with Chris.

Lulu looked at Anna in disdain. If Anna did any of those in front of Lulu in her former days in Symonds residence, Lulu would have grabbed her hair and swayed her aside like a rag doll.

"Ahem! Anna! Do walk with me to the study room, we need to have a family talk." Edward broke the inconvenient circumstance and lead them to the study room.

Anna entered the room with reluctance and sat in one of the chairs around the table, Lulu and Edward sat opposite to her.

Edwards stern gaze made Anna tremble in fear, 'Why does the atmosphere here seems identical to a criminal in an interrogation room.'

The interrogation began, "Who was that man? And why did you go to the coffee shop to meet him?"

'Which man? What coffee shop?' Though she wanted to ask, she didn't dare open her mouth.

As Edward patience wore thin, he took his phone out and played the video for Anna.

One look at the screen, Anna's eyes bulged out instantly, 'When was this video recorded and how did father get this?'

Lulu added fuel to her husband hatred, "This was the trending video of yours in news channels and social media. Hmph... I wonder what more is waiting for us to witness.

Like mother, like daughter. Her mother trailed behind a man, now her daughter is leading the legacy."

Lulu's each word was too poisonous and vicious. For the first time, Anna became infuriated beyond her control by this vicious woman tongue. Anna heard so many intolerable statements from Lulu in the past.

However, hearing Lulu spewing nonsense about an unfathomable woman like her mother, she could not contain her rage anymore.
