Noticing the unfolding crisis before the little Scarlet, she got down from the dressing table like a little Cheetah and moved forward towards her brother and tucked his pants, "Brother! That's not good. It is our mother! We should respect her."

The 4-year-old baby Scarlet repeated the words of Anna that they hear every day as a morning prayer before starting their studies.

Anna was not just a cook, a baby sitter, and a nanny but also a tuition teacher.

Baby Scarlet forgot the pray in the midway and thought for a while like cracking a military task and then continued, "Yes! I got it!! We should give respect to all our elders and obey their words."

While Lulu was mesmerized by her 4-year-old daughter's words of wisdom, Chris interjected by saying, "Oh yeah! Thanks for today's prayer. By the way, why the kitten in the garden where drinking your milk. Did you forget the prayer by then, My sweet little sister!" Chris winked at baby Scarlet.

Scarlet's face turned complete red, she was exposed and she held a horror shock look on her face. 

Lulu looked at her kids and said exasperatedly ,"Go to the dining table. And you Christopher, I told You are never allowed to call that brat as your sister, she is not your sister.

How many times I need to repeat it? Did you get me or do you want me to clear it to you in some effective ways to make you remember?"

While Lulu was lecturing Chris, Anna Symonds returned to her room and she got changed into a neat and fine set of clothes.

She looked into the long mirror and smiled warmly at the girl captured in the mirror. Her face as white as snow had a red blush in her cheek.

Today, she was going to meet Shane again after three years. He never once visited her after joining the university especially after their grandmother passed away. She started recalling the past memories of Shane and their time spent together.

Though he was a reserved person and she was not a girl of many words around him, they can harmoniously fit each other in a picture without any awkward moment. Those were picture perfect moment, least that was how Anna wanted it to be.

When Aunt Luyisa visited Anna two days before. By then, Luyisa secretly mentioned to Anna that she would bring Shane along with her to visit Anna in two days and resolve the issue once for all.

With those promising words, Anna underwent bravely the past two days of cruel torture by her stepmother.

In the middle of her surging emotions, She heard footsteps closing in, she turned around and found maid Sarah bringing her breakfast, "Miss! You still hadn't had your breakfast."

With a sweet smile, Anna replied to her, "Thank you, Sarah! did you have your breakfast?"

Sarah replied, "Not yet... Miss! you look so beautiful today. If Madam Luyisa see you, she will be dumbstruck. When can we expect her arrival today, Miss?"

Hearing the words of the maid, Anna was stoned to the floor, it was a secret between Anna and her aunt, how would anyone else would know about it, "How did you know? Does anyone else know about it?"

Sarah was the one who used to help Anna secretly whenever she was in trouble, Sarah replied politely, "Miss! It seems that I guessed correctly" As she said she chuckled.

Anna let out a sigh, "You guessed it?! Hmm... How come you know me so well?!"

Sarah smiled and nodded, "Your happiness today is out of boundary. Is there more that you are hiding from me, Miss?"

Anna replied with a shy smile and her eyes twinkled in gleam of happiness, "Maybe, maybe not, I am not telling you… Anyway, you will find it out today…"
